Stopped by on a whim to see if they would be able to replace the battery and remove a couple links from my Michele watch. It was about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. I wanted to have a bangle bracelet engraved that I gave to my daughter when she graduated from high school. We're giving the bracelet to our granddaughter & had both their names & graduation years engraved! The sales associate was awesome & took very good care of this special gift idea! It arrived sooner than expected! The sales associate placed the bracelet in a box & gift bag! I asked if he could even though the bracelet was not purchased at their store! I bought my Rolex from this store as well as a few other pieces of jewelry! The service is always excellent!

We went to Clarkson on the recommendation of a friend for a repair and to look for a new piece. The whole team was friendly and welcoming. They had a nice selection including a variety of designer jewelers and their own pieces. Repair is pending but they clearly understood what I needed.
