I
work
under
a
mile
away
from
this
location
and
order
on
average
2-3
times
per
week.
I
understand
that
once
in
a
while
an
order
gets
flubbed,
it’s
understandable.
However,
today
was
unacceptable.
I
ordered
a
sausage
egg
and
cheese,
and
a
half
dozen
donuts
for
the
office.
Not
only
did
they
give
me
only
5
donuts,
they
didn’t
even
give
me
the
sausage
egg
and
cheese.
Like
I
said
I
understand
that
mistakes
happen,
but
this
is
not
the
first
time.
Last
week
I
ordered
a
hot
chocolate
with
an
espresso
shot;
what
I
received
was
two
separate
cups
full
of
each.
The
week
before
that
I
was
given
bacon
egg
and
cheese
instead
of
a
sausage
egg
and
cheese.
And
lastly,
I
can
count
over
4
times
where
I
didn’t
receive
an
item
in
the
last
5
weeks.
I
don’t
like
being
the
type
of
person
who
does
this,
but
they
do
not
seem
to
care.
And
as
someone
who’s
giving
them
literal
hundreds
of
a
dollars
a
month
loyally
(when
there
is
a
QuickChek
closer
to
me)
I
feel
very
mistreated
and
upset.
