Harvest is awesome. I host a monthly networking group and they are always super accommodating. I appreciate vendors that care about the customers. Thanks for being a great example to other businesses. OK I finally went back for lunch today with my buddy and it was absolutely delicious. They have a pre fixe menu where you choose an app and main for 25. Each portion was full sized and they did not skimp on the yummy at all. My salmon was cooked beautifully and since my wife (who's allergic to eggplant) wasn't with me I went for the eggplant parm appetizer. I am a big eater and I just say that was a big portion. We shared everything and our waitress was absolutely lovely and attentive. I really hope they join the chamber of commerce as I'd like to come back but have a really hard time doing so unless my restaurants support the local community. It's kind of my thing and there are Many restaurants to choose from. Do the right thing guys. Your lunch crowd could certainly be bigger and I'd love to help make that happen. Another great evening for good food and drinks

After shopping at BK&Co on Farmington Ave we were parched. 5 p.m. on a Tuesday night. Perfect temp out no humidity. Got a beautiful seat outside. Waitress proceeds to tell us 40% off on bottles of wine. HELLO BETTY! Chardonnay Chalk Hill - 2 bottles later in 4 1/2 hours and there were actually 3 of us. Ceasar salad always is perfect. Brussels sprouts which is a must to order. Shaved brussels sprouts with a really delicious rice cake that is crispy. I want that right now as I type. Side order of meat balls and their bread is delicious. Needless say our husbands had left overs at home w/o us. Cheers to feeling like you are on vacation but never leaving your neighborhood.

I came here with a group of coworkers for a happy hour/dinner on a Tuesday night. We got there around 4:30pm and glad we did because it filled up by 5pm! We sat at the high top tables to get the happy hour deals and did a bunch of appetizers around the table. The salmon tartar was a bit small for the price, however the risotto balls and calamari were definitely a good deal. I also did a side of the brussel sprouts with Irish bacon and thought they were a little in need of salt. However the house made chips and everything else was delicious. Our waitress checked on us a few times and was friendly. Overall a good experience and I recommend a stop in.

Very nice food that was filling and tasted great. My meal was the Salmon with Rice and Veggies and I am very happy with the meal. The Salmon tender and the rice was toothsome and a good contrast to the Salmon. The Veggies with a Mustard sauce was beyond delicious. The roasted Squash and Asparagus was flavorful on its own, and the slight sharpness of the sauce went amazing with the veggies and Salmon. Our waiter was friendly and had a good personality. The mocktails were also fun and tasty

Night time fun… I was here at about 8p last night and had a ball. The owners are always there and walk around interacting with everyone. They want you to have a great experience. You can tell they treat the staff right and have good culture because their entire staff seems to love it there, I spoke to the bartenders, the cooks, the waiters, the hostess… everyone. But your here for the food review so here it is: The calamari - is made differently in terms of how it looks, and tastes amazing. I enjoyed the orange sweet and sour sauce but the tarter was good too. 5/5. The mussels - there is 2 separate recipes to choose from and I ordered them both… the one with the red sauce was good but the other was amazing. The only thing I wish is that it came with more than one peace of bread. I would have drunk the sauce if I could. Wow. Amazing. So yea this restaurant is a 5/5 from experience and appetizers I had. Once I have an entree here I’ll come back and review that too.

I had the best seat in the house… at the bar, watching the magic happen in both the kitchen and the bar! As a former personal chef, I’ve got to say that the “dances” in the kitchen and bar are beyond words. On a busy Friday night, they were all pumping out splendid food and drinks.. while making it look effortless. The cocktails are creative, with good pours. The food is delicious! Just a note… the owner was working right in there with the staff to keep everyone thrilled. Bravo!!

Will not return…Dinner was phenomenal, service was on point! Wife had a glass of wine with astringent flavor and so much sediment at the bottom it was undrinkable. When this was addressed to the waitress she acknowledged that it was not good. Then the owner came over and stated: “There’s nothing wrong with it and there’s nothing I can do about it” then proceeded to argue with her about it. The waitress was so embarrassed saying that shouldn’t be the way it’s served. Not looking for any freebies but at least a fresh glass. The experience of food and service was enough for us to return for many more $100 meals, but for a $12 glass of wine and his lack of professionalism not only lost our business but all the bad press this free review will find. My understanding from other local patrons was this is not the first issue at Harvest.

Definitely 5+ stars for this place! The food is amazing and exceeded my expectations for ambience, food, drinks and service. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu items. A hidden gem...great happy hour selections from 4-6.

We have a group of friends, unofficially known as The Ladies Theater Society, who get together about once a month for Happy Hour when I am in West Hartford. We started our get-togethers in October last year at Harvest Wine Bar and love this place. Our groups have varied from 3 to 9 people and they have treated us royally. The drinks, food, and service have always been excellent. This should not come as a surprise since there is always a lively crowd when we go on Friday afternoons. This place has a friendly, energetic vibe that is both welcoming and comforting. Tonight several of us stayed for dinner and it was delicious. I had the small plate crab cakes, which were to die for, with a side of very tasty asparagus. In nearly a year of regular monthly visits, we have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The management and servers provide a great vibe, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Happy Hour and dining experience! 👍👍👍👍👍

Great menu selection, friendly and attentive staff and tasty drinks! We went here last night as a party of 7 with a reservation for 8pm. They were packed, and it was clear the group before us wasn’t quite done yet. They apologized and got us in as soon as they could. It was also pouring rain so they had to accommodate a lot of outdoor guests inside last minute. Our server, Martini?, was super friendly and efficient. The food was delicious as always and we had a great time. At the end of our night, the manager offered us all a round of drinks on the house to thank us for our patience which was really going above and beyond. Love Harvest, will definitely be back!

We gave Harvest a try when walking the area. The weather was nice so we ate on the patio. The food was absolutely wonderful. We started with the Risotto Tater Tots (I know, odd but good) and for our dinner I had the Harvest Burger and my honey had the Hanger steak. Both were absolutely delicious. The steak was good perfectly. The burger was nice, the onion strings fried just right, and the spiced fries were tasty. It was busier than we like in the area, so a bit noisy, but if you’re into hopping restaurants with a fun vibe, this is your spot on a Friday night.

I was so happy to have finally tried this establishment. One of my daughter & mine's favorite things is to go out wining & dining! We were able to sit outside with the gorgeous weather. I love that we were able to try a bunch of different small plates. Our waitress was so sweet, she made sure we had everything we needed & kept checking in on us. Food was great along with the drinks. Can't wait to go back!

Nice lunch with my fiance and baby. I was leary to bring my baby to this restaurant. I called before heading over asking about their happy hour and if we cud sit in the hi tops with a baby. She told me about the last couple who brought there baby in and how horrible it was. I decided to to try it out myself and was very glad I did. My sausage and brocolini was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was very nice and always there if we needed her. Everyone was very nice to two month old James!! Can't wait to return.

Great, great place to eat with friends. The appetizers were big enough for a meal. And they have a HUGE wine selection. Enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming again.

Great food...service was kind and friendly but not fast. Lucky we were looking to relax and enjoy our visit. The octopus was AMAZING!!!! I would easily go back for the octopus 🐙

Wonderful dinner overall and I will definitely be back. My husband and I had the prefixe course ($45) and it was a health portion of food. We didn’t really have room for included dessert to be honest. The food was absolutely delicious, my favorite was probably the salmon tartar with the potato chips. My husband loves his steak rare and they actually listened and didn’t overcook it. Salted caramel martini was also great. The staff was friendly but could definitely be a bit more attentive with refilling waters. There was a lot of variety on the men. Great experience overall.

The food is very good, but not out-of-this-world. I will say their appetizer menu is amazing, and I would go there just for a meal of appetizers. The fried artichokes and steak tartare appetizers were excellent. The bbq mac-and-cheese appetizer was fine but not especially interesting in its flavors. The seafood pasta was also great, and I would definitely order it again - I think it would be nice if they added a couple slices of toasty bread on the side to soak up the sauce at the end. The one thing that both my husband I found very disappointing was the bread at the beginning. It was like a 3-day-old dry roll and just not good in any way. I am a person who will give 5 stars to a basic grinder roll with butter, so they really need to improve the bread situation. Service was excellent!
