Do not go here. I was confronted with racist here for the first time in a while. Absolutely disgusting for 2022. I ordered 2 drinks while at the bar (extremely overpriced) I left one on the bar where I was standing and the barman immediately cleared it up. Upon questioning who took my drink I was met with hostility and told by the manager "my people do this and he's tired of it". I questioned what he meant and before I knew it there were 10 bouncers around me to kick me out. All of the guests around me also realised this was horrendous behaviour on zoo bars part. In fact the bouncers even agreed with me, they apologized for the managers behaviour. The manager also refused to give his name for obvious reasons. (I overheard his name was Tony) The manager refused to speak to me and only to my white girlfriend. After I was kicked out she asked for a refund of out entry fee due to this, the manager told her that she would've got the refund... If she wasn't with "a guy like me". I am shocked at this behaviour and want to make a formal complaint. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE it's a rip off and tiger tiger is a short walk around the corner. (Ironically suggested by one of the bouncers as a place we should continue our night, after he saw the appalling actions of his manager).

During my recent visit, I unfortunately witnessed a distressing incident that involved discrimination. Firstly, I must mention that despite being granted entry by the bouncer, it appeared that our group was favored due to the presence of attractive women. However, what followed in front of me left me deeply annoyed. In the first incident, a couple, who by all means seemed perfectly normal, were denied entry without any valid reason. It seemed that their appearance did not meet the bouncer's standards of attractiveness. The second incident was even more disheartening, as a girl who was with her friends, albeit not fitting societal beauty standards, was also unjustly denied entry. Witnessing her being reduced to tears, the staff showed a shocking lack of empathy and even indulged in aggressive and racist behavior towards her. I am genuinely perplexed by the mindset of such individuals who find pleasure in causing distress to others. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention how the manager approached our group upon entry, making an incredibly tactless comment, urging us to spend a significant amount inside. This only added to the disappointment and further tainted the overall experience. This unfortunate incident completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable night. It is disheartening to know that such people still exist and I can't help but feel a sense of shame.

We went to the far right side of the bar which was a bit chilled. No entrance fee. The place is old, you can see it from the seat cushion and wooden wall but interiors has a cool vibe. Service is okay. Wish that there can be more food choices aside from pizzas which was “okay”. But you can bring outside food with no extra fee. Toilets are on the 3rd floor via stairs

We stopped off here for a quick drink before heading back to our hotel. The cocktails were 2 for 1, so we had a couple of sex on the beaches. Good cocktail for the price we paid. The staff were really friendly and served us relatively quick. The toilets however, were not very good at all! They were up about 4 flights of stairs and really smelt. Not the cleanest! Overall, bar the toilets, we had a good experience.

Visiting from America figured London was a nice diverse and vibrant city. Was told soho and the clubs there were a good option. To my “surprise” discrimination exists across the pond. Showed up well dressed from dinner but was denied entry at several places including this one. Was told “no solo entry” it was for my safety in case I got too drunk or had a medical emergency. Keep in mind I’m completely sober and polite as can be because as far as i know the guy is just doing his job. Never heard of such nonsense, also saw other single people enter. Not sure if it is true but I’ve read and heard that it’s a nice way of saying “ thanks but no thanks”, to people they don’t want to let enter. Security told me there were other nice bars I should go there. Keep your elitism, racism and any other kind of -isms, if this is the kind of establishment you run thank you for not allowing me to support you. Plus London has a lot more to offer elsewhere with other good people. It is your life and money but word to the wise avoid this club and area it’s not worth it.

Small club, very empty sadly on weekdays and security is absolutely madness overthere, it's easier to go threw passport control that going inside this club. To be fair it makes it quite safe though. Prices of drinks are overpriced but that's natural for any club in London

DO NOT GO HERE- where do I even begin, would have given this 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give this a one. Me and my friends visited 30th April. This is the worst club I’ve ever visited to and I’ve been on the club scene for years. Firstly, our friend got spiked and ended up in A&E so ladies beware of your drinks. Extortionate prices for any drinks and entry. Silly little chavvy men having scraps outside the club and fights going on all the time. Security and the manager of the club are RUDE AND UNHELPFUL and shoved my friend out the way for no reason. Our friend showed later and couldn’t get in unless she was accompanied by another person, however we couldn’t leave the club to go get her. My friend couldn’t get his bag as he lost his ticket, came the next day and the manager was just ignoring and not helping at all, despite the fact that the bag contained essential medication which was mentioned. Club is so dirty and falling apart you’ll probably get ill just from stepping foot in there. Definitely needs some dettol or maybe just shutting the whole thing down. Stupid policies, club is full of creeps who’ll try spike you, awful staff with attitude problems and think they’re way more important than they are (you’re not the police you’re some random nobody on the door), expensive and all round awful night. Would have preferred to stay home. I think all the one star google reviews speaks volumes.

The place wasn’t that good. The entry fee was £30 and the club didn’t have that much space. The drinks were also very expensive and after spending £30 on entry is not that great. They also was free pouring the drinks so wasn’t even sure if they were giving accurate measurements and for what your paying you should be. My friend also got threatened to get stabbed and staff and security didn’t not care what so every

Tried to go here with a group of 5 people, wouldn't tell us how much entry was without having all of us go through ID checking, pat downs etc, fair enough, then found out someone else got charged 20 quid for entry to a tiny club! Seen the other reviews about drinks prices so glad we didn't get in, no one knows what's going on there and they seem to make up prices depending on how many people are in your group, when we decided to leave, lovely doorman tried to talk us into going back in (in a friendly way he was really nice and chatty) but general manager (obvious by the suit) interrupted him waved us off and said bye bye in a sarcastic manner basically telling us to get lost, wouldn't bother going back there not sure why anyone does when the manager is rude like that and they try to con you into paying extortionate entry fees and drink prices by not even deciding how much to charge you before you get past all the security checks (we asked and not one staff member could tell us) didn't even go inside and I can tell its a terrible place to go. Do yourself a favour and find a better, cheaper bar nearby

Their Halloween event was a shambles, none of the staff knew what was going on. But most importantly they make up different prices each time, we bought 2 single Vodka cokes and 2 tequila shots and they tried to charge £43!!! (Baring in mind on the website the drinks were 4 for the night) after saying no he changed the price to £23 instantly. Very dodgy. No English speaking staff, manager was really rude and sarcastic because his staff were incompetent. Wouldn’t return or recommend. Hopefully they replace the space with something better.

This place was really nice until few months ago, and when I visited today I got very disappointed. The happy hour is different now.. I went there knowing that I will be paying £20 for drinks and I paid £48... really? Even if it wasn’t Happy Hour I would have paid £40 maximum but apparently they increased the prices as well.. the customer service is not okay at all. And they start taking out the tables and chair from the terrace at 7.30. Not going again.

I ordered two GIN LEMON and I received two GIN and tonic instead. I then went in again and ordered two more GIN lemon with no results because I received again two f..ing GIN tonic. In the end I tried for the last time but this guy apparently doesn't really understand my language and I am sure I was speaking English. Ordering a drink is pretty easy even if you are nkt fluent in English. I don't know what to think about this place anymore. Horrible experience, rude staff and mean security. This place should be shutdown NOW! DONT GO THERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO IN ANOTHER PLACE! 11 pounds for a drink in a happy hour and in a plastic cup.... I'm not going to set foot in there ever again in my life!

So myself and a group of friends went to zoo bar on 17/05/22 at around 20:00. Me and my girlfriend arrived last in the group, neither of us were asked for identification or neither was anyone in the group. Obviously we were all over age, but we all thought it was law to check these things. The night went on and around 22:00 we were outside with drinks. 2 females from our group went inside to use the bathroom. So kind of argument happened with them and another group while they were inside and security asked them to leave the bar. They came outside to take their belongings and security kept persisting them. We all decided to leave at that point. From here the security guard, he lacked hair on his head about 5'5 and a bit stocky. They would not allow me to take his name or SIA number but whatever. This security guard who must of been about 150kg picked up or female friend, who was less than half his weight, and took her to ground and was crushing her. We all called the police and about 8 officers arrived for this. Police reviewed the CCTV in the bar and decided to let her go, and said and I quote "you're lucky he's not pressing charges". For me this is a total abuse of the law on both the police and security side of things. I understand that SIA licence holders are allowed to use excessive force if necessary but this was not necessary at all!! I asked the officer who seemed to be in charge for a crime reference number. She was blonde and did not provide me her name. She told me to ask the general manager of the bar after she tried to run away and not provide any informationto me. He told me to ask the police. A total abuse of the system!! I post this to deter any business away from this sleazy bar! I will make a formal complaint on the government website regarding this. Luckily 2 officers who were there did provide me with some kind of reference: 8176/17apr22 I hope the bar closes down.

It was charging different entry fee for different people. Someone paid 15 while we paid £20 per person. Space was also very small and confined. Water was leaking. Drinks were very costly. We paid £8.5 for a single shot. Will not recommend anyone to go here.

I just want to make everyone aware of what happened to myself and the group of people with me during our time at the Zoo Bar, last Saturday on the 9th of December. First things first, before entering, we were asked to pay £10 CASH without receipt upon entry by the bodyguard (there were 2 of them working together) to then realise only later that there's an 'ENTRY FREE' tag on the wall, and that apparently there are 2 Zoo Bars that are not connected between each other. This meant for us, leaving the first small bar to enter the second large one. We got our IDs scanned again and apparently we were asked for another £15 upon entry. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Once we managed to get inside, I went to the bar for drinks and asked explicitly (by showing my order on a text from my phone) '2 single Jack Daniel's', and the guy at the bar wanted to charge me £29,00 for that. I declined and asked how much was the price for 1single Jack Daniel's, and he shown the card machine displaying £23,00 for that. This is Absolutely ridiculous and very much a behaviour that aims to take advantage of those trying to have a nice time after a week of intense work to have some fun. I was suggested from someone else working in security for a different company, to film the cash in hand transaction. No one can take away your phone from you if you do so. I hope you will find this review helpful.

My friends and I had so much fun at this club! Our favorite part was the cage on the lower ground. The Cage has the hip-hop/trap music. Unfortunately, there were a few guys who were bothering us but the staff was so responsive in taking care of it. I felt safe and taken care of.

Poor unfortunately, paid £20.00 for me and my wife to enter. 40.00 for 4 cocktails. The cocktails were the poorest I’ve ever had & im not that particular. Waited 20 minutes for them. 15 min of that was them trying to decide if they would take a £50 note. Could have been better service. Better drinks. 60.00 and left after half hour. Wouldn’t recommend if you want good service. Shame

Was looking forward to have a zero 0.0 alcohol beer, but they don't sell. So unfortunately, had to leave. Nevertheless, a nice pub. Toilets are about three flights up. Nice work out. Feel sorry for those on a heavier side or can't walk properly. Mmmm. Food for thought. At least you are informed.

Used to go there but the place become pricy and cheeky . Normally it was 10£ entry fee on sat night now they charged 15£. 2 months ago they even tried to charge me 20£ ! Which after refusing and arguing I paid 10£ as before. No more beers from the tub. Drinks started from 6£ - bottles of 330 or less. Minimum spend on card is 10£ which makes you buy 2 at a time and really annoying. Each item on the clock room is 3£. They closing now earlier, by 3:15 everything shut down. I complain before about issue I had with a ticket via 2 emails address and even via Facebook nobody ever returned back to me. They just don't care about customers or service in any kind of way! Music is the only thing that OK, but not worth coming back there.

So good to see the grimes side of london still exists. Though you can’t throw some ridiculous shapes due to covid the underlying vibe is still there. Clearly a good “nowhere to go bar” but as long as you know it’s that it’s great!

Ridiculous. Stupid Rules. I got here after work with my safety shoes, ready to join some friends and have a memorable night (£). They said those kind of shoes are not allowed. They didn't ask for a COVID pass, they didn't even check my clothes properly at the security (I forgot a wine opener in my pocket) but the shoes were the problem (they are like a weapon they say). I never had this problem in any other place in London and anywhere around the world. Honestly, don't waste your time queueing in this place.

Zoo was the most terrible “club” that I’ve ever been to. The DJ was the worst, its ambience was like that of a cheap student bar, there were muddy puddles all around and its subpar crowd included multiple pervs who couldn’t keep their hands off me as they walked past. Not to mention their £20 entrance fee! I can’t believe I paid that much to only get kicked out for no reason an hour and a half later. I was escorted out because of the behaviour of a girl I didn’t even know and the guard refused to let me explain the misunderstanding. When my friends and I simply asked for an explanation, we were harrassed by the bouncers outside. Their violent and incredibly hostile behaviour was unacceptable. That place really is for animals, DON’T GO!!

I came here on a night out with some work colleagues and by far the most worst experience ever. The staff do not care what so ever about peoples safety and it was quite disappointing Left the venue and someone had threatened to stab me and there was some security near by but did not care what so ever Regardless if it was out of the venue or not their job is to keep customers safe as they could see I was very upset as I left the venue Avoid this place at all cost as they don’t care about anything and on top of that you also have to pay a £30 fee to get into the venue itself

This place is a SCAM for tourists. Don't go there! It's absolutely tiny, undesirably crowded - no space to dance or place your stuff and very dirty. They trick you into paying a £10 to £20 entry, no refund policy if you want to leave immediately after seeing it and they have a unique "no re-entry policy" - that is a brilliant trap to making you pay the entry before seeing it. There are other nice, spacious and clean places with no entry fee nearby (check out Simmons for example)

Waited for me to pay for a ‘VIP’ table, which was just a tiny cramped space above the dance floor which cost me a couple of hundred pound, and ordered bottles of spirits and mixers for my staff, after one drink each they threw us out, quite literally, the 6-8 door men assaulted us and physically picked some of my staff up and put them outside on the wet floor. Ruined very expensive suits and didn’t refund the purchases. They just wanted the quick cash and extra stock in their bar. Not one person stepped a toe out of line but they cornered us all nonetheless and we’re threatening and physical, total bully’s on the door here. Will never return here after this and I have been going here for almost 10 years! The old staff were much better than this gang of meat heads.

Two storeys of different atmospheres and ambiance. This has a bar with regular music on the ground floor which is a regular place during the day to drink and chill and turns a little boisterous towards the evening but closes at 1230 and every flocks down to the basement club that is packed, has got good music most nights that I have been there. There is a good crowd and the place is lovely for a night out with friends a loved one or even just single and to have some fun.

Had an awesome time here, the atmosphere is brilliant. Downstairs was the best, especially when the laser guy was there. The music was a brilliant mix of genres and the DJ was spot on. Most of door staff were cool as well. I’ll be definitely coming back. My only criticism is that smoke machine causes a bad smell which is not the best impression if you enter for the first time however you don’t notice it after a few minutes.

The music selection was great🎶, they played afrobeats, RNB, house music, hip pop plus more. The bouncers were very strict about the (No dancing) policy. They kept issuing warnings of kicking us out if we didn't stop dancing. 🙄💃🏿 We got there at 6pm we paid £10 for entry each (3 of us). When we spoke to individuals who had arrived before us they mentioned to have only paid £5 for entry. Others who had also booked online had a discount. All the drinks were expensive £200 for a small bottle of Jack Daniels.💷 We had the small plastic cups of JD with coke which was £10 each, we also ordered wings and chips, the wings had no seasoning the chips were very dry we paid £9 for it.🍟🍗 Overall it was a nice atmosphere to be around people were very friendly. #nightout #nightlife #london

Music is old like 2017 kinda ting personally i like recent music so if you old like 25+ this is FOR YOUUUU But if you a student this ain’t it. Also expensive drinks. If I could give it 0 I would. I wanted to grab a drink after hitting the casino and the security guard asked me if I was alone. I said yes. He said there was no single entry, couples only, and he turned me away. Do you know how night clubs work? What a joke. I actually won money at the casino for the first time in forever and wanted to blow some of it and they literally wouldn’t take my money. Unreal.

1 star is generous. Door staff can’t operate lawfully. Fully trained SIA guards and incapable of abiding by the law and keeping calm. Manager thinks he’s door staff. Checks everyone on entry yet most common place to have your belongings stolen. SIA is aware of this and soon hopefully a undercover inspection will be followed by these events. Even police got fed up of the door supervisor nonsense.

This review is for the affiliated bar next door (Zoo too). Worst experience in my life. Would give zero stars, if possible. DO NOT GO HERE! Rude, unattentive staff. Restrooms located approximately three to four flights up stairs from bar area!?!?!? God Awful drinks (switched bar tender after 1st round of drinks)! Says card transaction was declined after waiting an hour later into service to do so because the person "forgot about it". However, bank website states the transactions went through (pending status). Does not accept cash because "manager is in a meeting" (that apparently lasted 2 hours - server/bartender could never accept the UK cash (GBP) we offered) but if there is an issue with card payment (out of country patron)They expect you to let them change another card without verifying the 1st transactions didn't post. It takes several days to see if a pending transaction actually posts to your account! Its obvious what problems charging multiple cards can cause, especially for travelers. Horrible bar/horrible experience!

It is your perfect job if you want to go and work for free three days then at the end of the month there is no payment of the days worked. I am so happy I left when I could see the management and organisation is very bad. A clear example, where the staff mark their time to start and finish the shifts. There was another name in the register, "Paulina" where is supposed to be my name. Could you pay my hours as I would like to have my compensation for the hours of those three days I have done. In case I don not have it in my account during next week I will go through the legal process because this is crazy and you are playing with the people.

I recently visited this bar with high expectations for a fun evening out, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the bar's staff, particularly one employee who treated me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. Upon entering the bar and approaching the counter to place my order, I was met with an impolite server who seemed adamant about dissuading me from ordering. To my utter surprise, she declared that I looked like I was 16 years old, despite being a fully grown adult of 24 years. Not only was her comment baseless and inaccurate, but it was also incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful. First and foremost, it is not their place to make assumptions about a customer's age or appearance. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their perceived age or any other personal characteristic. This server's comment demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer service.

The overall atmosphere was great, Good music, excellent mix, the DJ is great tonight!!! However I provided 2 stars because there is a particular waitress who is targeting drunk fellows and trying to sell 10 pounds shots. She's teasing people to get them buy more and more and even offer her shots pretending that the 4th round would be on her...After paying 1 round, she was pushing us to pay her additional shots that she drank without asking us to pay for it in the first place...Man, she wasted my night!!!🤬

Had a little bit of an issue getting in because of the bouncer due to miscommunication and misunderstanding but was sorted promptly by the staff and manager. Really loved the atmosphere! Music was amazing, staff were lovely, drinks were a little pricey but they had a large range of options! Definitely will come again

I've been going to Zoo bar since 1999. It was my favourite place on weekends. I went back yesterday after almost 26 yrs!!!!..brought me back some good memories. The atmosphere buzzing as always. Staff great. Music, sad to say not the same..new generation I suppose!!! Drinks reasonable price can't complain. In all had a great time. I will be back for sure. Miss the old garage music Zoo bar use to play though..🥰

Celebrating our friend's birthday at Zoo on a Sunday night was an absolute blast! The music and vibe were incredible, keeping us dancing all night long. The DJ played a great mix of tracks, and the atmosphere was electric. The staff were friendly, and the drinks flowed freely. It was the perfect place for a celebration. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun night out!

I am not really a club person, but I am here to say that the separate zoo bar was great. Have been there couple of times with my friends and always enjoyed the happy hours till 21:00. Staff was polite and experienced

I loved the this bar. The place is big enough and it had more than 7 screens all over playing every match live. You cannot miss the action while in this bar. The bartenders and staff are friendly and seem like they are enjoying themselves dancing and singing along the music. They even had a 2 pints for 5 £ deal which was crazy!! We had 4 pints for 10£. The pints could've been a little colder though but for 2.5£ a pint I can't complain. But definitely an all rounder cool spot.

  • 3/5 Alonso M. 4 years ago on Google
Good place to party but be careful with prices. The bartender will set a different price for the same drink, in depends on his mood, weather or maybe just the color of your pants. Otherwise I recommend this place with two different kind of music, it is possible to switch from one room to another.

Very standard club but drinks are £12 for a double for nothing at all special - there are plenty of cooler places to go in central where you’d pay half that. We were offered a ‘free shot’ with entry which turned out to be half vodka half cranberry and only upon purchasing another drink. Pretty bad all in all.

Happy hour was great, half priced drinks. Staff however were very rude. Could not understand what we ordered. Ordered two bottles of Sol, was given amstel on tap. When we said we ordered sol they argued that we didnt. And would not change drinks. Had to ask for the manager, was then fobbed off for 20 mins until i asked again. Manager eventually gave us the drinks we ordered but was very rude and slammed money down on counter. Wouldnt go again.

  • 4/5 Angela 5 years ago on Google
It's a nice place but a bit old and smelly. They serve various cocktails and happy hour is until 9pm with good prices for the area. They have a special deal M-T: a pizza or burger + a pint of Amstel, glass of house wine, or a soft drink for £6. Touristic area so it may be overcrowded during the weekends.

We had our Covid jabs abroad so no covid pass (or covid impass more likely) for us. I know rules are rules and this isn't down to the club, but because of this we ended up in their annex bar as we were not allowed into the club. The whole thing is mad (IMO) as we can dance and drink the night away (until 12, anyway) in the bar but not in the club! Which government office thought of this stupid rule? Anyway, we had a fun time on a relatively quiet Tuesday night. The shots come in very, very small plastic cups. Seemed tiny IMO, but then I don't have any recent other experience of a night out in London, so maybe this is normal. The lady behind the bar was attentive, which is always a plus!

Manager is a absolute wet wipe. Payed 20 quid to go in with partner. Walk in and out as it was shockly bad. All staff refused refund even though they just seen us walk in and out. Not even in there 10 seconds. Manger prob gets paided £5 quid a hour thinking he owns the place.

  • 1/5 Marty M. 2 years ago on Google
Terrible place. Used to be the best place 3 years ago for over 20 years but new owners bought the place. You will pay a ridiculous amount of money to drink very poor quality spirits. The security at the door is rude and won’t allow single entry. Inside, half the screens are broken and usually the club downstairs will be closed during the week. Sad to see what this place become under new management. All previous staff left anyway. To avoid, even if you are nostalgic of the old zoo bar

  • 1/5 Joel P. 1 year ago on Google
Been going to zoo bar since 2019, always good vibe, since after covid it went down hill fast. Saturday night I was in queue and ask security if it’s busy he said the usual and he said it’s £15 as the usual, I got searched, my friend got in before me, this supervisor at the door said I should wait, I was then told it’s £25 when my friend who was just in front of me paid £15. I don’t mind paying it but why did I get ask to pay more than everyone else even when I mentioned the security said it’s £15 entry.

  • 1/5 Ambassador P. 1 year ago on Google
After going through serious and major life threatening issues, a friend suggested we go here to cheer me up. So being confined to a wheelchair, I looked them up and rang them and they said the are wheelchair accessible. Having turned up on the door the security made us wait for 10 mins before some very rude bloke in a suit turned up and said they don’t accept wheelchairs and I don’t fit the profile to be in the chair. That is disability discrimination at its finest, I would urge anyone with mobility issues to avoid this place! Lastly I have now referred this matter to the Police to investigate and take legal action!

  • 1/5 Srinath R. 1 year ago on Google

I’ve never been anywhere where security were so attentive. Anytime me and my friends had a problem with a creep we were checked on immediately and the issue was resolved. I've never had a cider that tasted of effluent. Like I'm not exaggerating..... effluent. We left instantly. 8 pound for a pint. 13.50 for a single! The toilets are way to small to have an attendant they smell like the cider too. Oh and the music is so loud. I like loud music. But this was ridiculous. Walk on past folks.

Worst experience ever! We were here for the World Cup final, the main bar was fully booked so they told us to go next door, the zoo bar club. Had to pay a £10 fee each to enter, couldn’t see inside before paying that fee because they covered the windows!! Once inside, it was literally just an empty room, no seats, with one very old tv and very loud music! We only stayed two minutes and we decided to leave, we asked for a refund and the manager refused and told us they don’t do refunds even if that was not written anywhere! The manager was extremely unhelpful and arrogant! This place is clearly a scam, do not go there!! We found another bar nearby way better and didn’t have to pay a fee to go in…

  • 2/5 Denisa S. 1 year ago on Google
Asked us to pay again at the door although we got tickets from a third party. Toilets were messy and stinky. Drinks were super overpriced. A shot is £10. They advertised discount for students but didn’t apply it. Two dance floors. Lit downstairs. Pole to dance.

  • 1/5 Georgia S. 11 months ago on Google
All the bar staff was so rude here & when we politely declined the £10 shots the girl rolled her eyes at us. The music was weird. Didn’t really feel comfortable drinking there. The drinks were cheap rubbish charged at a high price definitely the worst bar we went in the entire night. We left after 10 minutes. There’s a lot better places to go.

If you’ve ever wanted to go to sea world before, head on over to Zoo Club. Be sure to bring a rain poncho because the dance floor is the equivalent to Shamo’s splash zone. Make sure you have a second set of clothes because you may just be lucky enough to have a full tray of drinks dumped on you (accidentally) by the staff. Received a free drink for being converted to a swamp rat to replace the drink I had and the music was good.

  • 2/5 Beats by Y. 10 months ago on Google
The vibes are off in this club, you’re surrounded by security guards looking mean at you while there are people who are not vibing coming way too close to you that look like they are out for your stuff. I spent more time safeguarding my pockets than enjoying the music here unfortunately. The only vibe here is the alcohol in your body, the £15 entry is NOT worth it, very empty club too.

  • 1/5 Jinali M. 4 months ago on Google • 1 review
The worst! The security guards are racist as hell! The nerve of them to actually choke an innocent person for no reason other than them being racist and probably being brought up by racist parents. Shame on this person! We respectfully asked him why he was being disrespectful towards us and he had no reason and proceeded to flip us off. Zoo bar is honestly the worst. It’s not worth it. It’s sticky, ugly and plain disgusting.

We paid entry to get into the bar (says free on the sign), security said it was £10 per person but then when I paid for 3 of us, it was £33..? Then we weren’t allowed into the Club as apparently they are two separate places so would have to pay a second entry, even though they are both owned by the same people. The second bar was closed anyway so paid £11 to sit in a bad bar for 20 mins before deciding to leave… Also none of the women’s toilets had loo roll and the hand dryer was broken. Overall was a bad experience.

  • 1/5 A A. 2 months ago on Google • 1 review New
Decent music, watered down drinks and an absolute dishonest fool operating the cloak room. He gave me a number which didn't even correspond to the coat I gave him. He insisted I was wrong and raised his voice at me to tell me so. I think they count on people being too drunk to tell the difference but I spoke to his manager who eventually found my coat (after insisting his colleague wasn't wrong) on the side and not even on a hanger! No apology was given. It seems suspicious and like they want to steal people's belongings. Would not recommend.
