Always problem to charge Tesla, one time work ten times doesn’t work. I called them many times, but it still doesn’t work properly.

4th time here, neither machine works for Tesla despite having dedicated plug. I have EVGo account and their card.

Has a Tesla connector but for some reason you have to select CHAdeMO to use it. Silly. Even then it wouldn’t charge my car after 10 min on the phone in the rain with the tech, who told me I have to “power off” my Tesla to get it to work. Which it didn’t.

Charger on the left is having problems communicating with the car even I did connect charger to the car. I myself was a Canadian in Lake Stevens area and there’s only five DC fast charging stations over there.

Can only charge 2 cars at a time, and the wrong types of plugs for my Honda. 3 different kinds, for Tesla, CCS, CHAdeMO, but not a plain Jane J1772 that fit.

These have never worked to charge my Mini. I get a connection timeout but no other information. The CCS connectors are loose - possibly worn out. Wish they’d rip them out and put in ChargePoint fast chargers that people could actually use.

IT'S NOT A TOUCH SCREEN. Well, pretty sure it's not, anyway. It seems to not react to touch, but I used the green and red buttons to navigate, the prompts on the screen have a green or red dot. PRESS START. The RFID card reader seemed inactive until I pressed start. Then it worked, but I was told there was no account associated with my card. Sigh. CONNECT TO YOUR CAR FIRST. Both the app and the screen on the station seem to expect the car to be connected before you hit start. This DCFC is helpful to have in this lot. I can round trip from over 100 miles away in a Leaf with no range worries. Now all the lot needs is a taco truck.

Used it 3 times and it works at 50kw but the two chargers can seemingly only be used by one car at a time. Last time I came, a Tesla was charging and I couldn't initiate a charge session from the same charger using the CCS plug. Pretty silly to have 4 charging spaces if only 2 cars can charge at a time. Update 8/30/22: at least half the times I've tried to use it there has been some sort of issue preventing me from successfully charging. Most recently, one charger was being used for chademo meaning the CCS plug on the same charger couldn't be used. And the other charger had a damaged CCS plug and my car could not latch onto it. My car has been able to fast charge at other locations so it is not the problem

Best charger in the Whole Washington State. Fast and very convenient. Washington state should be setup all EV charger. This one is my favorite

Did not have a Ford Fusion compatible plug in.

Both stations down, so far 0 out of 5 ev go stations completely out of service
