I work under a mile away from this location and order on average 2-3 times per week. I understand that once in a while an order gets flubbed, it’s understandable. However, today was unacceptable. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, and a half dozen donuts for the office. Not only did they give me only 5 donuts, they didn’t even give me the sausage egg and cheese. Like I said I understand that mistakes happen, but this is not the first time. Last week I ordered a hot chocolate with an espresso shot; what I received was two separate cups full of each. The week before that I was given bacon egg and cheese instead of a sausage egg and cheese. And lastly, I can count over 4 times where I didn’t receive an item in the last 5 weeks. I don’t like being the type of person who does this, but they do not seem to care. And as someone who’s giving them literal hundreds of a dollars a month loyally (when there is a QuickChek closer to me) I feel very mistreated and upset.

I mobile order, walk right in, get my stuff and go. It’s ready to go in like 5 minutes.

I bought a bubble tea from this location, after half drink we found a hair in the tea. I went and asked them they did not even apologies for what they have done but they started preparing new one. And they are really rude to us.

Being more of a Starbucks type of guy I've rarely ever come to DD. I got a gift card for it and stopped in to this place. Ordered a Large Energy Drink with Mocha and a Egg Bacon Cheese on an Everything Bagel. Drink was very good and the everything bagel had a lot of taste to it. I would suggest to them to cut the bagel in half though. The service was extremely fast.

If I ordered matcha latte I'm expecting matcha latte. Not a cup of regular coffee for 5 dollars.

Too much going on behind the counter at one time. They need to get little bit more organized and in control. Got on line and patiently waited for my turn. When it was my turn I waited an additional 5min while they just stared at me…

DUNKIN’S LEADERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS FRANCHISE! Coffee is fine if you can get it. Doors are closed and locked by 7pm and the staff hides when you pull into the lot after 7pm. Closing hour is advertised as 8pm but that is not true. Staff locks doors early every day. This is the 4th time I’ve had to deal with the store closing before advertised. Phone number isn’t real, manager will never call back to speak to you.

A very bad representation of dunkin. This is not the DD I know, put a whiff of cream cheese in my bagel and no SUGAR in my coffee when I specifically asked them twice if they had. Asked for 4 extra straws, but had to argue for them. Just imagine the customer service. Never ever coming back, absolute garbage.

Chill vibe and friendly staff. It's definitely a well kept establishment. My food was made fast and tasty.

Theres a big lack of the english language and the aggrevated immigrant to go with it. ill never understand why people come to america and get mad at us for speaking english. I was never a fan of dunkin, now im sure ill never go back. feels like iraq.

I came in for a coffe and a donut, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating and was denied with the excuse that it was out of order. ( it happens ) I purchased my coffee and skipped the donut, as they are preparing my order, one of the employees walks out of the very bathroom I was denied. That’s just awful

Fast service and drinks made good. Food is usually quality

I came to dunkin in a rush due to being late from work and these wonderful ladies helped me so quick and were so kind. Drink tasted amazing and my hash browns were so crispy which I loved! Those donuts were also so fresh!

Dunkin is a treat we allow ourselves every so often. We stopped in for some coffee drinks and got a box of Munchkins. Awesome!

Ordered a medium iced coffee and it tasted like they burned a pot of coffee and just watered it down 👎

Always friendly service, never any problems with my order. I wish there was a drive thru but that's obviously not too big of a deal.

Used the app to order and used my free drink redemption. Get there and there is a note on my receipt that says "come back for this". Apparently the espresso machine was broken so no drinks with espresso. Instead of making me another drink, I had to order and pay for a second drink. Ridiculous. Every time I try to redeem a free drink, I never get it.

Chill workers in the afternoon . Suggesting to mix some flavoring into hot or cold drinks.

Good to stop in for a quick breakfast in a pinch. Coffee is what you're used to for a Dunkin. What else is there to say? You know what a Dunkin Donuts is. It's clean and the staff is good.

Jun 10 morning 5:30 am cashier Spanish lady she had bad attitude this is second time see her bad face. Asking her something she turn back. If you dont wanna work what ever.

I don’t know how they manage to mess up my order twice in 20-30 minutes with specific instructions but yet here we are. I’m over it. I asked for caramel twice and both times they did the complete opposite.

The drink was fine, but they were supposed to use my reward for my drink, they didn't, and not my reward expired. The drink should have been free.

I stopped in today looking for an item that replaced one that's been discontinued. Didn't even wait 5 minutes before being helped by 2 very kind young men. They both clearly know the meaning of customer service & definitely like their jobs; very refreshing! I certainly hope they are still there when I go back again; there is no IF about it! I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they absolutely know how to get repeat customers.

Very close to the main road with sweet and classic donuts all day. This is a perfect stop for warmth and familiarity while getting a treat for the day. Thank you
