My 1st time visiting the Dental Care Team. My tooth broke and I needed a root canal. The procedure was painless and quick. Thank you Dental Care team for helping me. I am so appreciative of everything the Dental Care Team has done for me. They are amazing!!!

I have been a patient of Dental Care Team and Dr J for over 25 years and the level of exceptional quality has never wavered. The fact that his practice has grown and expanded over the years is no coincidence. You will be treated with professionalism and a personal touch by the entire team!

The dentist was great. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was another story. She said I ‘needed’ certain x-rays. I told her it was fine as long as the insurance paid for it. She gave me multiple ‘reasons’ why I should have them-including that they could detect cancer. She said I could call my provider and see if it was covered… which at that point I don’t think anyone would do-right in the middle of a cleaning. She should not have offered and/or made it incumbent upon me to find out if it was covered. It was not, & I had to pay $100 out of pocket for something I didn’t even need. Then later she argued with me about the validity of the office handing out candy on Halloween. I felt like I had crossed into the Twilight Zone. Glad I never have to go back.

My son had his first appointment today with the Dental Care Team. His hygienist was Amber and she was lovely. She was patient, nice, and very calming. The office was beautiful and everyone we had contact with was great. It was a really good experience. Again, big thanks to Amber for being great and my son even got a certificate for being part of the “No Cavity Club”! I would definitely recommend this office.

We first came here as a referral firstly and then they gave us a consultation for my daughter to have braces. While it hasn’t been an easy journey, her mouth needed alot of work as far as jaw movement ect. She is still in braces but at the final stages and she has a beautiful smile. I’m so grateful! DCT has been great!!

I've had the pleasure of having the best hygienists in the world, first Marla, then Beth, and now Brook (all changes due to advancement). Dr. J and his team do amazing work! You will find nothing but the best from this team of wonderful people. If you have ever had a bad experience at a dentist you owe it to yourself to come to DCT!

Very glad I came back to Dental Care Team. Otis and Dr. Omar are so nice and caring. Throughout the entire procedure, they were very attentive in making sure I was okay, and even offered to pause if I expressed any sign of discomfort. Dr. Omar listened to my concerns about the numbing and adjusted accordingly. Otis is a great communicator and kept me informed on wait times while making sure I always felt comfortable. Thank you for truly caring about your patients!

I was a first time patient today. Brooke, Dr. Omar and Otis were amazing. Very nice and treated me amazingly. Dr Omar took his time and really made me feel at home here. Whole team was a 5/5. We definitely recommend this office to anyone anytime.

I'm very Happy I called the Dental Care Team 2 days ago. They got me in right away. At my first visit today I was greeted with a kind and smiling face, which is a pleasant change. I happened to be an hour early (my bad) and they took me anyway, which they didn't have to. I was treated with such kindness from everyone.The care I received was very Professional and gentle. 😊

* Hill Rd location. I was impressed by the nice clean building and upkept landscaping. The inside was just as nice; with good lighting and clean furnishings. All staff were friendly and helpful. The RDH (Jennifer) did a great job and took the time to explain everything to me. I even felt relaxed and comfortable with the dentist. He also took time to explain the work I would need and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dental office to everybody.

I LOVE the dental care team!! I have very high anxiety and every one made me feel so comfortable! I've been a patient at Dental Care Team for nearly 3 years, and have often found myself wanting to write a positive review of my experience with the office as a whole, from the team of dentists, assistants, and hygienists, to the front desk staff. I've had many dental procedures done in my time, in many different offices, all under high anxiety. Dental Care Team has consistently given me the best possible experience time and again. Alexus in particular has been so kind, and went out of her way to minimize my anxiety. Truly, over countless dental visits here, there, and everywhere, Alexus stands out as the best assistant I've had the luck to meet. Altogether, I highly recommend Dental Care Team.

I just recently started going to Dental Care Team and they’re all great! They do seem pretty busy so my very first time took awhile for the doctor to come in and check on me, but I expected to be there for a decent amount of time since it was my first appointment with them. When I went back for a filling it was much faster! They all work together to make sure you’re comfortable, which I love because the dentist isn’t my most favorite place to be.

I had and always do get great service done when I come here. This time I even heard a great story it will help with me keeping my spirits up. Thank you so much I needed that today.

Dr. Omar is absolutely fantastic at what he does, and makes sure you feel comfortable and okay throughout the experience! The front desk staff and dental techs are all so kind and welcoming as well. Ive had horrible experiences at 2 different dental offices now, and I have anxiety and sensory issues too but all the staff at Dental Care Team made sure I felt safe and comfortable with my care.

My hygenist was so conscientious. She read my chart before seeing me. She made sure that every procedure was as painless as possible. The dentist was very competent and took his time to chat about things. I appreciate the special consideration.

Temprence (?) did a great job switching my elastic ligatures today! She was very patient with me as I rooted through the colors and even helped me pick out the right combo. Generally it’s a little tender by now, but feels good! I love Dental Care Team and brag about them to friends and family any chance I get!!

Everything is fine except the temporary crowns they put on, mine fell off as soon as I got home the first day I had it, then it fell off again a week later after they put a new one on :( Honestly I’m scared to eat anything now that I’ve lost trust in it. MAKE THAT 3 TIMES… this is ridiculous.
