Stayed here for work when we had a snow storm a week back. The heater in the unit was so loud it was unbearable. It sounded like at any moment it was going to explode. The second night I woke up to the room being freezing cold. The heater had completely stopped working. Mind you it was 2 degrees outside so it's not an ideal time for this to happen. Front desk said they would look at it. No offer to change rooms, nothing. To add insult to injury days later I noticed that i had a seperate charge on my credit card. I called the hotel, the man informed me that in addition to the 190 dollars i paid for the 2 nights i was there, they also charge an additional "credit card service charge" STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

During the recent ice storm I was without power and booked a reservation at Magnuson Hotel through Priceline. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk announced to the lobby full of people that all of the rooms were booked, but the third-party websites (i.e. Priceline) were still allowing reservations to be booked. When it was my turn to check in, I was told that there was someone already in my room (#211). I requested a refund and was told I needed to make this request through Priceline. I made the request and, now 4 days later, was denied a refund by Magnuson. This is absolutely terrible!! It is bad enough being without power, but to be denied a hotel room and denied a refund is just absolutely unacceptable.

Booked a 2 night stay for 3 adults and 3 dogs. Rooms were not great, but ok enough to stay since there was no other option. There was a dirty spoon on the floor when we first got there. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk. And they were charging 45 USD per dog per night, terrible.

Book a room for business in the area for the weekend. Nice rooms, but service wasn't all that great... no one is ever at the front desk unless you push the button on the ring doorbell next to the front door and then wait... Also god forbid you go to a local bar and invite a female companion back to your room at 3am for your last night there, and get charged by them for it, even after checking out and leaving a vehicle there to go in town for alittle bit.

Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the air conditioner unit did not put out enough cold air. But other than that everything was good.

Old property, old furniture, BUT it was clean. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Bed was ok. TUB HAD A VERY LARGE CRACK IN THE SIDE.

This hotel is wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable to make you feel at home. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Jacuzzi rooms are very romantic. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Sink had hair in it. The tub had a black ring around the bottom edge. The sheets did not seem fresh. There were NO other guests!! No Ice! What motel doesn't have ice?!! There was one dinky shampoo for 2 of us, no conditioner, no soap in the tub. One small soap at the sink. The towels were like sandpaper. I would never recommend this place!!

This was one of few hotels in the area that wasn’t already booked when I needed a last minute room for a conference in Novi. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and not too far away from the Suburban Collection Showcase (20 minutes). I’d stay again, for sure.

Clean room. No frills. Easy on and off highway. Food options are close. Would stay again.
