    Possibly the worst customer service ever. We went through the drive-thru for a small order. The voice in the speaker was harsh and rude but not totally unexpected. When we arrived at the window, we witnessed this person (not sure at all on the gender) yell repeatedly at the customer behind us ordering. After taking their order, we heard nothing but griping and complaining to presumably non-visible coworkers. Avoid any business with such little concern as to have this type of persona interacting with customers.

    I won't be eating at this location ever again .The Nastiest burger King I've ever been to the ice cream tray was dirty shown on the picture associates with long hair should wear a hair net to avoid hair falling into people's food the floors horrible the fryers disgusting really no sense of urgency Burger King owner your place of business if I was a health inspector I would shut you down get it fixed ... employees need soap in the bathrooms so they can wash there hands 🤮🤮🤮

    Today is April 29th around 12:30, my daughter and grandkids went through the drive-thru for a quick lunch. This took 15 minutes just to place our order! My daughter was given the wrong order and a staff member called her a thief because fries were missing! The lady snatched it back from my daughter, which is very unsanitary!!! This was very unprofessional when we had placed a $30 order! We still did not receive a $9 sandwich. By this time it has taken 30 minutes and our food was cold and awful! My bread was crumbling like it was old... We will never come back here...

    Young heavy set manager with blonde hair needs to get a job at the car wash if he can't take the stress....store is very, very dirty and under staffed. Manager was using vulgar language around kids and customers..... throwing things in store and preparing food with no gloves and never washed his hands the whole time..... please do not eat here....for ur health and we'll being.

    I went through the drive thru tonight to pick up two Doordash orders. They had the first one out to me in about 5 minutes which was no problem, but then an obese woman who I assume was a manager came to the window with a scowl and very rudely told me I had to go wait on the other side of the building because I was "running up her drive thru timer." She did not ask me to do this, she demanded it very aggressively. Then when she eventually brought the food out to my car she still had the same mean look on her face and did not say a word to me. Just gave me a single overfilled bag and walked away. Customers are not "running up your timer." If your store metrics are poor then it's on the employees for not making the food fast enough. Regardless of all of that though, I would have had no problem with it if the manager hadn't been so rude and treated me like I was a problem for her when I was literally making money for her store by delivering their food for them. I will not be back as a delivery driver for this restaurant, nor as a customer.

    The worst BK that I have ever been to. The staff don't care about customer service, and the food comes out rong or cold. I got a refund but it took 20 minutes to get because they didn't know how to refund it to my card. If I could give this BK negative Stars I would. I will never go back to this BK again

    As of today August 20th 2023 I can say I went to order through drive thru and I felt extremely disrespected when there was an old lady talking through the microphone. I was simply trying to order a spicy chicken sandwich and she treated me as if she wouldn’t want to be there. To be honest I wouldn’t want someone to treat me and other people like that. Service-0/10

    I'm 51 year old, and I was told to leave by the 20 year old working the counter. Why, you ask? When I walked in, there were three people in front of me waiting to order and one other person waiting for their food. The ONLY person working the drive-thru, front counter, and making food was said 20 year old. I would have felt sorry for him except for the fact that he was carrying on a personal conversation on his cell phone. I could hear enough of the conversation to know that it wasn't an important call either. Note: he was working, but at a fairly leisurely pace, with his cell phone up to his ear. After 4-5 minutes of no one's order being taken (and one of the customers leaving without ordering) while all of us were whispering to each other, "Why is he on his phone??", I finally said (I'm going to quote myself and not leave anything out), "Get off your phone". The 20 year old immediately said, "Get out. I'm not serving you." I then told him, "I'm your customer, jack a**," but then decided not to fight it since I didn't want my food being spit on anyway. I left and went to the BK in Malabar and got 100% better service. Please hire some employees, pay them enough, and get rid of that guy.

    For the first time, in a long time our sandwiches were made perfect. I wish, I had take a picture of they actually look. The sandwich specialist, made them with care. When I on folded the wrapper, none of the veggies, were falling out. Finally, I was able to eat an original chicken, without the sandwich slipping out. Perfect sandwich. My compliment to the store manager. Store was clean. Thank you

    So on a Friday night I went to BK to order a meal at the drive thru. It order their number one meal the whopper and it says 7.99. The lady tells me it is 12.43. So I asked her what the change was in price. She said to upgrade to a medium it costs more. Even though it does not say the 7.99 meal is a small meal. I told her I only wanted to pay the price listed. When I got up to the window she was really snotty and short. I was never welcome nor was I thanked. BK a fast food of the past for me

    Very slow and rude workers. Manager was rude and had loud music playing on Bluetooth speaker. Dining area not stocked and very dirty. Bathrooms are nasty and weed smoke out. Stay away from this one.

    Initially we had a bad experience going here, but we went back and were welcomed by very kind employees, they got the order perfect! I even watched them stop an elderly man from paying, so he got a free cookie. When going to this establishment it simply depends on the day of the week and the time of day because usually there are great employees there! However, some days there are specific employees that mess up your order and get confused.

    If I could give less of a star I would. Service is terrible. I've been coming here for years but lately this place has been horrible. From cold food in the morning at 7am and rude employees and don't even have coffee because he didn't make any. To the evening like today when I ordered food and all the orders were wrong. The meat wasn't even cooked all the way thru because it was still pink. Beyond disgusted and disappointed. Horrible. 0/0 recommended.

    The most unorganized and inefficient Burger King ever. A minimum of 20 minute wait in most cases until you see your food. The one on US 1 in Sebastian is far superior in service and efficiency.

    Yesterday I stopped in for lunch during our trip. I ordered a Whopper Jr meal, no tomato, sweet tea, and a big fish. We got the saddest more than an hour old piece of fish, with barely an tater sauce, and a very stale tasting Whopper Jr, that had tomatoes. We were given a coke. The MOD took our order. It took 5 mins to be handed the wrong order, then another 2 to get the sad sack we were handed. To make things worse, as you can see, the receipt tape is cutoff, we don't know our total, or order number, so we couldn't even take the survey, so here we are on Google. 1 star. Do not recommend this location.

    The worst restaurant ever. I witness the young girl with long red hair, working the sandwich table during breakfast as the manager trying to get orders out as this Manager kept telling this young lady, to please speed up the orders. And asked her where was her hair net. She told him she was going to wear one and curse him out snd give him the finger. Very disrespectful and very rude. How can this restaurant run with people that treat their managers like that. I will file a complaint to corporate office. This young lady need to be fired and learn to respect there elders n authority in charge. I have went back to visit the store today to express my concerns to this manager and couldn't find him.

    This has to be the worst burger king of all time, food is always terrible. Old fries,soggy buns,soggy toppings.ive been coming here twice a year since 2016 to see if it improved it's 2023 same outcome. I travel a futher distance just to get great food at the other Burger King.they need to close this one down until they get it right. Definitely not Burger king it's Burger wish! (The best thing at burger King is its whopper and they can't even do that)

    Usually I do the drive through at the Sebastian location but decided to eat inside. Pulling up to park noticed employees just hanging out in their car but came back in shortly after I went in. There were 5 or 6 employees but had to wait for one of the employees (young guy) to come back in from outside to take my order. One of the items ordered was a thick Oreo shake which requires a spoon to eat, when I had to ask for one I was told they only have plastic knives. The ice machine was out of ice, the floors were sticky and tables that hadn’t been cleaned (not that they were under staffed by no means). Sitting in my car getting ready to leave I noticed someone drive up and met an employee at the back door. The whole situation was shady and gave me a weird feeling, not to mention just very unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

    The breakfast burrito was actually built very large. It was never afforded over all the way it had so much stuff on it. However, he just handed me out the bag and didn't bother asking what kind of sauce and had no personality. No receipt as well. 7/6/2023 6:50am

    How does a fast food restaurant run out of its flagship drink, Coke? This one did. Went thru the drive thru. Should've specified we needed straws for our non-coke drinks. Had to ask for onion ring sauce. After repeating our order twice, they still got it wrong when we got to the window. Went inside last week. No ketchup? Napkins? Tables were dirty. Where is the corporate oversite?

    Never again. I hadn't tried BK in years because of how horrible the food had become but have been hearing of a new person trying to resurrect the chain by focusing on the signature "whopper". I ordered a whopper meal - medium. Ten dollars and change! It sucked just as always only it costs more now to get screwed. It is insulting to read the following phrase posted on several walls inside... "Freshly flamebroiled since 1954". My nasty water bathed "burger" wasn't even warm, the cheese slice was completely flat and cold, the lettuce was chunks of the core and it had a pint of mayo on it. It was disgusting. They actually did flame broil them to order way back and they were delicious! Oh, and the fries sucked too. There was no ice....... Unbelievable. There were 7 people total in the dining area. NEVER AGAIN!

    The sandwich master, fixed our sandwiches perfect. Nothing was falling of the sandwiches. I ordered dbl whooper w\ cheese no onions. And a dbl pretzel king only ketchup. It was perfect! I love when staff, cares about the presentation. Thats showing your signature. My order # was 173 it was at 142 PM on 11/11/19. Please share with your staff. Thank you

    I placed my order using their mobile app, which I rate very poorly, out of two times trying to place an order, it took me over 30 minutes to complete. App/online order = poor, Store = excellent. The store location provided excellent service, they even provided an addition to my order when they couldn't decipher the order placed by the app. And the corporate office provided a $5 credit when the app didn't work as described. If the app worked as it should I would rate this place 100%

    Weighted in the drive-through line for 14 minutes before we got to the window to get our food. When we get home my daughter's chicken sandwich was burnt and extremely tough to eat looks like it had been setting in the heat lamp for a couple of hours and the French fries were no good.
