I originally got told about Moné by a customer at my workplace. I have always loved horses and grew up around them back home. After my horse got put down last October I haven’t been able to bring myself to go around them. I built up the courage and went out to see Danielle and schedule a trail ride initially. She was super sweet and understanding with how I was feeling. I was super overwhelmed because I just opened a new wound after my horse was put down. But the healing process has been amazing. I’m volunteering here 2 times a week and I couldn’t be more happy. Danielle is so helpful and makes me feel at home. The horses are all well cared for, and I’ve even made a bond with the horse below, penny. She was my trail ride horse. The white horse is Elegance. I worked with him today, and we had so much fun. It warms my heart that Danielle trusts me working with her horses so early on. If you are looking for a place to feel welcome and be able to feel yourself. You should definitely check out this barn!

My daughter has been taking lessons for several months and attended camp here this summer as well. She has learned a great deal here and the sense of community is amazing. There is an attitude of team spirit and an expectation of progress. It's been great.

My daughter has been attending lessons weekly for a few months now and her confidence has gone through the roof. Such a therapeutic place and Daniel is amazing with everyone. She makes my daughter feel like she can accomplish anything she puts her mind too.

My experience is of a different sort. I was having financial difficulties, like so many others, when the worst began with my boy, (my 13yr old American Staffordshire) Rocco. After spending everything on vet visit, his pneumonia persisted. As I reached out to social media outlets, Danielle was our saving grace. Gave us the ability to fight on. 4 vet visits and 4 rounds with antibiotics, other than one cousin, this completely unknown stranger Danielle was our only partner in this fight for my boys life. Thank you Danielle Miller-Breckenridge

It was horse camp. The kids all had a great time. Training, riding, and water time. Everyone learns the basics and they always come back for trail rides.

The owner here is horrible. After registering for a camp for my daughter, I was told by some folks in the horse community to NOT let my young daughter go there. The owner is harsh and hard on the kids. I quickly cancelled. The owner agreed as I had only been registered for a short period of time and said she would be sending the refund in the mail. Fast forward a couple months and the owner is now refusing to send the refund because I didn't fill the spot I took (what?! This was news to me..). Very rude manner of texting back and forth. Save your money.

Mone Farms was a large and important part of my childhood and teenage years. Sadly I'll most likely be moving for college but would greatly recommend Danielle to anyone who wants a future in horses. Don't be scared off by harsher reviews, Danielle is a quick talker on the phone but is genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I was definitely the kid that'd cry being away from her parents and was scared of my own shadow and there was definitely times Danielle pushed me but I couldn't be more grateful for not only the opportunities to enhance my work ethic but also my knowledge on all breeds of horses. Danielle is the trainer for you If you or your child are genuinely interested in learning about horses, not a sugar coated version. I'd been riding for a year previously from Danielle and never left being lead. I was walk, trot, canter before my two month mark with Danielle. Danielle makes better riders and harder workers and I give her a huge piece of credit as to why Im able to compete in equine fields for college!

I had such a fun time. Even with covid they still made everyday of camp awesome. Daniele kept kids going even when they were scared. I made many friends that I hope to see in the future

The positive take aways...my 11 year was oblivious to the owner, Danielle’s rude, unprofessional behavior; my daughter enjoyed her time on the horse. The second and ONLY other positive was our tour guide, Jennifer! She was great! From the moment my daughter and I pulled up the owner was dismissive, she disappeared, never collected my payment, nor did she confirm the price. She returned as my daughter and I were leaving. I tried talking to her about the cash payment I just gave our tour guide (based on my memory and morals, mind you) and she never stopped walking away from me while I was talking. My intentions were to schedule another tour, this time including the rest of my family (a party of 7) and discuss my daughter returning for summer camp, or possibly setting her up with lessons, but I was dismissed and unable to do so.

I love this place my boyfriend, we had a wonderful 2 hour trail ride through the forest. The horses were gentle and our guide was wonderful. We had a great time, the horses were in good shape and we will be doing this again. Thank you for taking the time to accommodate us after having to reschedule twice on you.
