Saw that they have bubble tea and I had to try it even tho I know it won't be as good as the traditional one. When I went to order, there were 4 staff at the cashier (new staff training), they had no clue what "bubble tea" was, despite the gigantic poster on their window. It took some explanation and only one finally understood what bubble tea is. Anyhow, ofc I was disappointed but not surprised. It doesn't have any tea taste. It may have but possibly was mostly overwhelmed by milk and ice cream. Their boba is not tapioca/pearl, but they are brown sugar popping bobas. Their popping bobas had a hint of sourness. I wouldn't be surprised if they were going bad as not many would have ordered it here.

The donuts a they are like any other Dunkin donuts but the service and the atmosphere doesn't make me feel comfortable

I asked for a caramel latte and came out mostly milk. I pushed myself to drink it because I paid for it. It doesn't taste good.

The employee did well considering that he worked alone cooked cleaned took orders and served but still managed to get everything done in a timely manner. I really appreciate his honesty when I put him on the spot with my questions.

I get it you want to sell the stuff from the day, but the donuts were so old and did not taste the glazed was awful ,I always had the idea they do sell fresh stuff ,come on!! Am paying you not free, and please add to your menu ,decaf latte other locations do have sell it

OWNER LISTEN UP. I buy my high schooler breakfast here every morning. I spend $14/day. $280 a month. That's $2800 a year, only factoring in 5 days per week and 10 months per year (summer we do not order). I sometimes order a bagel for myself and they can't even be bothered to spread an acceptable amount of cream cheese on my dry, gross bagel. That tiny little bit of cream cheese you think you are saving money on by skimping is actually going to be the deal breaker that costs you a customer that drops almost $3k a year. Please lather up that sad dry bagel with cream cheese or I will take my kid elsewhere for breakfast.

I came here almost every 2nd day the guy who work in the night his name is zakir he is very abusing and rude he didn’t reply if someone ask any question and he say something in his mouth quietly that was so bad experience i will never come back this place you guys lost your customer 💔

The friendliest Dunkin' staff I have ever come acrossed. Always very clean, bathrooms included. And what can I say about the donuts and ice cream that everybody doesn't know lol. Prices could be a little better, but still less than Starbucks

Whenever i go to this dunkin’ they are always so awful. The staff is always disgustingly rude to me and give me the worst customer service. My drinks never come out right and the food/donuts are always stale.

Owner lost me as a senior customer for 20 cents..charged me $1.69 for donut w a med coffee, as per big sign out front than wouldn't give me a $0.47 senior discount at the same time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALSO, went there b4 n would not take coupons I got in the mail .

I ordered Love Potion, and they only had 1 left. They took my phone number and 2 days later actually called me and had 4 more that I wanted. Excellent customer service 👏

Love the staff here they are so thoughtful and considerate and keep in mind my medical issues they always give me a sip lid with no problem unlike the smithtown Blvd DD. The management amazing and there always helping people in the community . This DD deserves a raise !!

I placed my order using the app and when it was time to pick it up I went inside and the restaurant never got my order so my food wasn't prepared. After showing the order being placed in the app and me being at the proper store the guys inside decided to make the food for me and I really appreciated it. I will be back, It's Dunkin' donuts so the food was what it was supposed to be. Thank you guys

Ugh, yes! Dunkin’ is always a good time. This one, however, has been my favorite recently. I get a medium hot coffee with 3 pumps of hazelnut and oat milk. I don’t know who the barista is, but they need a raise! It was the best combo I’ve had in a long time. I was so happy! I will always go here even though they don’t have a drive thru.

The only Dunkin that is open 24 hours! They had tons of donuts, even at one in the morning, which is great for those craving a late night snack.

Went there because Starbucks was closed. Their latte was awesome and the iced coffee was great!

My iced caramel macchiato was wonderful. Service was fast place was nice and clean.

The staff I've dealt with is always really sweet but the drinks/food is pretty subpar. Purchased the avocado toast and the bread wasn't even toasted! It also had no everything seasoning on top so essentially was just avocado spread on bread.

This is the second time I visited this location and I must say the absolute worst ! My order is always done incorrectly. They need to retrain on how to make cold drinks !!!
