This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The area of town is nice and walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice and updated. The reason for only 3 stars? Both visits, I was traveling with my sister and slept on the sofa bed On the second stay, the outside of the sofa was covered in crumbs and house cleaning didn't change the dirty sheets inside. Not sure if I will be staying here again. Lord knows what else isn't clean!

Solo traveler with a pet. Stayed in two rooms, a studio and a one bedroom. Both were very clean and comfortable. The one bedroom did have a stove and a larger coffee pot. Plenty of places to take your pet out and go for walks, as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, coffee and tourist attractions. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and some offer the absolute bare minimum so I have to give this hotel credit for "the little things" like offering dish pods and also a bottle of dish soap and the exchange program that allows you access to things like slow cookers if that's your jam. It makes staying in a hotel a little more homey. Great experience at this hotel.

Ridiculously priced and microwaved breakfast. Waffles only on weekends…might as well take away the machine during the week so it’s not a tease for guests. Also Feels unsafe with how limited cameras there are, noticed there are none in the hallways at all. So basically Anyone can go into a room and nobody would know…not safe at all for us guests. A lot of homeless in the area and overpriced shop. Plenty of other hotels in area to choose from for half the price.

Our 5 day stay was cancelled 1 1/2 hours before our arrival. We were directed to go to another hotel for the first night and that was free. We assumed that meant we would just return after that night to this hotel but no. Our reservation was cancelled at the very last minute and luckily we were able to find a place to stay for the rest of the week elsewhere. Completely unacceptable to cancel our reservation last minute when it was booked months in advance, and with no reason other than it was "due to ongoing renovations". When asked if they had any other rooms that we could go into they had nothing available. Sounds like they overbooked their own rooms. Be better than that. Beware if booking here during the summer of 2023 and beyond.

$300 for this hotel is like paying $75 for a loaf of bread. Run down, not well kept at all, worn out, and I paid for a King sized bed and got a Queen. I am a Platinum Member with Marriott, and supposed to be on the top floor so I can hear the heard of elephants above me. One of the perks of being Platinum Level. I got the basement. Not even the 1st floor. I asked about the top floor and even the King Bed, and was told they were sold out. I booked the room 3 months ago. I would sleep in the car before paying $300 for this place again.

At a baseline, it's Marriott, which for me means consistently comfortable beds and clean, modern, professional feeling decor. A few minor issues I had - the kitchen (it's an extended stay so it has full features) had crumbs in a few of the cupboards and drawers, a lot of the silverware had food caked on it, and there was a sticky stain and hairs in the bathroom. The parking lot did not have security cameras or lighting at night, and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy to me.

I was given a room upgrade, A handicapped equipped room, I am not handicapped. Upon entering, leftover takeout food containers were in the refrigerator, the room temp The first night was 95°- I tried turning the air/heat/fan off and it continued to run all night long. my morning shower consisted of the handicapped equipped bench falling down every minute and the hand held shower sprayer turned on and sprayed all over the floor, night 2 my room temp was 62°, I said some thing to front desk they said it would be fixed. That night my room temp was 60° along with for the third day in a row there was zero parking available on the hotel premises, I had to park two blocks away at a paid meter and walk by myself in the dark in a sketchy part of downtown Olympia, I called my corporate travel partner and asked for another hotel, upon check out no one even bothered to ask why I was leaving 10 days early.

Newly remodeled. Everything is clean, fresh, and beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Even had fresh waffles on a weekday morning. Parking was well lit and the Capitol building was a short walk from the hotel. All in all a great experience.

The location is located in a quiet area and close enough to the main areas of the city. The attending staff were quick to accommodate (we needed to change rooms) and were pleasant. One staff was about to go on break, but took a room call to help someone with their tv. We did not use the kitchenette, but it was well stocked and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh items. Thank you for the hospitality!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean & modern. Breakfast was very good given the state of hotel breakfasts these days.

The room wasn't clean the clerk gave me the wrong info a week later I had a change from them I didn't authorize and were unwilling to fix it . The general manager is rude and has no idea what she is doing I had a employee tell me they would have their sales manager fix it come to find it he quit the manager didn't even know he told me that . They have a clerk Ana that insulted me as well very unprofessional will never stay here again they will change your card without you saying ok

Great service. Made my stay pleasant. Katie at the front desk was especially helpful and greeted me with a nice smile every time I came in.

I received a wonderful reception upon arriving by the front-desk coordinator named Fletcher! Everyone was kind and helpful, and the room and all installations were impeccable.

Perfect business hotel for my extended stay. The entire team; Kent, Nefi, Jeremiah, and Alex all went above and beyond to make sure my stay went well. It's got the downtown Olympia vibe, close to food and bars, as well as Capitol. Felt safe in the hotel. My room was large and had full kitchen with oven.

Excellent service from the staff. Carolyn, the GM, has been extremely helpful along with the staff for accommodating our needs for an extended stay. It's pricier, however it's well worth it to have a place to stay with a functioning mini-kitchen, showers and beds. A small taste of home away from home. Also pet friendly, but the places for pets to use the restrooms are limited.

Great place to stay in Oly: Large and very clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking and breakfast, and a short walk to the Capitol, downtown businesses, and the Capitol Lake walking path. Well-equipped 24-hour fitness room. Be aware that “Ground Floor” rooms are below grade and have a view of a retaining wall. Perfectly fine for a night or two, but if you’re staying for longer you might want to ask for a 1st or 2nd floor room.

500 for one night. That has got to be the most crazy price for a hotel that is average at best. Do better, it’s not a fancy hotel at all and no need to be charging prices like that for members

Parking was close but we did not feel safe. Hallways confusing. Nice room. Did not get breakfast as front desk clerk gave us the wrong times. Morning clerk did not seem to care and was a little abrupt. Close to local restaurants but lots of homeless (we gave some food).

First time in Olympia so wanted to stay near to the Capitol building so Marriott hotel was chosen. Great suite with king size bed, sofa, footstool, great office desk and chair with sheving unit and cupboard, TV and great mini kitchen to cater for up to 4 people and good size fridge/freezer. Nice size bathroom with walk in shower. Also included was wifi, car parking space and a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was really good - not just a cake or protein bar but a hot breakfast. Omelet, Scrambled egg,, turkey bacon, patty sausage as well as bread, bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles and fresh fruit.
