On our way home from the airport. We stopped 3 blocks from our home for some breakfast after a flight home at our local Jack in the Box drive thru on 272nd and Pacific Hwy. in Des Moines and got home to this. Is this what Jack In The Box believes in? 0 customer service

Gloria the managers the best in the location is always so clean. I love coming in here to get a little snacks and munchies

Food was alright, pretty standard. Customer service was frankly excellent though and I don't usually notice that at a fast food place. Clerk seemed to anticipate questions/needs well and already knew what I was going to ask when the soda machine in the lobby was out of some types. Food came quick and was correct, the place was very clean and surprisingly quiet.

As soon as I leave the drive thru, I loop around and go thru again so I can exchange whatever it is they screwed up on. Sometimes I can guess what it is they'll mess up but other times I'm wrong. It's almost a game at this point. The folks that work there are nice, they just mess my order up pretty consistently. On the flip side, I get to keep the screwed up order so anyone hanging around outside the building will get some free chow.

I guess it’s good I’m not allergic to mustard and enjoy curly fries because for $15.50, this was definitely NOT worth it. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but how hard is it to leave mustard off a burger and give me regular fries like I had asked? Probably won’t be going back to this location.

Went through drive thru, had a hard time understanding what they were saying which caused her to get snotty. But the food was good.

Spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and luke warm at best. Figured it may be a fluke and tried again about two weeks later....same issue. Chicken was half cooked and soggy/slimey. Went a third time and ordered a jumbo jack meal. When I got back to my office and opened it....not my order....and they demand higher saleries.....

So far, this Jack in the Box has been good. I ordered a Jumbo Jack, specifically made with no lettuce and extra everything else, as I like all the veggies, but twice in a row now they have been out of pickles which is my favorite on the hamburger. The service was good, their chocolate milk shakes are very very good. I would go back again👍👍👍

Fries were stale. Just not happy with the quality of food. Won’t go back to this location again.
