My go-to place for south Indian food. I find it better than Saravana Bhavan in terms of cost, taste and crowd management. Love their buffet and the mini Tiffin option Both are reasonably priced. The quantity and quality of food is good. The staff is very polite and the service is quick. Ambience is good. Mostly you will hear only south Indian songs playing on the TV. My favourite dishes are - Sada dosa, Medu vada Pav bhaji Chole bhature Kesar bhat / sheera Sambar and all the chutneys Would highly recommend. Pics attached for reference.

Lovely fresh food, for great value! Very tasty, authentic desi flavours! We had a buffet, was very busy but food was coming out in good time!

My brother invited us to join them to celebrate his in-laws birthday. The restaurant looks dated but the food is very delicious. I must say how did I miss this gem in Harrow. A must go place for all food lovers who loves Indian cuisine. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Our children tried their Gold dosa, you should too. The pricing is just right and the taste is homely. Will definitely come back again.

We went for a lunch, super friendly staff and really helpful. We ordered idlis, wada, dosa were tasty and delightful. Had authentic taste too. However food we ordered that was not south indian category were not great in taste. Dahi wadas were hard and dry, where as their fried rice lacked tastes and seasoning. Worth definitely going for south indian food

I had a buffet it wasn’t great of that price £10.99 per head and 10 % of table charge of eaten in restaurant I’m totally disappointed mean while not much selection of menu or buffet dishes only 8 varieties of food but only one good thing fresh and hot dosa I had shop look it wasn’t great and customer service is ok mango lassi it’s great overall I’m not impressed from that place…

Always a great local choice! First time got the chance to eat in and wow what a great variety of options. Personal favourites: Podu idly, medu vada and Jumbo masala Dosa was just perfect sized for 4. Leaving evidence for everyone to see the epic size of the jumbo Dosa.

I think this is definitely overhyped. The chutneys were all watered down nd the food didn’t actually have that much flavour. The service is also awful I asked three waiters for water… I left without water. I asked for more chutney and nothing came

Great South Indian Food. Well priced and good portions. The buffet was on but was confusing in the sign "One plate per person". Wasn't sure whether it meant one visit or use the same plate as you need. Asked for clarification but there must of been a miscommunication so ordered from the menu instead. Vegan dishes are clearly marked. Is a canteen layout, don't expect restaurant standards. Well worth a visit for the quality of the food.

Amazing place for lovely south and north Indian vegetarian food. It was my first time here so I tried just the masala dosa but the quality and quantity worth every penny ( look at the size of dosa). The prices are quite affordable and place is clean and family oriented. Location is quite convenient its just 2 mins walk from Kenton station and they also have a big parking outside the restraunt. Please visit and support Indian food restraunts like these.

A lot of people recommended me to try this Popular South India restaurant in Kenton. I went for Buffet and happily surprised with food. The only constructive criticism is DOSA & Ambience. If they could make them Crisper and Crunchy, this place will set of for higher success.✅👍🏻🇮🇳

My friends went for the all you can eat buffet for £12.50 (weekend) and they loved it. A lot of choices and freshly made. I ordered masala dosa and masala tea which I enjoyed. The dosa is a bit more expensive than my usual dosa place and the tea was a little bit less quantity. However, if I happen to be in Harrow, I would pop in for dosa here again.

Nice restaurant, simple but nicely looked. Food was good, tasty and came relatively quick. Service was good too. Not so pricey not so cheap. I had cauliflower dosa and I payed £7.

FAB! FAB! These guys are just brilliant. Cannot give them enough praise! We booked for an outdoor catering event for a pre-wedding party. All our guests were very very happy with the food. The service was also excellent! Thank you.

Nice South Indian food variety. The pau bhaji was nice and the pizza dosa was lovely. Order was taking a while to come out and there were few mix ups with which dosa everyone ordered. However once corrected they were coming out quickly. I would go again to try something else.

The food quality was awesome, 5 star for the Dosa and Chutneys. Atmosphere could be better, further improvement on cleanliness of the floor and toilet would have earned 1 additional star. Plates and cutlery was quite clean but for floor and toilet, it reduced one star in the rating. The staff was quite helpful. Don't forget to take Filter coffee, I found one of the best in Area. The pricing is good for the quality and quantity, overall, nice food and would recommend this for delicious South Indian cuisine.

If you only care about great authentic south Indian food and don't mind not having chandeliers and unnecessary sophistication then This Is Your Place. Always a hit, been here multiple times and it doesn't fail to impress with the food. There is something for everyone even the uninitiated in authentic south Indian food, so would recommend trying it.

Really enjoyed the food. Service was OK but the staff were rushed as the place was packed. But the staff continued to smile. Great value for money. Good quality but would have liked the chutneys to have a kick.

The restaurant makes very good South Indian and North Indian vegetarian dishes. Their catering service is exceptional and very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend this restaurant for home parties and gatherings.

We had booked their catering services for a party at home to cook on site a range of South Indian dishes. Booking the service was easy, communication is by email to request any changes to the booking. There is total flexibility regarding guest numbers and dishes chosen until a couple of days before the actual event date. The food was delicious, plentiful, all cooked onsite and guests could eat as much as they like. There were 2 chefs, Shiv and Ghanshyam who prepared the food as requested by the guests. They were both friendly, amenable to the guest’s requirements preparing the dishes to the guest’s taste. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and the chefs warm and friendly approach helped them feel relaxed. The party was a great success thanks to the 2 chefs named above and the delicious food and I would gladly recommend the restaurant’s catering facilities.

We had outdoor catering arranged for 35 people. Firstly I was cautious, the emails are short, direct and can seem impolite but that is no indication on the company at all. They just have a large volume of customers and they want to reply quickly. I cannot tell you how amazing the food was. It is by far the best dosas we've ever had. We also ordered veg cutlets and chips for the kids although they were too chilly for the kids but the flavour was amazing. This made our gathering amazing and we cannot thank them enough. We would book all the time!

Great food and great price. Can be cheaper to go for buffet style if you like also. Chilli paneer was a bit tangy for my flavour profile rather than spicy. Cheese dosa can be a little overwhelming, I'd you get a dosa, remember to ask for masala on the side as most orders dont come with it such as cheese dosa or paper dosa.

  • 4/5 Vimal B. 1 year ago on Google
Service was good. Food came out quick. Reasonable price Dosa was good, but for anyone ordering Dosas, please ask for the masala. The chilli paneer could have been better.

Tried their lunch buffet on a weekend and it was amazingly delicious. They have a great spread of at least 13 to 15 items. They also serve hot dosas’ right out of the kitchen. I’m a fan of their khichdi, I could tell it was made in ghee and tasted amazing. The only thing I did not agree with was the dahi wada, I usually expect it to be a little sweet and spicy but it was just the taste of yogurt. They do charge a service fee.

I have been here with the family numerous times. One of the most authentic and tastiest Southern Indian cuisine in my opinion. The service is quick and staff are very polite and professional.

  • 5/5 Smooth C. 2 years ago on Google
The staff were very friendly & we were amiably welcomed in the restaurant, like old friends. My hunger only grew as the warm aroma of the spicy, tropical south-Indian cuisine permeated through the room, tantalising me to incredible excitement. When the food arrived, I could not wait to dig in! The gourmet was high quality & stimulated all of my senses. I ate like a prince, I ate until I was full, & I was not let down. I left a satisfied & happy customer, 10/10 experience, will come again soon.

Booked catering for a small house party of 30 guests. Everything was 10/10 from enquiring/booking, to set up, service and clear up. Excellent value for money and delicious food cooked fresh in the garden. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you very much!

May be this restaurant s success is their own downfall now. They were not able to handle the crowd during New year s evening. Food was not replenished quickly, plates not cleaned and provided quickly....lost interest in having the buffet

Taste was really nice. A small and cozy place. The horrible thing was that they charge eat-in charge 10% on all bills but they don't give you extra Sambar or Chutney or Chaana. Hygiene wise, they have to improve a lot.

  • 5/5 Yogesh G. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely brilliant Sounth Indian food - a must try for those who are missing authentic idlys and medu wadais. The service was excellent and we were advised right options to pick and made aware of portion sizes for sharing. They refill sambhars and chutneys for free which is really nice. Food was cooked well and served fresh. The ambience is more practical than fancy - but the main value is in food - which is really good and served at an excellent price point.

Small, unassuming restaurant serving tasty vegetarian Indian food. The dosas are amazing. They also have a very popular buffet. The restaurant always gets full so book a table in advance. It's worth the trip if you are a fan of dosa pancakes. I've been a couple of times with friends who live 20 minutes away by car.

Food has dramtically changed over the last few years. Quality of chutney is not great. Service always remains good with extremely friendly staff. However the quality of food just isn't as good as some of the other local dose places. Also carefully inspect the bill before paying.

Amazing vegan options. Very respectful of the new Post lock down restrictions. Food was great, mogo is a hidden gem... Not usual for a South Indian restaurant to serve this.... But a nice surprise

  • 4/5 Nirav B. 2 years ago on Google
Noodles and dosa is really nice, As this is south indian restaurant don't expect bhaji pav to be like Gujarat or Maharashtra Gulab jamun are must try

  • 5/5 Abhinav T. 2 years ago on Google
The Weekend lunch buffet is what I tried and at 12 Kwid it's bang for the buck. The taste is as authentic as it can get in London. The cleanliness is decent but can be better. The place can get overly congested around meal time on weekends. The place seems understaffed when running at full capacity. Overall a good south Indian experience worth trying in North West London.

Decent menu with nice dosas in particular. However the filling in thebdosa was bit less than expected. Cheese dosa was delicious. Paneer dosa was alright. Lacked enough filling. Noodles were okay. The sauce provided was simply ketchup. The bhel was okay.

Recently we four friends visited SriLalita in Kenton We had very good time with delicious food including Jain options which was very important for some of us. It was also very important for us to go to pure vegetarian restaurant with good ambience and variety of food with affordable prices. Staff were very courteous and served us with smiles. Buffet lunch has got many options and you can eat and order hot customized delicacy on the spot. We would recommend people to visit this place if you fancy south Indian food and can get good experience .
