I visit Daniels very frequently and it is such a lovely place to shop! The facilities are always clean and tidy and there is such a wide range of departments here including music, sports, jewellery, gift and clothes areas. They also have 3 cafes in the store which I really recommend trying out! However, recently I have seen that certain members of security have started to discourage against small or large groups of young people coming to shop here. I even overheard a security officer tell a young customer in a group that they could "find it cheaper somewhere else" when they were shopping for a specific product and that they "had no reason to shop here" This does not reflect well on the brand or the store as a whole. I can understand that large groups can be hard to manage and this is by no means reflective of all staff (most are super friendly and welcoming); I just think that it is something that needs to be addressed. Most staff are very attentive, friendly and polite. When shopping the other day a lovely lady called Susie was so polite and considerate. She was a great representative and reflected so well on the store! I really do recommend this store and love to spend time shopping here. It has such an amazing body of staff and such a great range of products!

Famous, family-run independent department store in Windsor. This store has an amazingly eclectic range of merchandise and a slightly cluttered and maze-like layout that is quite endearing. Definitely worth a visit. There is also a boots and a couple of cafés within the store.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Lois who made my daughter’s birthday special and beautiful for second year now. The balloons are amazing, long lasting and beautiful, matching colours. She is very talented and professional. Thank you Lois!

Amazing lunch, the bakery and food is delicious, so many treats I want to try. Never have I seen a donut so full of jam or custard. Lovely salads and excellent fries. I will definitely be back to try more things when I'm next in Windsor visiting family.

Great little store on the Windsor High Street, large toy section for the kids, lovely little cafe area. A great way to spend an hour or so when visiting the area.

Love this department store. Great clothing. Good access to wide range of different designers. Kids toys is plentiful. They have clothes for men women and kids , kids toys, baby section, homewear, nice cafe for lunch etc, only downside were the disabled toilet was dirty I had the pram and it was only available area I could go to with the pram. Overall I like the clothing and kids section the best. Greek salad was a chefs kiss 💋

Absolutely outrageous service. Sale item purchased in good faith, certainly needed a wash but I’d wash any new product anyway! They allow 7 day return on sale items! Day 3 decided against the dress returned it labels intact to a very rude lady suggesting I need to clean it & remove dog hairs which were clearly there before purchase, the dress was in the sale, it was not perfect but they sat return within 7 days to be told no sorry. Totally unacceptable that said they must need the £27 more than me. After shopping in Daniels for more than 40 years, never again.

Wanted my Nixon watch battery changed today, decided to use Daniels in house watch jeweller. Saw que was busy so walked away bought some apparel in trespass affiliated shop, then walked back and watched to see some decent craftsmanship of another shoppers watch and waited for ten mins. Jeweller asked me to come back half an hour later…ok cool no worries would have been cool if he had mentioned prior while I was waiting for 10 mins but I was in no rush Christmas, no dramas. (Back 30 later) Then handed over watch £35 was dropped to £30 thanks for a battery replacement ok cool I’ll go for it considering he’s a professional, my watch is a £80/120 watch. Then during the watch repair there’s a few comments your watch is falling apart this problem that problem ok no dramas I’m a customer please don’t put me on a guilt trip if you want to charge more ask and I’ll decide….especially since I’ve just spent £30 on battery change just felt I was doing him a favour just wanted a battery change then at the end of the service he suggested that I should bin the watch when the battery runs out in two years. ok so he didn’t realise the watch has sentimental value….theres no way I will part with my watch it’s a well made watch by Nixon(Japanese not top end but strong and reliable designed for snowboarder/ surfing community) besides that important to me…. I must be obviously a fool, and an uneducated, unskilled customer from the experience today.
