I
visited
this
coffee
shop
for
the
first
time
today.
It
offered
my
favorite
treat:
it
was
quiet!
There
were
five
of
us
in
there,
which
is
about
par
for
any
local
coffee
shop
at
any
given
time,
and
not
one
person
was
on
the
phone,
talking
loudly,
or
otherwise
distracting
others.
I
had
a
(large)
egg/cheese
croissant
and
coffee
for
$8
and
change.
The
environment
is
less
cozy
than
Guillermo's
but
also
less
chain-y
than
Starbuck's.
It's
minimalist,
which
I
don't
care
for
but
many
people
do.
It's
also
bright
and
shiny
with
happy
colors.
Having
spent
years
in
New
Orleans,
I
will
never
have
a
"favorite"
coffee
shop
in
Little
Rock,
but
I
like
this
one
a
lot,
and
I'm
rabid
for
supporting
local
businesses,
especially
in
the
post-tornado
Breckenridge
Village
area.
I'm
so
glad
the
owner
located
here
instead
of
"West"
Little
Rock.
I'll
be
returning
here
routinely
for
a
hot
coffee,
a
comfy
chair,
and
a
good
book.
