Overall the accommodation was cozy and pleasant. The rooms are good and neat but maybe little small if you are with kids. The location is bit inferior. You really need to have rental bikes or car to reach out to main attractions. You can order food online as there are no restaurants at walkable distance. The water pressure at bathroom was really low, especially for the toilet faucet which annoyed us.

If you ever visit Goa, whether in the south or north, please stay here and experience the charm. You'll feel at ease, and your hosts will treat you like family. They also have a cute dog named Juno, which is the cherry on top of the sundae.

A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very welcoming and relaxing. Hosts are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and served on bed. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our room was very clean, with everything we needed. Most important part is the owner of the place are extremely humble, jovial, soft spoken, kind and most helpful. We would happily visit again.

It was quite small but really neat and clean. Rooms were nicely decorated. Friendly Lab, beautiful caged birds, safe for kids.. The cons for us were getting the access to the kitchen to cook food for our babies. As the host (Who was otherwise nice) did not want us accessing the kitchen all the time , maximum twice, which felt as a constraint as we had really small kids who couldn't eat outside food. And if you are chai/coffee lovers, you can get them at most twice. For more than that you need to go outside, nearest beach >2kms. So you will need a vehicle. But otherwise a nice stay.

Cozy and beautiful room. Very hospitable host and caretaker. Beautifully maintained property with the cutest pets and birds. Ample and safe parking space. Would really like to book a stay again .Clean bathroom and smart TV with beautiful lighting.

Definitely the best place to stay in Goa.❤️ The rooms were neat and tidy. AC, fan, Tv were available. The room and garden decor was beautiful. Such a calm and peaceful place to stay. Mr Simon and Rima (The host) are two most humble, friendly and loving couple ever. They made us felt like home. Their hospitality and generosity is incredible. It was so much worth the stay. First review I’ve given in my life coz of the Most amazing place I’ve ever stayed in. Wish I could give a 10star! HOSTS: 200/10 Reema and Simon are the sweetest hosts I’ve ever met. Didn’t feel like I visited Goa for the first time. They made sure I got all the facilities including transport & food in a right way without hassle. I just had to ask them whatever I needed and they helped me in the all the possible ways. STAY: 10/10 Amazing, peaceful stay like HOME with all the facilities required. Though it feels like it’s far from the city, every place is just 5-10 mins away from here. Clean, Hygienic, Awesome! FOOD: Not a problem at all I’m a complete vegetarian and food from amazing places is delivered here through Swiggy/ Zomato. This place and the hosts have my heart ♥️

We had a pleasant stay at Seasons in the sun. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The Location is near to Colva beach. If anyone is coming to South goa, Seasons in the sun would be my first recommendation. We felt safe and happy staying here. Kudos to the hosts.

We planned to stay 3 days but we extended it to a whole week because of true Goan hospitality of owners. Lovely place with great atmosphere, and very helpful and caring hosts. There was no problem with a check-in in the night due to our late flight. Comfortable bed, cozy room, everything super clean, no problem with hot water. The owners recommended us cool places to eat/go, showed us around and helped with renting a bike. Their hospitality was incredible. The only problem we have was with a noisy fan but hosts did their best to fix it asap.

We had an amazing stay here for 2 days. The boutique rooms are so neat and clean, well maintained. Loved the ambience and specially the lovely pets,Bruno, Amigo and Lauky (pets are very friendly and won't trouble you) And they are obsessed with the cleaning, which is very good thing 😃 I loved the stay here. If you are solo or with family,I must recommend this property.

Peaceful and hygienic room. Surrounded by coconut trees and greenery. Great Host who helps from check in to check out. Scooter rental and airport drop available. Great place to stay for solo and family travellers. Very close to the beach. .

Super nice gesthouse that runs by a great family. It was a pleasure. Simon the host drove us around to see the place and was very welcoming (and free coffee in the morning was great)🙌 + hot water in the shower (small boiler but enough) + good value for money + clean + air con - little far from beach but close to town center

The most helpful hosts I ever had! They make you feel like family and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is super clean and well-maintained . Amazing coffee and some small snacks in the morning. The location is a bit secluded but very peaceful. It’s a 30 minute walk to the beach, and they always offered me a ride to go everywhere I wanted. The most perfect first stop for me as a female solo traveler. 100% recommended. Thank you so much!

Beautiful location, beautiful people and a magical stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable with AC, it is a quiet area and beautiful surroundings with a very cosy atmosphere. The hosts are very kind and caring people, they really made us feel at home and comfortable, especially for our first time in India. They couldn't have done any more for us if they tried. To top it all off they have a beautiful dog and kitten who take after their owners in being very friendly. Had a wonderful stay at Seasons in the Sun. Simon and Reema are fabulous and such genuine hosts. They go out of their way to do whatever they can do to help you enjoy your stay in Goa. The whole place is kept spotless. Juno and the kittens are so cute and friendly. Coffee and treats are a lovely touch. Even gave me a gift to take back to the UK. Can't rate this place highly enough. Will definitely be back.

Worth the visit. This place gives you the safest, warm and most comfortable vibe. We had booked it on friend's recommendation and it was really worth it. Host Reema and Simon, we can just call them a family now, no words to express their unconditional hospitality. If you visit here once, you will definitely come here again!! PS : They also provide transport and sight seeing service with very reasonable rates and patience which is most important. They take an extra effort to see if their guests are safe and secure even after departure.

Just Awesome! The rooms are decent yet very well maintained. The location is the best part. If you're planning for working from your room, this is the best place. The owners are cooperative and understanding. Just go for it if you are staying in South Goa!

❤️ Lovely & Cute place and cheery on the top are the amazing hosts (Mr Simon and Family) who make this place a Home. You request them and they will happily help you out.... Be it bike renting, drop off to railway station, suggestions etc. Lovely place with lovely people. They helped us with local goan sweets. ❤️ All rooms are similar and the each Rooms is Named after every month of year (ours was "November") with beautiful interiors. The room is not is very spacious but enough for 2 people with normal luggage. Room is Cosy and cute and equipped with all necessary amenities ( TV, Open Cupboard, Queen size Bed, AC, Power Backup etc). Room gets cleaned every 3 days. Ample space out side the room with beautiful decorative. Tea and coffee are complimentary. ❤️ Location is good, around 3 Km from Colva Beach. This was our first stay and will surely revisit this place in future. Hilghly recommended. You will surely feel at home. Kudos to Simon & Family ❤️

The place was economical, clean, cozy for a couple, pet friendly, hosts were hospitable, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was filling and tasty. The entrance to the resort looks inviting and calm with lovebirds chirping. We were the noisiest gang of 3 couples, laughing and joking away. All our stress blown away with the Goan breeze.

The place was really pleasant, we stayed here for around 20 days. The hosts were really great. They helped us in getting rental scooty and also took us for shopping. They suggested us so many great restaurants and places to visit. They also provide pick and drop facility from airport at very reasonable price. Free tea and coffee anytime of the day. Felt like home. What a warm greetings 😊. Rooms were neat and clean. AC and fan both were available. After entering room they treated us with welcome drinks. TV, bed side table, study cum dining table and good storage provided for baggage and clothes in that small room. Simon sir and Reema mam both were very humble and friendly. They have fridge. If you want to store anything you can do that. Common balcony for drying clothes. Staff behaviour was good. Recommended..

If bang for buck had a definition then this it. Bear in mind the rooms are small but it is so damn clean and hygienic and the same is true for the surroundings and unique setup of the place, hell i as asked for a coffee and they have me a muffin along with it- brilliant! They have spare parking for car so that is a plus, overall just fantastic. I forgot clicking pics of the room( stupid me) but you'll find them amongst other review pics of the place

A home away from home. Simon and Reena right from the day we entered the resort made sure to make us feel so comfortable and gave that awesome home like feel. It felt like visiting our own place in Goa. They are the best hosts who are up to help you anytime and in any manner. If you are visiting Goa first time like us you will never feel the fear of taking even a single wrong turn 🤣🤣 because they are always just a call away they take care of all there is guest like family.

It is one of the most beautiful places to stay in South Goa. Simon and Reena are the best host. Right from the start to the end, they make sure to take care of each and everything. They will guide you for places to visit, restaurant and all the other necessary things. It was an awesome experience to stay here. All the arrangements were good and we enjoyed a lot.

Just sharing my experience staying here almost a week time. First about the Host's : Simon & Reema are amazing people you will probably not find someone like them, they are very much welcoming, helpful for anything that you need, they will suggest you all near by places to roam around and must try eateries. Complimentary Breakfast: Breakfast which they offer can beat any of the paid breakfast which you would eat outside. You will definitely love the breakfast which they offer. Room's : 1. Rooms are pretty decent 2. Cleanliness is there top most priority 3. you will get AC, Tv loaded with Netflix, prime etc.. 4. High speed internet. 5. Ambiance is great Surroundings: Very peaceful.. Beaches are very near from the property. Master Juno (Dog) is Cute too :) Very good place to stay in south goa.. I would definitely love to visit again here

Loved this place so so much, felt very sad to leave after my stay ended. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. They have a cute dog too. The hosts lent us their car to travel as there were no cab services nearby. They serve a fulfilling breakfast too, living up to their B&B business. The place is so peaceful, beautiful, quiet, hygienic and clean. It is perfect for long stays and workations too, with good wi-fi. The location is secluded and close to quieter south Goan beaches, making it a very dreamy vacation. I'm definitely planning my next Goa vacation at this place, and for a longer time.

Nice cozy little place. Very very courteous staff. You can ask about things you wanted to do and they have many ideas. Rooms are very compact and lit making it hard to sleep during afternoons.
