As
usual
w/
Homewood
Suites,
a
very
large
two-room
suite,
very
clean,
w/
a
complete
kitchen,
incl.
a
full-sized
fridge
(w/
ice
in
the
freezer!),
microwave,
dishwasher
(!)
&
even
a
two-burner
induction
range!
And
full
cooking
implements,
glasses,
coffee
cups,
plates,
nice
silverware,
etc.,
none
of
it
paper
or
plastic.
If
we'd
been
staying
there
a
few
days,
a
trip
to
a
local
grocery
store
would
mean
we
could
save
plenty
of
$
instead
of
eating
out.
Except
that
we'd
prob.
still
have
breakfast
at
the
hotel
-
like
every
Hilton
chain
hotel
we've
stayed
in,
their
free
breakfast
is
a
substantial
improvement
over
what
any
other
chain
has
(best
egg
casserole
I've
EVER
had
at
a
free
hotel
breakfast!).
But
a
few
negatives.
These
are
all
relections
on
the
Homewood
Suites
chain,
NOT
on
the
staff
at
this
ĺocation,
who
were
very
nice
&
helpful,
&
are
dealing
the
best
they
can
w/
what
they've
been
given
by
Homewood
Suites.
+
We
wanted
a
1st
floor
room,
but
they
didn't
have
one
for
us,
&
because
there
was
no
elevator
to
our
2nd
floor
(outdoor,
concrete
stairs),
they
are
not
ADA-compliant.
NOT
helpful
for
us,
w/
our
disabilities.
+
The
king
bed
was
very
comfortable,
but
as
usual
w/
a
Homewood
suites,
the
furniture
was
not
comfortable
to
sit
in.
Why
does
Homewood
Suites
only
have
stiff,
uncomfortable
furniture,
that
either
has
fabric
that
feels
like
burlap,
or
is
(worse)
vinyl
plastic?
Makes
having
a
big
suite
kinda
pointless.
+
I
know
that
many
hotels
are
moving
towards
having
food
&
drink
available
for
purchase
at
the
front
desk
that
can
be
charged
to
your
room,
which
is
a
lot
better
than
unreliable
vending
machines.
They
had
a
frozen
Healthy
Choice
Cafe
Steamer
that
I
was
able
to
take
to
my
room
to
microwave.
But
for
$10?!
That's
more
than
double
the
price
in
any
grocery
store.
+
Would
be
nice
to
have
a
small
bottle
of
dishwashing
liquid
in
the
kitchen,
since
I
only
used
one
glass
&
one
fork.
Not
gonna
run
the
dishwasher
for
that.
+
NO
fan
in
the
bathroom,
which
is
an
unfortunate
trend
these
days
in
even
nice
hotels.
+
Hey,
Homewood
Suites
-
why
are
you
making
your
front
desk
people
handle
so
much
paper
(filling
out
purchases
from
the
little
front
desk
"store"
by
hand)?
It's
2023,
go
digital!
