Worst experience in this clinic today. I was told my appointment was 10:40am and when I showed up, I had to wait in line to check in about 9 minutes. ThennI was told that I am late, I explained to them that it’s not my fault I waited in lane. Then this girl was called i guest she was the supervisor name Yasmin. First she refused to provide me her last and assumed that I don’t understand English and she repeated that I don’t understand what she was talking about. Finally she claimed that is up to the doctor if I will be seen. Ten minutes later she walked back and said the doctor will see her, like she does care to explain to me while I am standing there. It’s more than an hour that I am still sitting and waiting and no one care to tell me how long I have to wait. I am going to look another clinic for my family because I don’t think my complaint will change anything and I don’t recommend for anyone to come here.

missed my appointment because the front desk managed to check me in as the wrong person, saying i missed my appointment. my fault for not double checking but healthpoint is famous for doing things terribly so i scheduled for the next day. no apology for wasting my time + it was an appt i scheduled a month ago. the lady had an attitude with me for being upset and was laughing about it with her coworker. i’m sure the medical and dental staff are great, but i’ve never had a good experience with the receptionists.

I don’t recommend making an any appointment for this HealthPoint because I once went on February 13 @7am when I show up they told me a whole different date even though it was on the 13 but here’s the thing the worker or whoever on the phone and answering and calling people back never inform me I had a different date ahead of time until I went all the way down there waiting 30 minutes in the lobby until someone called me up saying I had a different date, basically wasting my whole morning. Today try calling them and told me I made three appointments this month, I never made three appointments this month it’s my first time making an appointment this month. Then saying I needed to call earlier I call around early 12pm waited 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and call me an hour later that I needed to call them an hour ahead which I told the lady that I did then telling me I can’t make no more appointments this month.

I've been a patient Dean Namako for about 5yrs. When I became his patient I had numerous health issues and was in terrible shape. He was always very attentive and was always looking for ways to assist me on my long road to recovery. Today I'm on the other side of the spectrum and getting better by the day. Yes I had to do the work but he was a big part of my recovery. I can't say enough good things about this man. I will be forever grateful for having such a kind doctor in my time of need. Thank You

This clinic has friendly staff but it very hard to reach them. Wait times lately have been crazy. I also dislike how frequently the doctors switch out. I don’t go very often but usually I have a different doctor when I do. They have recently been changing things and now have dental which is nice.

I would rate zero stars if I could. How often do you do business with anyone where you are required to write a blank check or sign forms that are the equivelant of writing a blank check because the form is a contract obligating you to pay everything they say you need to pay for? I contacted my insurance to know what my coverage is before going in for my dental and medical appointments at Health Point. My insurance company educated me about billing codes and the coverage all comes down to the billing codes the medical provider uses to bill the insurance company. When I went there for my appointments, I took forms to provide them and have them sign for my records that stated I do not authorize any services without prior knowledge of the billing codes and associated cost to me based on my insurance coverage. I thought it was a reasonable request. I spent over 3 hours at Health Point talking to everyone up the chain of command because each one of them refused to sign the form and limit my obligation to pay to the medical services which I approve prior to the service being perfomed based on the billing codes they use. The refused to allow me to have dental or medical care without signing them a blank check. I asked them to provide me the billing codes for my dental check up and medical check up so I can get them pre-authorized and pre-approved with my insurance company and know any out of pocket cost I would have and they refused to provide this. Would you ever go to a restaurant, sit down and order from a menu without knowing the cost? I guess there are some super rich people who go to restaurants like that, but I am not one of them and HeallthPoint expects me to write them a blank check before I can get any services at all.

I had a test scheduled at 9:30 and I didn’t get it until about an hour after waiting. The rest was supposedly supposed to come in 1-3 hours and its past that point and I still don’t have it. I had to pay 12$ to get out of the parking lot. If you’re going to advertise something, deliver on your services.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and they have no respect for peoples time! If we are expected to be on time, then the doctors need to be ON TIME as well. Not have LAZY reception staff who sit at the front, with NO sense of urgency or haste in their motion. Instead they all just sit at the computer with their heads down "pretending " like their busy, then walk extra slow and wait until the line gets out the door before out of 5 of them ONE speaks up and says "next" before proceeding to take 20 minutes to check that ONE person in while the rest of are LATE now due to no fault of our own, waiting in line. Not only that but they LIE about the doctors board, I went last week and the board said "ALL DOCTORS ON TIME." My appointment was at 10:05, I got their on time. It took reception 30 minutes to do NOTHING!! At 10:30 I was checked in and sent back to room 15. Where I waited another 20 minutes for a nurse to come in and do her nurse stuff, which took another 15 minutes. All for the nurse to say at the end "oh I'm sorry the doctor is running 20 to 30 minutes behind she has another patient.." tf that got to do with me??? At this point it's 11:00 at this point. I wanted until 11:45 and still no doctor. I got up and walked out. I have fibroids and cervix issues and to be honest if the doctors don't care like they show THEN I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and I will warn as many people as possible about the lack of customer care and service this joke of an office has to offer. Do better. Our lives may not be important to you but we matter to someone !! SHAME on this office and health point as a whole!

Pros: The nurses, dental staff, and doctors have all been wonderful to work with. Very caring and good listening to what I need. I needed 1 unexpected root canal and a cavity treatment and the dental staff were lovely. Cons: This is an undersupported low-income clinic and the front desk staff are often exhausted or overworked and don't provide quality care. You must arrive 10-15 minutes before your CHECK IN time in order to hopefully make it through the waiting line or you'll get sent home/appointment will be rescheduled. It's incredibly frustrating. I have been checked in incorrectly (either name or birthdate) multiple times. Trying to get into the patient portal was nigh on impossible, and when I tried to update my insurance they said I had to come in to the clinic or directed me to the portal. If you have any kind of sensory issues, particularly to sound, this can be an intense space to navigate. The lobby has a high pitched HVAC ringing and if you're there for any kind of dental work, be sure to bring noise cancelling headphones or some kind of ear protection. There are no rooms for each patient, but little "cubicles" divided by cabinets so you can hear everything. I was encouraged by the dental staff to bring headphones or earplugs and it helped so much. While I am deeply thankful for access to care, this has been a very frustrating experience.

My name is Zeweter Metku and I was with by Dr. McKenna in my visit, and she was so nice to me. I was put onto a new medication and she has supported me with incredible advice to help me through it. Her kind personality was great to work with and I was pleased with my visit.

Heath point is great for low income people. They have a lot of different services and resources for minorities, offer interpreters. Only complaint at the moment is it's extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. I spent days on hold for 40-50min just to make an appointment.

Wait time for someone to pick up the phone just to make an appointment is terrible! I’ve called multiple times this week and have waited over 20 min each time and still no answer or call back.

I have always relied on this health center for my families needs. At least for the last 10 years but maybe longer. The addition of dental services makes it even more convenient. Today I want to express the utmost gratitude to the phone staff that helped me yesterday and especially Anya Zimberoff, Psy D. She is my very favorite therapist and is just an exceptional professional!!! In my fourty + years of managing my behavioral health, I have seen ALOT. She always listens with great intention and truly cares. Thank you Anya for the amazing being you are and your team that supports you! With loving kindness, M

Poor patient care. Today the supervisor over patient care hung up the phone on me without addressing my request and needs. I would recommend that anyone seeking professional, and humane manner to seek care elsewhere!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I absolutely would. It is impossible to reach this clinic via phone call, you will be on hold for DAYS. It’s the worst process having to call and wait hours just for them to transfer you all over the place and still be on hold. Please do better so we patients can enjoy our experience with your clinic.

This location, SeaTac, has been my chosen medical clinic for many years. Everyone from desk, nurse, and Dr. are always professional and enjoyable to work with at this location. I appreciate their care.

Does this clinic know their phone system is down? We have been trying to reach the clinic all day to schedule but the phone lines are not working. Not to mention how horrible their wait time is anyway but nothing is working.

I scheduled a phone appointment to discuss some serious medical conditions and the getting the covid vaccine/booster. I reordered my whole day for the call. DR CEESAY called me at the appointed time and before we could even begin he said that it was his practice not to inform people about the vaccine. I asked if it was his job. He said that it was but that he wasn't going to do it. I asked how I was supposed to get help. He said it wasn't his problem and hung up!
