    This is the worse clinic to set an appointment i was waiting in call for 2 hours for someone to pick up my call and she answered me said we have no schedule for two coming months,again i called after two month again after long waiting time they picked up my phone and she said we dont have any opening appointment for the next two months I think they don’t want to have more patients. Just want to sit behind the computer and chill otherwise four month is a longtime to get an appointment with Dr. As of today 07/14/22 It has been four month that i am trying to schedule appointment for my sons but when ever i called I received a negative response SORRY we are full for couple of month . Not sure when this neighbourhood open his schedules as i am patient of this clinic .

    AVOID THIS CLINIC. I was forced to go here for majority of my child and teenage years. This clinic FAT-SHAMES and PROMOTES EATING DISORDERS. I saw Peter Pereira, where every time he blamed my health problems and DID NOT even put effort into solving issues, and did even not refer me to receive appropriate treatments. His solutions were only surface-level. He also purposely WITHHOLDS information and refuses to tell patients the truth about their health, allowing them to suffer. I later found out in my early adulthood through a new medical provider that I had been struggling with sleep apnea, chronic allergies, eating disorder, depression, and the list goes on. Especially if you have special needs and/or need medical treatment, this clinic is NOT the place for you. The people that work here are unqualified for their jobs. They only want your money. They have also overcharged me several times in the past, and I had to call them to get it sorted out. Terrible management, staff, and clinic.

    horrible customer service and patient care, even worse communication. i had to take the bus over 20 minutes (using a walker, as i was just released from the hospital with rhabdomyolysis and cannot walk without assistance and in a great amount of pain) and waited in line for another 20 minutes. during that 20 minutes, i was cut in line twice and not advocated for whatsoever. once i reached the reception desk, i was told my “appointment had be canceled” and was told to be seated and wait until i was called. the receptionist thereafter took a lunch break and, after 45 minutes waiting, i left. i was in the hospital for acute renal failure and a very serious muscle injury for over a week only to be told my follow-up appointment had be cancelled with zero apology or remedy taken to make things right. thankfully, i was able to make a primary care appointment with swedish for this upcoming friday but i am still appalled by this clinic’s lack of organization and patient care. shame on you. if i could give zero stars, i would.

    Only become a patient here if you absolutely have to! Trying to get through on the phone is time consuming. You can hardly ever speak to someone and when you do manage to get an appointment expect to wait 15-20 minutes past your appointment time and if you're coming in for labs you should expect to wait 45 min to 1 hr. Honestly the only reason I've come here is because I absolutely love my Dr it's just unfortunate that the clinic is a nightmare to deal with.

    I would avoid this clinic if at all possible. Not only are they disorganized, but I believe the staff is incompetent. I had an annual exam scheduled with them and had a confirmation text sent to me so I thought I was all set. On the day of my appointment, I checked in and waited 45 minutes and when I asked when I'd be seen, they said my Doctor wasn't in that day! Then it took them a good half hour to figure out what to do with me and in the end, I had to re-schedule for another day. This is unacceptable. I can understand mistakes, but this appears to be a pattern that should not be tolerated, pandemic or no pandemic.

    This place has been borderline harassing me over the past 2 years. I have had plenty of appointments that were scheduled and then just canceled for no reason. This has happened over 4 times in the last 2 years and is completely wrong. They have no professionalism and should not have a license to practice. What good is it to people if you cancel a follow up appointment after an extraction, you realize someone's health it at risk when you do this to people.

    Find another dental clinic. Find another network of facilities. I called on valentines day 2023 to get an annual exam, they gave me a date about 6 weeks out that would fall in the middle of my coming vacation. I asked if I could make an appointment for after my vacation. I was informed the clinic schedule for then isn't available and for me to call back in two weeks. I did as told and was made aware I could suddenly be scheduled for the day before I fly out due to a cancellation that had appeared. I quickly took the appointment thinking I could schedule any follow-up treatments needed after I'm home from vacation. Welp, here I am three weeks after trying to schedule an exam with zero opportunity to be seen because i received a call 25 minutes prior to my check in that a staff member called out, therefore I need to return to the 6 week wait list. HUH???? I use public transportation, meaning I had already left my home ten minutes prior to receiving the call about the staff shortage. I show up hoping that maybe I can shake up the schedule a bit more and get me in to see a doc today seeing that I was already there and maybe a fellow patient in better vehicle circumstances could be called and can be rescheduled. NOPE. I'm done with this place after a decade of patience. I always tried to look through this clinic's mishaps due to the fact that they serve us low wage citizens so eagerly. It seems as though the capacity has just outgrown my standard of care.

    Tried to make an appointment twice and both times had to wait over and hour for someone to pick up the phone. It's just ridiculous. Reception people are consistently unpleasant. They pretended they didn't understand a guy who had some accent and told him they will have an interpreter to call him.

    I’ve called multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment for my family and I, but was told that they weren’t taking new patients due to covid, which I understood, but I asked on two different occasions if our insurance was in contract with their facility and both times they said yes. My family went in to the clinic, and when they arrived the clinic did not put in the insurance information appropriately nor did they tell them that they were out of network! We are now stuck with a $380 bill. We called the billing department multiple times and are having to leave multiple messages with no call back. We have asked for the manager, with no response. I work as a receptionist for a medical facility as well, and this is not how they should handle their patients. Had we known the insurance was out of network, we would have gone somewhere else. Now we’ll be going to another facility due to these unfortunate events. I am not one to leave reviews at all, but this just needs to be addressed. We are still waiting for a response. 11/16/2020: still no response. It’s been 1 month

    Worst clinic ever and dentist ever. My child get injured on her lip and didn't told me and they put on her lip vaseline to cover it. When I left home I discovered the injury and got back and the doctor said it was like that. I have pic before and after.

    I am so disappointed this place. I have been here for 6yrs already. I will not comeback here. Here is my story. I had an appointment for my daughter for check up, I made that appointment for over a month. I was busy and I came by clinic the day before to ask them that possible for my mom helping me to take my baby there for her appointment instead of me. They said that is fine, they asked my mom information and I provided for them. The next day my mom took my baby there and they said they did not have her information in their system. Excuse me? I was checked up during my pregnancy at your clinic and last time this clinic gave her vaccinated so who did you serve? Ridiculous. They tried to banish my mom and my baby. If you can not take them in why did you tell me the day before then we can reschedule appointment? They had been rude to my family. They did cancel my appointment couple months ago cause of double booked even that appointment was coming up in 3 days.

    I was supposed to have an appointment at 10:45-check in time on Saturday the 1st, but then last minute around 10am. when I am already on my way! I get a call that my appointment has been canceled, and the person on the phone is trying to fulfill my medical requests over the phone. but excuse me I can't talk right now, I have to get off the phone because I have to explain to this non english hopelink taxi cab driver that he needs to turn around and take me back home. I have to tell the receptionist to call me back, i have to get off the phone and tell my hopelink driver that they have to turn around and take me back home. Then that hopelink driver is upset when really I'm the one that really desperately needed to see the doctor. I had been sick with MRSA in the hospital not getting the care I need from other providers and really looking forward to seeing my own doctor. If you are going to cancel someone's appointment at least give them two hours notice! The clinic says it opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday so really does it take until 10 a.m. when I'm already on my way to let me know? The doctor I have Dr. Jonathan Wells is fantastic, but the rest of the clinic is in shambles. I live on the other side of town, but trying to keep my same doctor, if this is not unacceptable I don't know what is.

    This clinic is VERY irresponsible particularly in regards to their scheduling habits. I have tried making an appointment with them 3x to get a TB test that I will need for work by the beginning of November, which I scheduled with neighborcare at the beginning of October. The first time I got a call from them saying they needed to reschedule because they didn't set me up with the correct staff member. The second time they said that the provider they scheduled me with wouldnt be there. Now they're saying I can't come in until the end of November. Thanks to them I now am in a rush to change providers otherwise my job will be at risk.

    Reading all these reviews i had to make sure i was looking up the right clinic. me and my family have been going here for years and they have been AMAZING to us. my PCP Dr. Wells is seriously the most helpful person ever. I know whenever there is something wrong or something doesn’t feel right with my me/my health he always has a solution.

    This whole organization is a joke. When you call, you can't speak to no one,long phone wait times at 830am. you speak to an operator, not no one at the clinic.fake doctors you speak with on the phone, never put faxes through ,absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to the community . I WILL BE DISCONTINUING MY CARE FROM HERE.THIS IS A CORPORATION A BOGUS JOKE.

    Came in for the COVID test on Tuesday July 21st. There was some issue with the call center when I tried to make an appointment but Ana was on site and fixed everything up for me! She went really out of way to make sure I was taken care of. She got me on the phone with Paula who was really personable and helpful. She got me an appointment right then and there. I worked with (I think the name was) Sarah, who was so friendly and calming when I was so nervous. Thank you so much Neighborcare!
