Sam was great to work with. No, rather, she was fantastic! She boxed up my purchase without telling me the price, at my request, and polished my pendants and rings. She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has really good customer service skills. She greeted me at the door and provided an honest assessment of my jewelry repair, the very reason I came to this store. It was my first visit here. Highly recommended. (Thanks!)

Best experience and prices! The first time I stopped in was with my best friend and we got to try on and look at a huge variety of rings and options. We were never pressured into purchasing and our budgets were never pushed by staff. When I came back with my boyfriend at the time, we were able to customize exactly what I wanted and staff even brought in a diamond from another store based on the preferences I described. It was perfect! We also got my now husband’s ring there and it is just what he wanted. I loved that I was never pressured into buying a wedding band, since I love my ring as is. I also love that I can stop in to have my ring cleaned anytime!

My husband and I came in and purchased a new diamond from Brett about a year ago. The process was seamless and efficient. We never felt pressured to go larger or spend more. We were so impressed with our experience, we came back a year later and Brett helped us find an appropriate diamond upgrade and anniversary band. We had Vicky held us find a new wedding band for my husband today. We had an idea of what we liked but couldn’t find it the showroom! Vicky listened to us and helped create the band with one of there vendors! can’t wait to see it! That extra step was so helpful! Kesslers was just simply amazing to work with! My fiance chose Kesslers after shopping around at various jewelry stores in the Madison area. He had my moms diamond to incorporate into a ring, and Kesslers was the only place that was so willing to work with him. They were very patient and helpful in creating a custom ring for me (that took 7+ months to create- including finding a matching diamond to my mom's diamond). When it came time to look for wedding bands, I knew we were in great hands. We couldn't quite find exactly what we were looking for to match my custom ring so we also chose to design a custom band. It turned out better than we imagined! Chris and Nicole were the best to work with. I would recommend Kesslers to anyone!

I lost the main diamond in my wedding ring a week ago, I brought it in and picked it up a week later. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I also showed up filthy after riding my horse for 3 hours beforehand and did not feel judged at all. Highly recommend.

The staff REALLY went above and beyond. We got both wedding bands and my engagement ring from here. The service was unmatched. I was not happy with the first wedding band after it was soldered to my engagement ring. Kessler's was VERY accommodating with the changes I requested (the WEEK OF MY WEDDING). They wanted to make sure I was happy - that was their #1 priority. The goldsmith did a STELLAR job on resizing my dream wedding band and soldering it with my engagement ring. I had a great experience customizing my ring at Kesslers. All of the staff, especially Nicole, were very helpful with my numerous changes and requests. Even our dog was allowed in the store with us! I'll have to get the ring re-sized a second time as it is still too big, but hopefully that will be a quick process.

Went to Kesslers for an engagement ring and had no clue what to expect. I was greeted by a sales associate named Nicole who worked with me for hours showing me so many options and answering all my questions. I ended up buying a ring but after seeing it under different lighting at home I wasn't 100% sold. Nicole welcomed me back into the store, we looked at other options and made an exchange. This time, when I walked out of Kesslers, I was certain that I found the right one. So thankful for Nicole's patience and guidance throughout the process.

This was my first interaction with Kesslers Diamonds in Madison and all aspects of my experience were pleasant and professional. The person I spoke with on phone was friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. When I went into the store, I was greeted with courtesy and received great customer service from Nicole. I was treated like a valued customer even though my requirements were minimal. I had my wedding ring re-sized and the goldsmith himself came out to check on the fitting, and re-sized it just a little bit more for me since the first enlargement wasn't quite enough. The ring looks great and the pattern was completely intact after the size change, indicating that work was performed carefully. I was particularly appreciative that the goldsmith donned a face masked when interacting with me, as I was wearing one, and that made me feel that he was being especially considerate of my situation, even though he was not required to do so. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend to family and friends in need of jewelry services.

I went to Kesslers Diamonds yesterday with my fiance and was helped by an employee called Susan. I was so pleased with the service provided by Susan and requested the opportunity to give feedback about my experience to her manager. However, the manager was not in the floor at the time, so I am writing this review instead. Susan was attentive, empathetic, patient, and invested in our process to find the perfect ring. Susan was knowledgeable of the product and offered us alternatives per our needs. We had gone to many jewelers prior in search for rings and Susan by far provided the best service we have experienced thus far. Thank you Susan, for assisting us with such exceptional service in such an important decision in our lives and marriage.

I went to Kessler’s to buy a new band for my diamond ring. We bought my engagement ring in MN 16 years ago. I chose Kesslers as they advertise locally and sounded like a quality jeweler. My personal experience was less than impressive. First, I felt like a second class citizen since I did not purchase my diamond originally from them. They charged me close to $400 for the mounting fee since it was not their diamond ($150 it was their diamond). I’m really kicking myself for not going local. I picked up my ring today, and was so excited to see it. Literally, the employee could have not shown leas emotion. She didn’t even asked if I liked it. Not even a box, just take your ring and leave. Granted, I’m sure the $1000 I spent is pennies to them, but it was special to me. Next time, I will do more research and go local. Way way less than impressed.

Laura was amazing. My boyfriend and I had went in with a million questions and absolutely no idea what we wanted to do in terms of designing a ring with the diamonds my grandma had given me from her wedding band. We had no clue how to make it all work. Laura cared so much about not only answering all of our questions, helping us figure out what to do, but consistently being understanding of the sentimental value what we were doing had. I worked in sales for many years, and getting the pleasure to work with one person and one person only who understands, and is completely on your side is huge. We will only work with Laura due to her outstanding customer service, and genuine personality. I was not sure about where to get our rings, but Laura has secured a customer for as long as she is there. UPDATE: We now have my Fiances wedding band, and both of mine. The top band on my finger is the one Laura sat with us and helped us designed. The entire time understanding sentimental value. We could not be more pleased and thankful.

We were greeted and assisted by Chris. From the first words until the last we not only enjoyed our interaction but may have even became friends! We talked wedding stuff, family and hobbies. This wasn't just a business transaction but a casual conversation filled with laughs, story telling and ultimately a purchase. We came in knowing we were going to buy so we didn't need to be "sold" and made that pretty clear. Chris still took the time to explain in detail everything that is the Kessler Mission Statement. My fiancée and I stopped in about a week ago to pick out an engagement ring and being the first place we stopped at, we weren’t really sure what we wanted. However, we had a great helper who listened and answered our questions. We didn’t feel like we were coerced into a ring we didn’t want or to spend more than we had in mind. In fact, his advice was very insightful and every ring brought out was to help guide us to our forever ring, which we managed to do. It took about a week for our ring to be resized like they said and the pickup was nice and smooth. They explained how to keep the ring clean and if we had any issues to stop right back in. Definitely a great experience!

If you ever decide to upgrade your diamond stud, or if things didn't work out and you'd like something else, the trade in process could not be easier. I got my diamond twelve years ago and just went in and had a great experience. Also, I went in a few times over the years to get my ring cleaned completely for free.
