Fast & cheap! I'm sure there are better deals but this was way less than Grease Monkey. I didn't feel like I was getting a whole lot of up sale. It's also really nice that they let you stay in your car if you want to while they do the work.

I took my cars here back in March of this year 2022. I didn't have time to do the oil change myself. The price is a little higher than others. While I was there getting my oil changed. they were finishing up the guy in the lane next to me. I watched as the kid broke off the oil pan plug in the vehicle and watched as he panicked looking at the oil pan with the missing oil plug head then at the wrench in his hand with the oil plug in it. This should have been my clue at what to expect when I go to do my oil change. Fast forward to November I attempted to change my oil, however after some time fighting with the oil filter and oil plug. I gave in and took my vehicles to two different shops. Both shops recommended that I never use this place again.

Some people have a negative attitude towards 10 minute oil change places because they think they are going to skimp on service because of the name. These guys go through multiple points of inspection and make sure there are no leaks or issues before you leave! Amazing service

Such a wonderful place. Iā€™ve gone here for a few years now and each time I take my car here I am more impressed and thankful for the service I received then the time before. They go way above and beyond to help. Tom was so amazing and helpful he should be recognized for his efforts and excellent customer service. Honestly, every employee should be recognized for being so great. But this visit specifically Tom really went out of his way to help me replace a part on my car that I kept mixing up. ( itā€™s a long story) but needless to say, Iā€™m so very grateful I have a honest place to take my car that always does excellent work and has 5 star service each time I come. Thank you. You guys amazing.

Unfortunately this place doesnā€™t even deserve one star. Iā€™ve been using valvoline for years and always loved their kindness and customer service. A few months back my husband went in for a routine oil change. Was told they had full synthetic, as my car is high mileage. He waited about 30-40 minutes before being seen. After draining all the oil from the car they told my husband they didnā€™t have full synthetic and told him he needed to drive somewhere else to get the oil change and wanted him to pay $89 for the full service that we didnā€™t receive. After waiting again they went down to an auto part store to get the correct parts and oil. After they finished an hour and a half later they still wanted $89 for their mistake and the $56-$60 it cost for the oil from the store. We refused to pay the $89 after the horrible service we received but did pay for the oil and filter they had to purchase. About 6months later we realized there was an oil leak coming from the bottom of our car, so my husband returned to valvoline since it was the closest location to our home and there was a really bad leak. And once again after my husband waited 20minutes to be serviced they told us that they couldnā€™t service us because of the issue that happened last time! ( you mean the issue of them draining our oil and then telling us they didnā€™t have the correct oil to put back in it! ) so I ended up getting in touch with the owner/manager about both issues and he is the most inconsiderate person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He said he was not going to make the issues at hand right. After a long conversation I could tell with out a doubt the only thing he cares about is money and has no respect for his customers or the community and no respect for women in general. I feel if I had been a man he might have helped. He did, however, have enough respect to sit on the phone in his safe office and do absolutely nothing, which is what his business showed us that they do best. After working for a family owned business for many years, Iā€™ve had many Confrontational situations with customers and always did my best to make sure the customer was helped and if they were mistreated, myself and the company always went the extra mile to make it right, every time. So if you are looking for friendly people with great customer service donā€™t go to valvoline and if you do I would definitely go to a different location or a different business all together.

Got there 22 minutes before they closed. No line, two cars inside the shop and 5 guys standing Inside and around. Some guy comes out and greets me and says these are the last two cars. I said, man I am here 20 minutes before you close. Ive taken 4 cars to you in the last 3 weeks. This is how you treat your customers. Then he got smart with me...so I cussed him out and told him he just lost our business. I have a fleet we service for my small company...therirloss.

I arrived at this business to get an oil change , upon arrival I was told the wait was 20 mins after the Hyundai leaves Iā€™ll pull forward. 35 mins later the guy comes grab cone n moves it (thought he moved it out the way) Hyundai leaves so I go to pull towards the garage and Joseph starts yelling at me saying I didnā€™t say for you to move the cones still thereā€¦. I apologized and said sorry I thought u just moved it out the way he says nothing then the car over went to that spot and then he walks over and says well itā€™s taken longer than expected and that car was here first so youā€™ll have to wait. (He could have been a little more informative when he moved the cone) upon arrival my friend and I was wondering if we could walk over to the furniture store and got out to ask the worker Xavier if we could leave the key on the seat and walk over he barely looked up or let me finish asking n snapped at me saying No but the other guy frank came out masked what I was asking n I repeated the question and he was very informative and nice about it . The other two young men could definitely work on their customer service skills. Tim was very helpful and informative and nice very awesome customer service along with Jim. These two did the car and was great. Due to the rude customer service received when arriving definitely gave me bad vibes and I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be returning.

They were all so helpful. Dave, the manager, was very willing to tell me about my car and inform me, Collin was amazing, very kind, changed my brake light. I didn't catch the guy in the pits name but he was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Informed me how bad it's leaking oil, where the leak is and what the parts called. They topped off all my fluids (except brake) I'll 100% be driving the 20 minutes to these guys from here on outšŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ very much appreciated.

Waited 30 minutes to get told they donā€™t take 50 or 100$ bills. Was not told until I got in the carport. Employees were vaping in the bay and the guy I talked to looked like he was high. Stay away!!

Best place to get the oil change. Jiffy lube couldn't figure out ny cars skid plate but Valviline was able to pop it off and aget the oil change done . Everyone was nice.

I just wanted an oil change. Guess thatā€™d be too easy. This place holds you captive in your car and assaults you with upsell attempts. I asked for conventional oil, they tried to get me to take synthetic. Then they tried to get me to buy a ā€˜scheduled transmission maintenanceā€™, which I declined. After declining any/all add-ons, the manager said he could not service my car because of an ā€˜oversized drain plug.ā€™. So I drove down the road to JiffyLube and they changed my oil, no problem. Valvoline sucks.

I pulled up and waited in line. I was never greeted by any employee. I waited 45 minutes, and when it was my turn to pull into the bay, they had me pop my hood, and at that point told me that they would not do my oil change because they do not do eco-diesel vehicles. First they said they didnā€™t have the oil or the filter for my vehicle and then when I asked to speak to a manager to ask when they were going to get those in, 5W 40 oil is pretty standard, the manager came over and told me they couldnā€™t do my oil change not because they didnā€™t have the oil or my filter but just because the manager told them that they are not supposed to do any eco-diesel vehicles. I said it wouldā€™ve been nice to know that 45 minutes ago when I first pulled in, but I was never approached by any employee, so I was unable to let anybody there know what type of vehicle I drove, so not only did they lie to me at first But then the manager came and told me the reason why they couldnā€™t do my vehicle was because it would take 30 to 40 minutes for my oil to drain if they were to do the oil change properly and they are supposed to get cars in and out of there in 15 minutes! Therefore, their manager doesnā€™t allow them to do my type of vehicle. I left and drove to Jiffy Lube. They got me right in and told me that theyā€™d have my car done within about 15-20 minutes and when I explained to them what the Valvoline store told me, jiffy Lube told me that they had lied to me again, and they just may not have felt comfortable working on my vehicle because it does not take that long to drain the oil at all! Iā€™ll never go back to Valvoline as long as I live with any vehicle I own purely because of their unprofessional and rude customer service!

I have come here a couple times now and itā€™s super quick and easy and the service is good. However, Dave whom Iā€™m assuming is the manager is pretty unprofessional. He scolded a worker in front of all the other guys and customers ( me ) letting him know that he wasnā€™t getting it fast enough and that it shouldnā€™t take this long to grasp it. He did this for almost 10 minuets straight. Normally in a professional setting your boss should pull you aside and tell you these things but never in front of all your co workers and customers. I felt bad for the guy. Iā€™ll keep going here but Iā€™d never recommend anyone to work here. Extremely poor leadership from dave to an obviously new employee. This guy shouldnā€™t manage anybody.

Terrible Customer Service and Overpriced! I recently had a horrendous experience with Valvoline Instant Oil Change that I feel compelled to share. I called their service center seeking information about their oil change prices and was met with the most unhelpful and rude attitude imaginable. The representative on the phone seemed disinterested in answering my questions and was outright impolite. It's baffling how a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction can employ individuals who clearly have no regard for basic courtesy. On top of the appalling customer service, I was shocked to learn that Valvoline Instant Oil Change charges exorbitant prices for their services. I compared their rates with other reputable establishments and discovered that they were by far the most expensive option in the area. Frustrated with their unhelpful attitude and inflated prices, I decided to explore other options. Surprisingly, I found a much better deal at my local dealer, who not only provided a more reasonable price for the oil change but also included a tire rotation at no extra cost. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Valvoline Instant Oil Change for your automotive needs. Their lack of customer service etiquette and sky-high prices make them an undesirable choice. Save yourself the frustration and explore other options that value your time and money.

Always a good experience. My regular place to go for a oil change. I always receive the same level of service unlike jiffy lube which is sometimes okay sometimes not.

I received an oil change on my f150, previously. I had work done on my truck at a different location and they notified me that the oil filter that valvoline put in was way too small. Using the wrong oil filter can negatively impact oil pressure. The wrong filter, a filter that isnā€™t working properly, or a filter that gets clogged can cause oil pressure to drop. The proper oil filter, along with the pressure relief valve, will help regulate oil pressure and avoid spikes. They've always been nice but they could have ruined my truck

I had a coupon, so decided to try these guys instead of Jiffy Lube, who were very busy. I was able to pull right into the bay, work was done quickly, no pressure to add on expenses. They found a mistake the previous mechanic made and easily fixed it! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

The technician was very skilled. Oil change was fast and wait time was pretty short.

Tim, the lead technician, greeted me and was a perfect picture of professionalism from the moment I put my vehicle in park until my oil change was finished and I drove off. The entire staff was professional, safe and efficient. I will be bringing all 3 of our vehicles to this Valvoline shop in the future. First thing, I want to mention is that when tying my name into the computer system he noticed that the keyboard wasn't working. He started troubleshooting the issue with the keyboard but then stopped and told me that he would have my oil change started prior to fixing the keyboard. I appreciated this very much because I want to get "in and out" as quickly as I can. Tim followed the steps for the position like he had been trained well and had experience doing his job. After the oil change was complete, I asked him about the difference between having my oil changed at 3k miles vs having it changed at 7k. He explained to me that 3k is what the shop recommends, but 7k is what Toyota recommends (this vehicle I brought in was a Toyota). I just want to give kudos to Tim for doing a great job and I hope he can be recognized or given a pat on the back. It was also snowing outside during all of this, and these guys were quick, smiling and working hard. I appreciate the service! Thank you

I had a great experience here today. When I showed up, I was immediately greeted and given a breakdown on the situation and wait time. I was informed that most everyone there today was new, but I couldn't even tell. Everything went smoothly and everyone did such a good job that I couldn't even tell who was new. I really like this place and will be back. If you are looking for a great place to go for an oil change I highly recommend the Valvoline in Marysville.
