Thanks to the doctor's team for the speedy recovery of one of my close relatives who had been admitted here and gone through minor surgery.... Everything was done good without any hassles.... The doctors here will give your best if you give them your best by paying their high fees..... This place isn't really recommended for below middle class people.... Especially taken into account their charges... Aster Hospital also has a cancer treatment centre known as Sunrise Oncology Centre.... Best of doctors are available but they come for a price and the wait time is just too long.... Also a thing to mention is their young receptionists at work.... Half of their staff don't know how to handle a patient's documents well.... Had to resolve the mater after phone calls.... Nonetheless.... Not many people to be seen around... Parking can br difficult because the place is located uphill... There's a security guard available but I don't think it's much useless because he does nothing....

I had burns on my Right hand and my right leg and didn't know any hospitals here that treat severe burns.... I was then told by someone to go to Aster hospital and meet Dr Sujoy Das ...and I was admitted immediately In 6 days I was good to go home I thank Dr Sujoy Das He is a Professional Doctor of the highest calibre that I met.. I was randomly reading the response of the comments that were put up. The one's who gave 1star review, the reply given was by some pathetic heartless person. Learn to respond to a negative review with some sense of understanding atleast. So one star goes for that.

The visiting faculty of doctors are irregular of their given time. We were called between 9:30am to 10:30am bt when we reached at 10:10am we neva meet the doctor, of asked to any of the staff al they were giving some random time ki wait fr 10 mins or at 10:30 than 11 n than the time kept on pushing! Me n my mother waited for more than 2hrs.. such things should be avoided 2 more patients eu were waiting for same doctor left after waiting for 1+ hr!! Atleast proper time should be told that wait for certain time!! Its total waste of time my mom jad to suffer while her knee was paining badly!! Waiting for them!!

I have visited for full medical test (physics fitness) by morning I have given the check list to staff working in hospital they checked it and arranged for some of test and most of the test I have to go to near by other hospital so here facilities are very less and I have informed to staff that I need the following medical test report today but there intention only on the money 💰 not on the health care of patients. After payment they told me to come tomorrow. By same day evening i have visited this hospital it terrible experience because staff & doctor behaviour is rude and not to leason. Doctor here are not even bothering about your health problems there will say useless reason which is not acceptable. Finally i have to take medical certificate near by hospital. Fully day got wasted by Aster hospital. This thing has to be noticed by the management and they should take some action on them.

Excellent management. DOCTOR SUJOY is a very humble man.He treats the staff really well and has positive attitude towards new comers.Dr Vishal is the best gynac and really polite with his patients .May God bless you all.

Already had a fracture and just needed to change the plaster, did not need consultation, xrays or anything else as was already being treated since a week. The plaster was like 500 bucks and the total bill came upto 3.5k for no reason. The doctor charged 2k for consultation and plaster and 800 was charged just because we chose to go to this hospital. The nursing charges were 300 cause the nurse was asked to check the BP and pulse rate for an already existing hand fracture. We were made to wait 45 mins just for the bill stating the lady is typing and was given a hand written bill. Sadly, hospitals are just a money making business in such kind of cases

I recently had a laproscopic hysterectomy at Aster. Dr. Vishal Gude was my doctor. Wonderful Doctor, calm, professional, empathic towards patients. I was skeptical about hospital but, they were beyond my expectations. Helpful, kind and considerate nurses who looked after my every comfort. Kind resident Doctors especially Dr. Melcy. Spotless rooms with comfortable amenities for patients. Good administrative staff. Canteen also good. Only, would be helpful if canteen could function on Sundays too, becomes very difficult for patients & care givers for food on Sundays. All in all, very comforting experience and to think, the hospital is just in.my backyard....Praise God.

I would like to thank Dr Sujoy Das N Dr Judith....I had my gallbladder laparoscopic surgery done yesterday n it was done very perfectly...both doctors Dr Sujoy Das N Dr Judith were very understanding...I would just they r both down to earth... average nursing and taking care as same as in government hospital ,,water leaking everywhere in bathroom, improper toilet,and bed we paid for, and even no good response from the director Dr vishal....

Aster has the best approach to patients compared to any hospitals in Goa. Dr. Sujoy Das, is a down-to-earth person. The husband-wife team takes time to observe their staff's behavior and approach, something you won't find in hospitals in Goa. The hygiene is immaculate.

Definitely it deserves a 5 star rating as an outsider and new to this place with new faces around was quite scared but the doctors and nurses and the helpers made me feel comfortable and the hygiene in the hospital was taken care of too.Hats off and keep up the good job .

While the doctors and nurses are really good. The staff at the pharmacy particularly one staff is extremely disrespectful to patients and speaks very rudely. As a private hospital we expect better service instead of rude behaviour. Would request the hospital management to put up a hoarding mentioning the escalation mechanism for resolving such issues. I do not know whom I need to complaint to

Very nice hospital in Margao with best doctors available, its very well maintained. Only issue is majority of the staff is rude whatever you ask them dey reply rudely specially the receptionist. I personally had gone to reception to ask the total bill amount a day prior to discharge but the lady on counter said that we don't know your bill amount, inspite of asking to atleast tell me the aprox amount they refused. Mean how is it even possible that they dont have the information? Later they say go and ask the doctor he/she will update you about the amount.

This is long pending note I wanted to pin to the wonderful and renowned couple Mr. and Mrs. Vishal. Long story short I was down in Goa for holidays and we all know we need to get all our visits done and get sorted. In my visit, they were the Doctors who sat with me not rushing or trying to sell me any products. Dr. Vishal (She) genuinely wanted to help. She directed me gently and her husband was a great support. Unfortunately, I would not like to get in my personal story but I want to say a big thank you to you both for going out of the way to help and support. I may have visited your hospital once but the one time I sat with you both and you'll touched my heart ! We are blessed to have doctors like this couple in the world where medicine is JUST a profession ! Keep doing the great work you all do together. It takes a founder like this to have such a beautiful vision ..so humbled and privileged to experience it all.

Worst hospital ever during interview doctor says salary is 8k an after some days his wife says the salary is 5k bcoz ur new that you'll dint know before taking on job. Before going to interview just conform the payment vith the return of who is taking interview or else they change their colour soon
