    We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly. We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not. It was a little out of our way but nothing major. The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating - carpets, curtains, furniture. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good.

    The room was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was really good although the staff started cleaning up all the food 30 minutes before breakfast was over. The pool was ok, it looked like it needed to be cleaned and the water was very cold. Overall the space was nice.

    The bed is like sleeping on a hard floor. Desperately need new mattresses. The pool was freezing and the hot tub jets were broken. The staff at the front desk also needs to practice friendly customer service. Breakfast was mediocre. The hotel and room was quiet and spacious.

    This place was very good overall. Most of the stay and hotel was great service as you would want it.For example, the room was super clean and well maintained. The parking was more than enough spaces available. They also have a parking garage. And when I went, the pool is 24/7 access. No noise and a great area. The only irritating moment I had was when I did digital checkout I never received a receipt. Basically, I saw in my email that I can checkout through my phone and I did but never received an email of the bill or receipt as you would when you would physically go to the front desk. So there was no point in doing a digital checkout if I still had to walk myself to the front desk to get a receipt with the checkout / receipt paperwork.

    First off, the hotel itself was clean, the rooms were big and the staff were great. The breakfast and the special evenings where they had food were also great and the kids really enjoyed it. However, the elevator was down for probably five of the 8 days we were there, my brother got stuck in it twice. I realize it's not the staff's fault but we we're not given any compensation for the inconvenience other than a few hotel points we will probably never use. My 73-year-old mom had to walk up four flights of stairs multiple times a day. It was a bit of a disappointment that management didn't understand that it wasn't just a minor inconvenience for her. My rating reflects how they dealt with this situation. Had it not been for this, I probably would have given them a five-star rating.

    Best hotel experience I ever had! The staff were very friendly and informative! We enjoyed the complementary dinner and breakfast and even had fun putting on their putting green! The suite was great and couldn't hear anyone else! We cannot wait to stay next time we go to the Seattle area. I cannot reccomend this place enough!

    Very average for a decent rate. The breakfast was pretty bad. Especially for vegetarians. The rooms are generic with bad mattresses and dark. Why do hotels hate overhead lighting? Shower is the usual slightly dripping. There’s a nice trail behind the hotel, however and they’re dog friendly! We enjoyed the hotel bar.

    The hot tub and pool shown are no longer in service and the water pressure in the shower sucks! The toilet clogs almost every time you flush it. I had to get my key card reprogrammed twice a day because I was locked out every time I returned. The staff were amazing though. They immediately did what they could with a professional and friendly attitude.

    Amazing hotel...and I don't say that lightly. For this price range I was shocked by what a nice place was. The rooms are absolutely huge, everything is nice and new, breakfast was good, people were nice, it's conveniently located yet somehow secluded and quiet.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. We needed a 2-bedroom hotel room and this was perfect. Everyone had their own space but there was plenty of room to be together as well. The happy hour that we were able to participate in was lovely and we wish we could have done more of them but our schedule did not allow it. The staff was very accommodating and were very expeditious in getting what we needed. HIGHLY recommend this place. FYI: we used Costco Travel to secure our reservation. Very easy process.
