Club Nau is fantastic! A beautiful beachclub at Praia Grande where the waiters were super friendly, the food was delicious and the view..... Oh the view.... Takes your breath away! Went here for lunch and dinner on a great day to the beach, both were so good. Stayed there till after the sunset which you absolutely have to see!! Also had a mocktail to die for (with passion fruit) and to top it all off, they had a DJ that really set a great mood! If you're ever in this area, this is an absolute must, you'll love it! ❤️☀️🌴

Gorgeous Club Nau is situated on the beach in Ferragudo. Reserve your table in advance and dance the day away to live music after enjoying a superb dining experience… lovely variety of menu selections include rib-eye, duck breast, octopus and a stunning cataplana served tableside. Boogie down under the disco ball hanging from the tree in the dining area and then stay for the sunset. My fave restaurant in the Algarve.

Overall experience was nice, but likely wouldn’t go back again. I really enjoyed dessert and would consider a second visit simply for the dessert. Restaurant is fairly touristy which given the area makes complete sense. I found this restaurant in a magazine listing restaurants in the area and so I expected a bit more traditional Portuguese food, which it is not. But that is not a fault of the restaurant at all, it was just my misunderstanding. I enjoyed the asparagus and salmon, but expected the shrimp dish to be more of a traditional dish based on its description but the sauce wasn’t one I was familiar with. With that said it was still nice. The restaurant is right on the beach, giving a nice view. I would recommend this spot for those who aren’t looking for Portuguese style foods and/or are looking for foods they may be more familiar with - they even had a menu of Japanese items. Service was nice as well. If you are close to Praia grande or enjoying the beach, I would recommend popping in to club nau for some simple bites. I thoroughly recommend the pear crumble - it was delicious.

Although it looks good in the pictures I found the food to be standard. Classic ham & cheese plate. Several seafood options and pasta. The steaks might be better but we didn’t try. Good nevertheless but not the best I had in Portimau. Service can be a bit slow as there aren’t enough servers. Strangely those who take drink orders and food orders were different. I would reduce it to three stars but the evening didn’t stop with just a meal. At night they had a small event. Live classic rock music followed by an amazing fire show. The fire show was by far the best choreographed one I have seen as they danced to music with never seen tricks. You can relax at the beach during the day and then use the restaurant at night which is great. Portimau had great calm and clean not clear water beaches. There is parking however a bit far from the beach but it’s free. You definitely need a reservation even for small parties.

Beautiful views and an amazing vibe. They make the best milkshakes and cocktails I have ever had. Fresh, with natural flavour and simply delicious. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is good and tasty, but there are not too many options to choose from. Prices of drinks are normal, but the food prices are above average. Nethertheless, the price is worth the experience. If you like to have a conversation at the table and are visiting for dinner, I would recommend asking for a table far away from the stage, as the live music can be quite loud. I definetely recommend this place, as it will for sure be a special experience.

Some of the best Sushi we have ever had. The views are great and it’s really peaceful during the day. At night there is live music, the only downside is there is a lack of vegetarian options.

Located on the beach with live music almost every evening. Very good cocktails and also great food. Service was great as well and helped us choosing and cleaning the fish. Which was delicious, however we did not like the Wagyu steak that much. Spareribs are also very good!

Food is pretty decent for a reasonable price. Atmosphere is perfect and it is located next to the beach. Free parking available nearby and it is worth visiting Faragood (the town). Staff are very friendly and helpful, live music was available when we are there. Highly recommend it for a nice dinner/ even just a drink.

I recently visited Club Now near Praia Grande and was impressed by the stunning view and outstanding service. The carefully crafted cocktails, sushi, ceviche, and cake were all delicious. The music and atmosphere were fantastic. Allergens were clearly marked on the menu, but please note that they do not accept American Express. Overall, I highly recommend Club Now for its great view, excellent service, and enjoyable ambiance.

Awesome beach lounge, even better restaurant. Quite rustic/boho and not pretentious. Best meal I've had in a very long time (see photos for what we ordered). The staff are not overly attentive on the beach which I actually really liked as you're not constantly bothered to order more. DJ on the beach played the best chilled house music, a far cry from the usual commercial tunes!

We had a great time here. They had fire dancers for entertainment. The restaurant was full all night. The outlook is just beautiful.

Beautifully situated on Pria Grande at Ferraguda this restaurant has lovely views over the beach. Welcome was good from trained staff, ambience is great, very busy Sunday lunch, live music in the afternoon and as we were outside the weather was glorious, even for January. Menu is extensive but reasonably priced, food was delicious, I had fish. You must give it a try, good fun.

Positives are that it's a great location and lovely atmosphere when the DJ is playing and you can sit and watch the sunset. Negatives are that the service is painfully slow and the cocktails aren't brilliant.

What a setting……… great food, especially the Sushi! Tremendous wine selection and above all the service from Rodrigo is unbeatable! It was so good we went 3 days in a row! Don’t miss it if you are in the area.

Gorgeous spot right on the beach with a lovely dj playing background music. Does look important to book and reserve as does get busy. Vast sushi menu and grilled dishes on open flame grill. Little on the pricey side and while I understand it was busy, the speed of service for taking orders / getting bill etc were quite slow. Still recommend !

Very buzzy bar/restaurant with live music on Sunday afternoons which is usually very good. A great location too. Downside is the hit and miss service, expensive and overrated food - my bbq ribs were almost meatless - and drinks that taste watered down, especially the Sangria which tastes like fruit juice and is packed out with ice, fruit and foliage.
