My
wife
and
I
have
left
here
twice
without
getting
any
food
because
of
the
awful
service.
Not
to
sound
mean,
but
the
lady
at
the
window
speaks
almost
no
English,
so
she
completely
gets
your
order
wrong
over
and
over
again.
I
tried
to
talk
to
her
through
the
speaker,
but
it
didn't
work
because
she
COULDN'T
understand
me,
so
I
drove
to
the
window,
and
she
got
it
wrong
again.
I
handed
her
the
cash,
and
she
went
to
fix
the
order
and
hands
it
over
wrong
again.
She
then
started
to
argue
and
rolled
her
eyes,
slammed
the
window,
and
walked
away.
I
told
her
I
wanted
my
cash
back
and
gave
her
the
wrong
order
back.
She
gave
me
some
of
my
money
back
and
then
slammed
the
window
shut.
I
had
to
yell
through
the
closed
window
to
get
my
cash
back,
and
she
gave
me
the
dirtiest
look.
I
want
it
to
be
clear,
I
was
polite
the
entire
time.
I
understand
working
at
Jack
in
the
Box
would
probably
suck
but
damn.
It's
pretty
bad
when
you
simply
have
to
give
up
because
they
can't
get
a
simple
order
correct
then,
is
extremely
rude
to
you
when
trying
to
clarify
your
order.
I
could
also
hear
the
person
in
front
of
me
getting
frustrated
because
she
got
their
order
wrong
as
well.
