I come here often and let me give you the breakdown… Pros: 1) staff is friendly and understanding 2) there is a large verity in what they have and u will most likely find what u need 3) there r mirrors around the store so u can see how something looks on u 4) if u donate then u get a card with a bunch of discounts that work immediately- I saved almost 10 dollars from it 5) it is very organized 6) they have the best selection of items I. The area Cons: 1) there r a lot of stained clothing items that are marked for a high price - but was looking at a pair of branded jeans that had a period stain on them for 23.99 which is a good price for a branded item but u usually wouldn’t wash jeans because of shape and sizing 2) there r no dressing rooms and there is a strict policy on not using the bathrooms to change- however if u can slip the clothing piece on quickly then u will be able to check itself in the mirrors Overall it’s a pretty average thrift store… Edit: I went back for some more thrifting and upped my review by one star because the staff was so kind about finding every possible way to get a charger for my android because it ran out of charge. The staff was also super nice, and you can find some steals there that were amazing! There are also 30% off on Tuesday for seniors which came in really handy when shopping with my mom who qualified as a senior.

Absolutely TOP NOTCH! Even had to call the manager (Marie) to the floor to personally tell her (that's her and I in the pic - she's Awesome!). Ok, here's the deal, clean (very clean) store, Extremely customer-focused staff AND they work well with each other, easy checkout and loads of stuff in an ORGANIZED store. I was only in town for a bit but - if I get a chance later - "I'll Be BACK" //Vic

My girlfriend loves being thrifty and always gives me a hard time for not taking her to these "value village places" she keeps hearing about (apparently they don't have any where she's from). After visiting the cougar mountain zoo (which btw was fantastic) I took her here....and she loved it. We found a lot of cool stuff for our garden and a couple shirts. They had everything here and it was more organized than I thought it would be (I get stupid panic attacks in unorganized cluttery places. It's rather obnoxious). She enjoyed this place quite a bit.

Prices have become INSANE for used items. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and somehow in 20yrs, through two recessions and inflation a T-shirt was always $1-5. So how come in the last 2yrs things have blown up to $20 for a 2nd hand shirt that was donated to them for free. You can’t tell me that’s inflation-it’s corporate greed. Absolutely nothing in this store is worth $20. You know it’s bad when you can get a pair of brand new shorts at Walmart for $5 and the same used pair at V-village for $15.99. I also find it sad they moved to self checkout- the entire purpose of supporting these thrift stores was to give jobs to people who may have trouble finding them. They’re understaffed here but the staff that remain are really great, my review is for the upper management and decision makers of the store.

Bought a mirror for my college age daughter. $15 good price. 60 seconds after leaving noticed a crack in Mirror. I asked if I could return. They said "no returns". Lady screamed at me, no receipts - NO returns. I said the printer had no paper. She said my fault. I left annoyed, please don't hire people like this. The girl that served is was great (red hair, long) was nice, but clearly scared of her "boss". 7/15/2023. 5.24pm. Donated $100s worth of stuff. Not going back. I don't like dealing with people that hate their job.

Great selection of items but some fairly outlandish prices on many of the things. Saw an item on a stock cart and picked it up to look at it, woman rather aggressively told me I couldn’t look at it, it’s for the showcase and she could get in trouble. Why is it on the cart then…? Weird store practices, I’ve never had anything like that happen at a Savers or Value Village. Not overly interested in going out of my way to come back again.

I shop here somewhat regularly and I’m honestly appalled at the prices. The last time I was in I attempted to purchase a printer. It did not have a price tag. It was taken from me and I was told I could not purchase it until tomorrow as it needed to be re-priced. I understood and asked them if they could set it aside tomorrow as I was okay to come back and get it the next day and I was promptly told “no there are no holds” When I inquired how I would then be able to get the printer they told me there were other ones I could purchase in the store instead. Anyone who thrifts knows some of the appeal is that the item is 1 of 1. To offer me any old printer in the store was bad customer service. I will not be back.

I used to love coming to this Value Village because of the quality of stuff the choose to sell from all of the donations (especially the clothes). During Covid when stores were allowed to open again to the public they chose to no longer offer fitting rooms - side note and my personal opinion… I think that was was a smart decision given the circumstances. Long story short, they permanently closed the fitting rooms, this is why my rating is so low. One cashier did suggest I wear super tight leggings and tank top to try the clothes on over my clothes 🫥.

Found a bunch of cool stuff. I went through the self check out one of the employees opened a couple of registers because people were lining up. I had a few awkward heavy items like mirrors and big pillows and a blanket. I accidentally scanned the wrong tag for a dog puzzle that was wedged under the heavy mirror because I assumed the loose tag in my cart was for that and the employee working the SCO immediately came up and asked where the item was. She then proceeded to go through every item of mine, one by one and made me remove the scanned things from my bag to show her. It sort of defeats the self-check out process and made me feel like she thought I was up to shady business. I spent $70 and don’t think I’ll return to this location.
