Absolutely love this salon..mostly because of Magi! She has been my hair stylist & colorist for several years! After trying salon after salon trying to get the blonde I want Magi has consistently done an amazing job highlighting & cutting my hair! She has been doing hair for many years & it shows! She always is so friendly,kind,caring & ready to try new looks if I want! This isn't a fancy salon since it's in the back of the store but it's always clean,low key & no pretentious if that's what your looking for!Also reasonably priced! I am so happy I found Magi..,Ulta also for great cosmetics,hair & skin care!! You will be too! Tell her Carol says Hi!!

I used to frequent this store on the regular, back in the day. I haven’t for some time. Not because of them, but because I now where very little makeup. I had a recent accident and now sport a badly bruised eye. The two ladies who helped me today(5/5/2023), could not have been more helpful. I was expecting a little recoiling when I was asked to take my sunglasses off. But nope, they jumped right in with assistance . Wish I got their names. All in all I very pleasant experience. Thanks ladies!

The staff was super helpful never been to one before. Finally used my Christmas gift from my middle daughter from like 2 years ago lol. Have a lot of inventory. From makeup , perfume, hair, and face products. They even have a salon and do makeup tutorials. Great place.

I wish I could rate this a 0. DO NOT use Samantha at the brow bar. She burned the entire under portion of my eyebrows and onto my eyelids. She repeatedly kept waxing the same areas over and over again. Any professional should know while waxing you can only go over an area once. The hair on my eyebrows does not even grow as far down as the burns are. I do not understand why she was waxing my eyelids. Not only did she burn the skin on my face off, she left me with two black rectangular boxes for eyebrows after I asked for a tint. I came home and immediately washed it off. She left me with burns on my face two days before my prom and graduation. It’s is currently peeling and scabbing. I wish I had never gone to her. Please DO NOT USE SAMANTHA unless you want an experience like me.

Someone opened a Ulta credit card in my moms name and scammed $600 on May 5, 2023 in this store.

I used the Ulta Salon for the first time ever and had my hair done by Kathy Cohen, she was nothing short of amazing! She paid attention to all of my requests and made sure I was comfortable. Great chats too 😄. Will definitely be coming back.

Employees were very nice, but one of the managers spoke me to me in a very rude and condescending tone which i did not appreciate. i received an in store credit after a recent return prior to this experience and the employee made a mistake processing it which turned into an issue i had to resolve. although it was the fault of the store, the manager was very impolite when speaking and explaining things to me. not appreciated, especially when i was very understanding and called the gift card customer service on my own to try and resolve the issue for them as they told me to (this customer service line told the store literally did not activate the card as they should have) nottt appreciated.

A bad excuse of a hair salon. I got a balayage and then they added a keratin treatment the same day by force, even when I had shut the idea down. The final look was a marmalade color that I absolutely despised. I asked multiple times if it was sensible to do the coloring and treatment the same day, which they responded to as a yes. They are being greedy by adding unnecessary services. Overall, worst experience at Ulta. I hope in the near future, Sephora opens their own salon, but not one of these sorts.
