Rooms are good. Service is fine. Location is not good. It's like available at the border area. So far from market and people. There is no single shop near by from where you can take anything. After 6 it's all dark everywhere, you will not find any thing there. Dharmshala have some market areas which is quite good to roam around but if you stay in this hotel, you have to reach there by the viechle. too far from the residential area. My suggestion is not to stay in this hotel if you are coming with family or you like to roam around the hotel. I would suggest please take reservation in the hotel which is near the market.

Beautiful location, well maintained and clean room, room interior was beautiful, view from balcony was just awesome. The garden was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Service was quick. *Just some strange rules are there. Like if you ask for stay with food included, they serve you only. Even if you pay extra they won't include your driver to dine in.*

Located near the Norbulingka Institute, a bit off the city. Ample parking is available. Reception check in was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Washrooms are good. Geysers are fitted and hot water is available. Room service is prompt. The rooms tariff was pricey. The rooms facing the hills ha e a good view of the breathtaking dhauladhar ranges. Complimentary breakfast was average.

A very beautiful property in the corner of Dharamshala nestled in the womb of the Norbulingka Monastery. Even though it is a half hour drive away from city centre, the location is serene and peaceful. The view from the hotel courtyard is splendid, the latter being a glamorous Zen park, with three adult and two kiddie ducks to keep you company as you sip tea in the gazebo, while listening to the rapple of the Buddha fountains. The staff is extremely courteous and the rooms are cozy. Must stay for every trip to Dharamshala.

Overall experience was amazing. This hotel has a great view with a sitting area for late night chats and kind and polite staff. If you are visiting dharmasala you should stay in this hotel rather than staying at any commercialized place.

The rooms were very good and clean.Amazing view and there is a beautiful garden with waterfalls. But there was a night long power cut when we stayed and generator didn't provide backup through out the night. The restaurant needs to be upgraded as there was very very minimal options for dinner.

["This place is absolutely gorgeous. I traveled with my parents and cousins here for our annual vacation and boy did we get lucky. You cannot go wrong with the rooms or service or food or views. The owner was so nice and humble, entire staff had impeccable hospitality. Rooms were so comfortable, cozy, clean and welcoming. A must stay.\n\nIf you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the weather in Dharamshala, away from the touristy hustle\/rush. This is it!",null,[0,239]]

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quartz along with my partner, it’s a hidden jewel nestled in the heart of the mountains. From the moment I arrived I was captivated by the stunning surroundings and impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel is located in a very calm area which was the plus point, as I was sipping my morning coffee on the balcony or simply taking a stroll around the property, the breath-taking views were a constant reminder of the natural beauty that envelops this mountain retreat. What truly sets Quartz apart is its extraordinary staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant, exudes genuine warmth and hospitality. Their smiles are infectious, and their eagerness to assist made me feel like a valued guest. The food was really delicious and they made sure to make it as per my liking as I am a very picky eater, so on all I would surely recommend it to my friends and family for their visit in Dharamshala.

We absolutely loved our stay here, they had good food, set up bonfire for us the location was the best part waking up to gorgeous mountains and beautiful sunsets was an experience we will forever cherish. Very supportive and courteous staff and it has some cool attractions at just walkable distance.

👍👍 They serve really tasty food. Value for money. I frequently eat Malai Kofta from here as it is the best sweet sabji I have ever tried. The chat counter is really amazing. They have three types of golgappe atta, suji, palak and each one is delicious. Tried the dahi panipuri and papdi chat.
