Make sure you leave an ample amount of time for visits since you will likely have to wait for the doc for a bit, BUT know that there is a wait because the doctor spends more than 30 seconds with each patient. I have always felt heard on my visits and never rushed, and my interactions with staff have always been pleasant. During my most recent trip, the power went out but the team still worked to get me seen even with no lights or internet. That’s dedication! Very glad to have found a center so patient-focused.

I have been going to Imperial Center Family Medicine for years. I started out with one provider who made the decision to transition to a new phase in her career. Prior to leaving she paired me with someone who she ultimately knew would be the perfect individual to take over my care. I love Angela. She is the best. I love this practice. Every staff member that I have interacted with have always been courteous and friendly. I am recommend for anyone to visit and and give them a shot. Imperial Family Medicine is the best practice I have ever used. I see Dr Torrey and he is amazing. He listens to my concerns, patiently answers all of questions, and he never makes me feel rushed. I trust my practitioner implicitly. Not only does Hita Abrams listen to what I'm saying but she comes up with a practical treatment plan that I can follow. And I've had nothing but positive experiences with the front desk team and the team that draws blood for labs. I did recently have a problem with the billing team, but I appreciate that Dr. Torrey cares enough about Google Reviews to directly intervene, and his office manager understood my true concern and reconfirmed that all my previous interactions are the norm and this was a one off situation. I highly recommend this team.

I have been going here for over 20 years. Great service. My health has hereditary issues and they have got me to outlive my father and grandfather's so that feels good. The team approach is great because there is always that point in life where your doctor retires to travel the world but you're still alive and needing care. There's always a younger one you have seen as well. LOL.

I appreciate PA Melissa so much for her patience and ability to listen to my bf’s issues. After been through a few doctors who swept him under the rug, she’s a breath of fresh air. She was so thorough with him, we were in there talking with her for almost an hr and we were never rushed. I finally feel relieved that she will help him resolve some of his health issues. This office staff is by far the greatest service providers I can say I have had the privilege to receive care from. I have never felt like an insurance claim quota. They express sincere concern and respond with a sense of importance when addressing any of my questions, concerns or needs. They feel like family and I am honored that they take such great care of my needs.

Doctor Overcash is the best. My health is her top provider. She's always honest and takes as much time as I want need each visit. I would be happy to continue to be in her care for the rest of my life.

I consider myself very lucky to have someone like Dr Torrey and his professional support team as my primary care physician. He cares deeply about his patients, taking time he may not have under the new model of revenue accounting that seems grotesquely pervasive in the medical field. You know the types, utterly boring ex-insurance executives who think they know how to make money by viewing your health concerns as their exorbitant valuations. Torrey takes his time to build a relationship with you. More importantly than his care, his support team are instrumental to the success of the business and I have never had a negative interaction with any of them.

From the time I walk in the door until I walk out, I am met with warmth, efficient, and effective healthcare. I feel known and understood. Heda Abrams is honest, open, and kind and I always know she has my best interest in mind. She and Sheila made my visit exceptional.

He listens and spent good time at appointments time to answer all of my question and considered several options for my care, discussing the specifics of each. He always treats me with the utmost patience and kindness, while still adhering to his busy patient schedule!

ICFM has been my provider of choice since moving to the area, almost 15 years. Dr. Abrams and staff are always welcoming, professional and on task. I’ve seldom had to wait a considerable amount of time to be seen. And I have peace of mind knowing that my physician has my history and ensures that nothing is amiss.

I have seen Molly for almost a year, and she is outstanding. I have moved around the country for my job (California, Virginia, Ohio, NY) and by far this office has provided me with the best preventive care (lab work, medical checkups, recommendation for specialties, etc). I started going to this practice because it was conveniently located in my building. Then I started working from home in 2011 but continued going there even with a 45 min drive. Hita is amazing, thorough and very personable. I’ll keep going as long as she is there, I can’t recommend her enough.

Hita is very professional, while being personable at the same time. Not only that, she’s quite knowledgeable as well. I am 1000% satisfied with the care I receive from Imperial Center Family Medicine. This includes, the schedulers on the phone, the staff that check me in for my appointments, the lab workers and the nurses/nurse techs.

Everyone their from the front desk to the lab are all polite and professional Hita Abrams is exceptional she answers all my questions and figures out what medications will work for me. She is always there for you on the portal to help you with your needs.She is one of the best.

Minimal wait time, Hita Abrams discussed my shoulder issue and explained it to me including pulling up a diagram of the shoulder structure so I could better understand. We also discussed my foot issues and she advised referral to a foot specialist was in order. Prior to her recommendation she asked where I lived to see what area of Raleigh was convenient for me. I found Hita to be very professional and patient oriented. I was very satisfied with her care today. Also the front desk staff was very cordial and easy to work with as usual.

I planned a visit to establish with the practice as a new patient in the area. I became ill and thought that would slow down the ability to come in. The office staff reassured me that it was fine to keep my appointment with Molly Calabria so I went in. She was thorough and did a great job addressing my current issues as well as establishing as a new patient. Incredible practice. Dr. Torrey is a true physician who takes the time to know his patients and listen to their concerns regarding their health. I have been with Dr. Torrey for over 30 years and have always been impressed with his attention to details and his ability to make connections with past visits and information provided years prior. He treats the whole patient not just the symptoms of the current illness. I have two children who are preparing to start college and at this present time they both are attempting to pursue a degree in the medical field and we constantly discuss Dr. Torrey’s mannerisms, professionalism, and true care for his patients along with other individuals they have experienced in the medical world. Not sure if Dr. Torrey is accepting new patients but if he is you would be extremely lucky to have a doctor with such humbleness mixed with pure confidence based upon his knowledge and constant study of medicine and it’s ever evolving changes with a touch of compassion added for good measure.

Terrific person, friend, doctor, PA; been seeing her for about 20 years! Love her. She definitely saved my life about 3years ago, too! Imperial Center Family Medicine was recommended by a health care professional. I'm so glad I scheduled an appointment there. I've never been very comfortable visiting health facilities or seeing doctors, but it was a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. The PA who did my evaluation was very nice, took her time getting a full understanding of my problem and explained all her findings in detail after my exam. I never felt rushed and she addressed all my questions and concerns. It was a very positive experience and I will recommend this medical practice to all my friends and relatives.
