We had a horrible experience--the room smelled like 1,000 ashtrays, there was a cockroach in the restroom, and the place looked dangerous itself. We got no refunds and the people there laughed at us when we told them. If I could, I would rate it 0 stars. Do not recommend.

I came out for a job. I stayed at the regency. It was terrible. The outlets didn't half work. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The owner should not have this motel open. .He has no good solid staff. He wants people to work in exchange for the room. He does not coletely stock the room. No telephone. Old school tekevision.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Quiet and discreet. Nice rooms and has daily and weekly rates. I DID have to change rooms because of a bed bug issue in the first room and had to get the air conditioner/heater changed out. Notwithstanding, I would patronize Regency Inn again.

By far probably the worst place for me to stay. There were bugs crawling around, the shower had no hot water and the faucets to the shower weren’t working properly either. The tub filled with water as you try and shower so it’s kinda pointless as you stand in your own filth. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was mold on the shower curtains. The floors were horrendous and dirty they need to be vacuumed if nothing else is done to them. The beds were horrible as well. Uncomfortable and filthy. Tv didn’t work nor did the ac unit. The way the hotel is portrayed as in their pictures is false. They say they’re renovating but It don’t look like it to me. Sorry but i would never recommend this to anyone nor will I be back. And they don’t really deserve one star but I had to give one to do this.

We stayed one night passing through because it was fairly cheap, about $70 a night with tax. Just go further and get a better hotel, you’ll feel safer. Cons: Smells like cigarettes. At 5am someone knocked on our door named “CJ” or “TJ”. We definitely DID NOT open the door and told him “no” loudly a few times before he left. We did not sleep well after that, very unsettling. Pros: Parking is directly in front of your room if your lucky so you can keep an on your car. One cup coffee maker in the room, which was nice.

The room was not clean, we found a used razor blade on the floor and when I confronted the front desk they did not care, we had to beg for towels, and toilet paper will not be going back

Wish I could say many great things. There are only 2; the people in the office are nice and they're always available. Run down hotel that has potential but not the proper care for it to have guests. I was awaken by many itchy sensations, yes , bedbugs. Definitely not worth that price!

My name is Christina Willis. I would like to take the time to say. This hotels hospitality is a 10. My brother Darrell has been staying at this wonderful hotel. William and Karen has shown what true hospitality is all about. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for having great customer service!!!. We appreciate all of your understanding and generosity.

I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw.

Real nice property manager. The desk assistant was helpful 😌. I recommend this place for the privacy, and how good my room looks 😀 . Great price cheapest in town.

We visited The Regency Inn last night because of a truck issue and when i say the staff are some of the kindest sweetest people, they really are. They made us feel so at home and safe. Anytime we’re in North Carolina we definitely will stay there because everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Super grateful to Delila and Robert. They made the bad day we were having so much better. The rooms were super clean. They’re in the middle of a remodel but everything was clean and nice.

I wish I had read the reviews before paying for the room. I unfortunately got dropped off by uber (just flew in for a couple of days) and if I wasn't so tired, I would have walked to a different hotel. Was greated by roaches on the headboard. Was not comfortable at all.

The room was NOT at all what I expected. Literally gave out 1 rag/towel set for adult double room occupancy, I guess we were supposed to share😬
