This place used to be the BEST. USED to be. They took out the dressing rooms and now you can only exchange. So if you buy something and it doesn’t fit, you have to exchange it for something that also may not fit! It sucks!!! Additionally their prices have gotten insane recently, particularly in the women’s section. Old navy dresses priced at $20 when they are new $25-30… waste of time. Even a paperback book is $6! They never do the “color tag” sales either. The three stars is mainly because this is one of cleanest, most organized thrift stores ever. Besides that, YIKES!

Staff is great but ever since they started trying to price match grifter resellers online the place is hardly worth visiting! Literally has a sailor moon backpack on sale for $70 that I can find online for $38 dollars, $50 NEW IN BAG, and they have the audacity to try to sell a USED bag for $70! Insanity! Whoever is price marking things needs a dose of reality. People are going to end up shopping online for better deals because of the massive rip offs happening at "thrift" stores.

This one curly haired white girl with glasses and tattoos was staring at me and when I tried to get a cart she followed me and when I checked out at the self checkout she started yelling that I didn’t scan something even though I did then started scanning all of my stuff and told me to check out at the register with her. I was literally at the self checkout for a reason she was staring at me the entire time at the i was there.

The prices here are absurdly, bizarrely high. A stained Old Navy thermal is $9 - it probably retails new for $10. A Target brand baby dress is $8.49 - I didn't even know it was physically possible to price thrift store baby clothes higher than $4. A dress from Lularoe - a brand you can't even give away - is $15. Every single picture book is $3, so choose carefully because your baby will only have one. Literally, what are they smoking? I want some, and I might even pay their stupid price for it. Also, there are signs all around the store advertising 30% off when you sign up for their loyalty program, but then the coupon they email you is $3 off a purchase of $10 or more. Annoyingly inaccurate and laughably insulting.

I like thrift shopping. The stores are laid out nicely and kept neat. The only downside i have to here or the other big one is their prices. They are a thrift store. Everything they sell they got via donation. So there should be no reason to charge 12.99+ for a pair of unknown brand jeans. Or 9.99 for a tshirt jist because it says Nike on it. Esp now in these times when people are struggling to not be homeless. Come on VV. Have some compassion and lower your prices. Guarantee you would have more sales then currently. Cuz I hae going in with $20 and having to choose between a pair of pants or a shirt. With $20 i shoukd be able to get both.

The staff at this location is simply wonderful. Exchanges normally can't be done without a receipt, but the help desk attendants were enthusiastic about finding a solution for us anyway! It's a bummer not to have dressing rooms in a used clothing store. The items are secondhand, and sizing is wonky anyway, so it can be difficult to gauge whether something will fit (particularly ladies' pants). The 14-day exchange program is forgiving, but that still requires making the purchase--then trekking back to the store to find something else that might not end up fitting, either.

You'll find just about everything here. From clothes to electronics. Could use a little pick me up but it is a great location
