I
have
so
so
so
many
wonderful
and
appreciative
things
to
say
about
Alexa
Voss
(MSN,
PMHNP)
and
the
entire
team
at
Eastside
TMS
and
Wellness
Center!
I
found
Alexa
at
the
exact
right
time
and
I
am
so
incredibly
thankful.
I
had
been
without
a
mental
health
provider
for
almost
a
year
and
with
multiple
diagnoses
it
was
becoming
imperative
to
find
a
provider.
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
be
able
to
be
seen
by
Alexa
within
a
week
of
being
referred
and
I
have
been
seeing
her
weekly
for
almost
a
year
and
a
half.
I
would
not
have
gotten
to
where
I
am
today
if
I
didn't
have
her
on
my
care
team!
I'll
be
honest
that
I
was
a
tiny
bit
hesitant
at
first
when
seeing
how
young
she
is,
but
that
disappeared
immediately
the
instant
I
met
her.
She
has
such
a
compassionate
aura
that
makes
me
feel
so
comfortable
talking
with
her,
even
about
the
really
hard
stuff.
I've
never
been
fortunate
enough
to
have
been
able
to
connect
with
a
provider
like
this
before.
I
can
be
completely
honest
with
her,
without
fear
of
judgement.
If
I'm
not
being
truthful
how
can
I
really
heal
and
better
my
mental
health?
She
adapts
to
and
embraces
communication
styles
and
session
formats
that
really
work
for
you
which
is
such
a
huge
relief
as
a
neurodivergent.
Her
approach
to
medication
management
is
night
and
day
better
than
any
provider
I
have
had
in
the
past.
Really
discussing
the
medication,
understanding
the
purpose
and
any
side
effects,
not
just
pushing
medication
to
get
you
out
of
the
office.
And
her
willingness,
actually
insistence,
to
be
on
the
same
page
as
your
other
providers
and
any
medications
that
they
have
on
board.
And
while
I
would
much
rather
have
our
sessions
in
person,
I
am
so
thankful
that
I
am
able
to
still
have
the
same
positive
experience
via
Telehealth
for
continued
accessibility,
which
I
hadn't
had
success
with
with
prior
providers.
I
also
immensely
appreciate
her
willingness
to
dedicate
session
time
to
completing
paperwork
together
for
disability.
Even
though
my
disability
is
primarily
caused
by
other
factors,
mental
health
still
has
an
overall
effect.
She
really
truly
does
treat
the
patient
as
a
whole
person
rather
than
a
diagnosis
and
it
makes
a
huge
difference.
I
also
really
appreciate
that
when
we
come
across
things
that
might
not
be
in
her
area
of
expertise
we
can
work
together
to
find
additional
care.
And
everyone
in
the
office
is
so
lovely
to
work
with,
super
responsive
and
so
helpful.
I
really
do
miss
having
my
appointments
in
person
because
I
find
so
much
joy
in
seeing
everyone!
I
honestly
look
forward
to
my
weekly
sessions,
even
when
there
are
difficult
things
to
work
through,
because
they
really
help,
and
I
am
making
so
much
progress.
Thank
you
Alexa
and
Eastside
TMS!!!
