I walked in for a quick appraisal. The staff were extremely welcoming and quickly ensured my needs were met. I expected to have to explore multiple outlets for price comparison, but I was throughly impressed with the offer I received. It was more than what I was expecting. This is a great place to buy/sell/have an item repaired. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend.

I have to say this was by far a much easier experience than I had expected. Selling an engagement ring that I've held on to since my fiance gave it back after our breakup... wasn't easy but was part of my past I needed to let go. Thanks to my rep for making it easy and quick. And they gave me a great price for the re-sell. I was also given the option to destroy the box it originally came in lol, honestly I did and it was therapeutic in a way. Overall just an amazing experience and couldn't be happier I came to such a great place.

I went to JR Raleigh Gold & Diamond to sell some jewelry that I hadn't worn in a while. No apt necessary, so I walked in and met with Carl. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He wrote me a check for the pieces I agreed to sell and for another piece that was worth more- he gave me options to see if possibly consignment was better. Our exchange was without delay, yet I didn't feel rushed and felt he was very thorough with me. I browsed at the cases while I waited for my check and even tried on a few gold pieces. The sales associate was friendly and she knew immediately what looked good on me and wasn't afraid to say it if something didn't. I definitely would recommend and would return to this jewelry store for a future purchase.

I was able to sell them 2 gold bands, and happy to get that check right away! I was impressed with the showroom and the professional staff that I interacted with. They didn't want some of the pieces I brought in for various reasons, but they were honest and helpful in sharing 3 different options for where I could get these pieces sold. I will use them again!

I was skeptical about the place once we pulled up because the building said "Rolex" & was very nice. I had left early for shopping & was in sweats, definitely not looking "Rolex-ish". (If there is such a thing). However, we had the best customer service. The people are so down to earth. Additionally, the prices they gave for my gold were very fair and they even took time to price it for me with some pieces or without some pieces and didn't seem to mind a bit. I happened to be in the area that day but in the future I will make the drive to deal with them again. It was an incredibly positive experience.

Christian Hale was very thorough and deliberate throughout the whole process. He took the time going through every piece. Ultimately we agreed on a price per pennyweight and received a good price for our gold. The entire process was very comfortable and we were very happy with Christian’s professional demeanor. I would say the best compliment we can pay is to say we will definitely return.
