My wife and I have left here twice without getting any food because of the awful service. Not to sound mean, but the lady at the window speaks almost no English, so she completely gets your order wrong over and over again. I tried to talk to her through the speaker, but it didn't work because she COULDN'T understand me, so I drove to the window, and she got it wrong again. I handed her the cash, and she went to fix the order and hands it over wrong again. She then started to argue and rolled her eyes, slammed the window, and walked away. I told her I wanted my cash back and gave her the wrong order back. She gave me some of my money back and then slammed the window shut. I had to yell through the closed window to get my cash back, and she gave me the dirtiest look. I want it to be clear, I was polite the entire time. I understand working at Jack in the Box would probably suck but damn. It's pretty bad when you simply have to give up because they can't get a simple order correct then, is extremely rude to you when trying to clarify your order. I could also hear the person in front of me getting frustrated because she got their order wrong as well. This was on 9/21/23 at around 5:30 pm.

The ladies are really nice, but the guy in the drive-thru is nasty. He doesn't like work there he always is in a bad mood and he kept my credit card all the time, usually they charge you and they give you the receipt and the card and then they go for your food but he take your card and go everywhere inside the store ... I don't know why... That's not good 😐 it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Sanitation issues at this location. I’m very disgusted after finding hair and crushed ant in my cup! Don’t worry about a refund. I won’t ever eat out again thank you. You possibly save my life for leaving a hair follicle and a crushed small ant but once again, I’ve have had it I’m a start making my own food at home. 👎 try using some pesticides for the ant issue and make sure your workers are cutting their hair short before working and that includes arm hair any hair when you’re dealing with food. Maybe bald all together but there is one thing for sure. Is that I done lost a Jack-in-the-Box cravings at this point.🤷‍♂️

Waited at order window of drive thru over 5 mins with no one ahead of me. Then waited over 6 mins for order. Tacos had no cheese and no napkins were provided.

This is the saddest Stack Grilled Cheese sandwich. EVER! Missing a couple things too. Luckily the chicken tenders were better trade-off.

Atrocious customer service. Took forever to answer the drive thru and when they answered we asked if we could order and bro said "maybe"

The food is just as great as any other jack in the box restaurant. I feel like this particular location is struggling to stay open with menu items costing more than other locations, ordering combo meals with most of the locations you usually get one sauce of choice with it. Here they charge you for it. Also being asked to park when you're the only car waiting in the drive thru is a little inconvenient. But overall, the meat lovers burrito 🌯 or tacos 🌮 is my go too!

I think the food here is as good as Jack in the Box can get, and a lot of the employees are very sweet! I love the vibe and the managers are sweethearts. The only thing I don't love is the 25 cent upcharge for sauces, but I order online anyway and get them for free so there's no complaints from me! Love the munchie meal deals.

7/27/23 @ 7:45 pm Ordered an ultimate CB and I think I was victim of a cruel prank. The burger had enough mustard for about 15 hamburgers. It was oozing out of everywhere when I took a bite. I think my j box days are over.

Jack in the Box is always been a favorite for a quick burger and fries.. emphasis quick.. I can't ever, well hardly ever, get golden brown fries at Jack In The Box. They are always to the lighter side. Fries- french fries- fried.. doesn't that imply fried?
