Overpriced for the quality of food you get. You are paying for the person to cook in front of you mostly. Shrimp was fine, steak was a low quality cut, chicken is chicken thighs, salad was not good (ginger dressing), soup was watered down broth with a tiny mushroom slice and 3 clippings of chives, ice cream was a spoonful of freezer burnt vanilla ice cream or sherbet.

I ordered a rare steak and it was well done, cooking a rare steak is a simple thing to do. I only got 4 shrimp on my order, so not only was the cook terrible at his job (making food) in my opinion but 4 pieces of shrimp and a bad steak isn't worth anything really though I still have to pay for it. Also the cook stopped making my families meal to cook a to-go order and tried to argue about how they ordered their meal first, like what? Your currently cooking our live 'entertaining' meal. Anyway the cook was very rude and I'm very glad to leave this review and to have not left a tip. In my opinion, go to McDonald's.

Fun and entertaining. The chefs are great at wowing with their knife flipping. Food is good. Lots of butter used in the cooking!

Waited over an hour to have food cooked in front of us, but was well worth the wait. Food was cooked exactly as we requested. Only gave 4 stars because of the cleanliness of the place. They need to clean the counters and around the grill better. The chef cleaned the grill before and after he cooked. Very entertaining and good food. Volcano drink was also good but for $18 they could have filled it all the way up. Will definitely go again.

Went here just over an hour ago, and sadly they ignored 2 attempts to figure out how to get our names on the wait list. 2 party's that came after we did managed to get their names on the list. My dinner partner said to me, it happens all the time to him. Due to the fact he is in a wheelchair. Not good I told him. We walked out and went to dinner somewhere else.

Bad service. How should I start? We waited for about 10 minutes to get our table even 90% of their restaurant is empty. Tables weren’t clean. We aren’t foodies or great eaters. We generally eat less and we went to experience the ambiance just because our friends recommended. We were 2 adults and 2 small kids and ordered 2 main courses and 2 sides and wanted to share with 2 little kids as they won’t eat much. The person who took our order said we aren’t supposed to share and asked us to pay $5 for each meal we share with kids. Also, they asked for age of each kid. They were just 8 and 9 years of age and they can’t eat a full meal by any means. How can an elementary school kid eat a full meal? How can they can ask age of kid?? We also ordered well done steak and they gave us undercooked meat. Such a horrible place. Will never visit again.

It's more expensive than I would pay for most places, but the show and the food is totally worth it. I just wish they had hot sake:)

I had a very good time here, your table and your chef who cooks in front of you and served you right away, best place for family and group of friends.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place. The service was not good. We asked for chicken fried rice (which everyone else got) but we got charged for more chicken- which was already a part of our meal and served separate from the rice. They also charged us a $5 sharing fee, which I just think is funny because you literally share the same table and server with the other 3-4 couples, but whatever. It wasn’t about the ‘fee’ so much as it was about the server’s demeanor. Then I ordered a volcano drink which they did not being to me until long after the meal was completed and we were putting away leftovers/paying the tab. Oh, btw, you only have like 7 options to choose from at dinner. Yakisoba and other things are only served at lunch so you can have noodles instead of rice: Service deserves 0 stars, but the food here is amazing. Absolutely delicious food that I am willing to ignore the somber and distasteful mood/atmosphere in order to get some good hibachi in (if I can find something better)

Always a treat to come here, this place is busy even on weekdays because everyone knows the food here is delicious. Even though it fills up fast, I never wait more than 10 minutes, they are pretty upfront about wait times. The fried rice here is so flavorful, they use butter, they have sesame seeds. The yumyum sauce is delicious and goes so well with shrimp. I’m very shy and would rather eat without the show, but it’s so busy here, most of the time I’m sitting with other people and it’s great because I don’t have to react. There’s no pressure.

HORRIBLE!!! Price - Overpriced. Been to much better hibachi places with better quality food. Staff - Chef was new and really didn’t do a great job at the entertainment part which is something we were looking forward to. Worse, he served me shrimp and I am allergic to it. Wasn’t my order but just tossed it in my plate without asking me!!!! Waitress was not at all polite and not at all accommodating for toddlers. Cleanliness - very poor. They served us an unclean glass with red lipstick mark on it. On asking the waitress, she didn’t seem to realize or even apologize for serving us that.

It is always a nice time here. We will come here for our kids birthdays a lot of the time. The food is always great the atmosphere is always fun. They all do tricks they don't always do the same thing of someone else. They have fun with the different ways they do egg tricks. We saw a new one last night which was cool. Wish i took photos but we just enjoy our time we put our phones down. When we go out to dinner our phones are always down. It is funny the table across from us they all had a device in their hands no connection no nothing.

This was our first visit. I cant believe we didn't know about this place before! This isn't just a place to get a delicious dinner but it's about the experience! You get to watch all the cooking of your dinner and they make it really enjoyable. I had a date night here with my husband and it seemed to go by really fast. You don't have that Waiting period where you are sitting waiting for your food to arrive, you get a little show. They chef was really nice and threw in some little jokes. We had a great date here and a delicious dinner! We definitely will be coming back!

The food and entertainment were excellent! I couldn't finish everything as the portions were generous. My only complaint was it was cold - even with the heat from the grill, I was freezing. And i wasn't the only one! For what we paid I expected perfection, and it was close but not quite there.

Took my family of 4 here on Christmas Eve. They weren't exceptionally busy, as there were 2 grill tables that were empty. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drink orders to be taken. The service was lacking, the chef did a great job with the food though! My complaint is that I paid for our $134 meal with my Visa debit card. I went to use the restroom after waiting for a period of time for my card to be returned and to sign the slip. My oldest daughter waited at the table for me. I came out and the table had been cleared, but my card and receipt had never been returned to us. I went to the cashier and inquired where my card was. They said they didn't have it. I explained the situation and they noticed there was another card that someone had "forgotten". My card is sort of rare in that I've never seen another like it and its pretty noticeable. Its a Chase Disney Visa. The one they had was the same type of card. I was permitted to look at it and noticed the name was "Tyler", so close to mine if you aren't a native English speaker. This card, however, was not mine. They requested I leave my name and number so they could call me after being able to continue looking. I did so and left. An hour and a half later, I received a call from a gentleman saying he was the manager. He informed me they could not find the card and I need to just cancel it. He was not apologetic about the situation at all. I was completely taken aback by his attitude. He did not offer any assistance in retrieving my card from the person that more than likely took it home due to error by the server, "Tyler". He did not offer to "make it right" in any way. Having to cancel my main source of payment method is a monumental inconvenience to me! Not to mention this was on Christmas Eve and left me no access to my funds!! I had already locked my card down online before he called. We eat out quite a bit. It is a treat for our family, as I travel extensively for work. We will not ever eat at this restaurant again. I hope you steer clear as well.

Have been dining here for years. Love the food and the experience. Unfortunately, the last three times it has been uncomfortably cold (probably 50 degrees). Won’t go back. Too cold.

Came in for lunch. Nice place, not busy at all. Was a little weird having them "put on a show" when it was just me and my Gf at the table. Would like to see it for the dinner rush

The chef came up to our area( rap around seating) there is a grill in the middle, food was fresh, tasty, and even had ice cream for dessert as part of the meal. The Chef was friendly, knowledgeable, and very entertaining, lot of tricks and jokes!! All in all amazing experience!

Took my son for his birthday! His choice, we also had his sister and his best friend. We didn't have reservations, though we tried to call ahead, but they got us in pretty quickly... Food was amazing. We will be back!
