I stayed here a couple weeks ago and when I got in the room, I realized the carpet was wet and the room smelled like bleach. Turns out the carpet had just been cleaned because it was a room where a pet was staying and probably peed on the floor and the carpet hadn’t dried yet. In addition to that, the air conditioning unit in the room was broken so it was very warm in the room and the chemicals from the carpet weren’t being filtered out of the room. I couldn’t sleep that night because the room was so warm, the chemicals were getting to me and the a/c unit helps cover additional noises-the floors above and the highway noises but because the a/c was broken, it was excessively noisy. I asked about changing rooms but the hotel was booked so I couldn’t switch rooms. Sleeping in a room with chemicals on the floor and no ventilation is very bad and toxic but they don’t seem to see it as a problem. I tried to talk to the manager but they weren’t there on the weekend. I don’t understand why there is no manager on the weekend when that is the busiest days of the week at a hotel. I asked them to have the manager call me back so I can get a refund but the manager still hasn’t called me back and it has been over a week. I don’t recommend staying here because it’s pretty obvious the hotel is not being taken care of and they don’t actually care much about customer service or the safety of their guests.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I called in to note for a late check in after 11pm. Arrived right before midnight. Door was locked which is understandable but front desk said it's always locked 24/7 which is kinda weird. He asked for my name and mentioned his staff was just talking about me. Comes to find out, they had a last minute cancelation which NOW they have a room for me. I told the front desk if they didn't have a room I would've been upset knowing that i reserved 3 months in advance, they talked to me earlier in the day and that it was almost midnight. Got into our room and it had an old smell. The floors were semi damp. Damages on the bathroom door knob which is sharp and damages on the walls. The curtains didn't close all the way and we're on the bottom floor so concerned for our privacy. Found a piece of long hair after i moved my pillows. Just smells and feels dirty. There's also some sort of HVAC unit right next to our room and it's all i hear while we sleep. Was hoping to go off the recent reviews but I'm pretty disappointed in our experience. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Kind of torn here. The room was okay and a decent price for a 2 room suite. The ac units were faulty, made a bunch of noise and the one in the bedroom barely worked. All the surfaces in the kitchen area were sticky. The bedroom door didn't close, let alone lock. None of that made us want to leave though.. just feel like when you reserve the most expensive room a place has, it should be up to a certain standard. The desk attendants we're so very nice and helpful. Very good customer service. Definitely stands above others in this area. The pool was warm and clean. The spa was but as hot as others, which for me was a plus. Free breakfast was mediocre, but it was hot and definitely good for a free continental, just but just not as good of selection as some other cheaper hotels offer. Location is kind of sketchy. Had sirens going all hours of the day and night. And the walls must not be too thick as I had a neighbor whose coughing woke my wife and I up multiple times all night for a couple nights in a row.

The good things I'd like to share is that I would like to recognize Deborah and Amie for their great customer service, friendly manner and being very helpful. They fixed my issues with reserving and extending my stay! They do their best as well. Also I enjoyed the breakfast and was glad to wash/dry my laundry! The bad things I'd like to share are the stains on linen/towels that I had to keep replacing, also noticed walls were dirty, the toilet has a permanent stain inside before I ever used it, dusty heater in room 409. Also what I didn't appreciate is when Aaron gave me a hard time asking me to bring down the dirty linen/towels that I'm sure I didn't have to do after I asked for fresh linen/towels; his rude demeanor was not ethical, unprofessional and his responses to my needs. It felt very unwelcoming, oh including that my cat couldn't stay although it's pet-friendly. That's my say for this hotel. Thanks anyways!

Very clean. Wyndham did a great job on the remodel. The staff is so nice and we have stayed many times. If you’re looking for a nice, but super affordable hotel, this is it! Great breakfast, right off of 18, a couple minutes to Muckleshoot casino, and the rooms are very nice! The lobby and dining room are beautiful. It get 5 stars from my family.

Been here several times, bot in the best part of town but clean and safe inside the suites are great if you are visiting and want to be able to host a small get together for you friends or family. The breakfast is great and includes self made waffles and a hot entree usually eggs and sausage or bacon and this time they had biscuits and gravy. There were several small dogs this time however and I'm not sure if they were service dogs (they were quite small) or if the hotel has a new pet policy but there was dog poo in the bark for the plants out front that a family member tracked all the way up to our room before we noticed it. They also have a pool and hot tub, as wells as a small gym (a bowflex style machine and 2 treadmills). Other than the dog doo it's been a great place to stay every time we visit family in the area.

The staff was one of the best I've ever encountered and I'm 65 years old! Matt, Ashley, and Amy were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great representation of your company! The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the hotel quiet. Breakfast was a plus, also. Will definitely stay there again, when visiting Seattle/Auburn!!!!!

I don't think this place ever deserves a 4 star overall... our room floors felt dirty in the bathroom and main walkway. . The phone in our phone didn't work which was ridiculous, what hotel don't have blow dryers?!, our bathroom lock looks like it someone was trying to break in.... the freezer part or the fridge had hair in it along with the towels in the bathroom... never going to book again...

The hotel was super nice and the stuff was really nice and funny. Especially the night staff. Will plan on staying here again if I come back.

Room was clean, wifi seemed reliable, other amenities were in working order. There were some connection issues with TV, but that may have just been the channel we were using. Both the morning and evening concierge were very friendly and extremely helpful (these were the only ones we met). Breakfast was fine. I don't recommend using the laundry room, there's only one washer/dryer set and the dryer didn't get addggg

We had stayed over the weekend for a concert at the White River Amphitheatre. The hotel is somewhat close to the venue. The beds were adequate for a decent night's sleep. Breakfast was ok. Slim options, some more would be nice. Our room was clean when we arrived and looked nice. The customer service is fantastic. All of the staff were extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. I can't say enough about how awesome all of the staff were. The location of the hotel is a bit sketch. The hotel does lock all doors during the night and entry only permitted by room key. Be aware of that. Homeless do stay in the area. While we were here the gas station next door was robbed. Make sure to lock your cars and not to leave anything of value in your cars. The hotel did have some security that hung out in the parking lot overnight, which I appreciated. If you can park up front of the hotel, do it, and make sure you don't leave anything in your car. If you do that you shouldn't have any issues.

Was there Aug 4/23 for a concert. The hotel was ok. The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME! I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel welcomed. Checked out early for the trip home so didn't take advantage of the free breakfast.

Rooms were very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside of the room was the bathtub had some rust starting to show. I was on the side of the hotel that had some noise from the highway but it wasn't bad. The price was very reasonable and there was a free breakfast which was fine, although nothing special, and there wasn't any bacon, sausage or ham, just the usual scrambled eggs. There were warm biscuits, as well as a waffle making station and the usual cereal, yogurt, bread and toaster with jams. The other thing to note is there is some element of less fortunate individuals hanging around the area. So there was a sense that vehicles in the parking lot could be at risk. I removed anything of value from my vehicle and didn't have a problem. Because of the high number of expensive vehicles in the parking lot that night due to the track event the next day I was told the hotel had hired security so, if true, that was a good response by hotel management. Many hotels like this have similar issues, just something to note at this location.

Starting at about 4am, there is way too much noise from the freeway. The room was neat, but the heater/ac unit was not sufficient. It is unlikely I would choose to stay at this location again.

My carpet was still wet from the cleaning. Don't get a 1st floor unless you have pets. They clean the carpet. Mine was still wet at 800 at night. I took off my shoes and my socks were instantly soaked. When ready for bed I went to turn on ac. Not working. She offered to call maintenance. It was 11pm, I worked all day and drove 3 , I was exhausted. It is too close to freeway. You can hear all nosies. If ac worked I wouldn't have heard anything. I could hear the noisy kids upstairs. I was given the gm card. I called for a weekend and replied to her email. I have yet to hear from her. I paid 150 for 1 night and I got no sleep and no help from the manager. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This room was very comfortable and was updated. The bed was also extremely comfortable to sleep in. My only issues were the lighting. There weren't enough light sources during the day. It was hard to have enough light to apply my makeup and couldn't be right near the bathroom mirror because the counters were about 2 feet out from the mirror! And then my other gripe about the lighting is that if you want to sleep in later and have it dark in the room, that is not possible. The curtains don't close so it becomes bright in your room very early.

I was especially taken aback by Aaron. He helped check me in after his shift was over the first night. He remembered me the next day when he was back on shift. He was great to deal with and we had some fun in the few interactions together. He is a valuable employee and a genuinely great person. I would probably try to get him to come work for me if I lived local. Aaron thank you for adding to my vacation with my family. I appreciate you and what you give out in the world. Wish you all the best!

I was very surprised at the overall experience during my stay. After reading the reviews, I was expecting a 3 or so star stay with an ambivalent staff. What I got was a clean, very well run with courteous and very professional staff. The room was excellent condition. Comfortable and clean. I don't know where the negative postings came from but I suspect that there are just some that can not be pleased at any level. Otherwise, if any of the less than good posts were true then, now things are so improved that those in the past are meaningless. I will make it a point to stay here again and likely every time I am in the area. In fact, I am booking my next stay later today. and that's the real proof of service.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were great. We were there for a dog competition and it was wonderful that they were pet friendly. Also, the breakfast was great. Bacon and eggs or biscuits and gravy with sausages. Plus the normal waffles and muffins. We will definitely return next time!
