    I really wish schools would contract photographers who actually cared about giving parents great photos for what they're paying. $30 for a digital image is just insane to receive a photo of my child looking like she just rolled around outside. It amazes me that the photographers can't take the extra second to make sure a child looks photo ready.

    I ordered pics of my two girls, one in 1st grade and one in Preschool. They sent the pics of my pre-schooler with her name and grade on the bottom, however they had her listed as in Kindergarten. Ok. Honest mistake. I called and asked for it to be fixed, explicitly telling them she was in preschool. They sent out the new order, yet again, had Kindergarten written along the bottom. I called back yet again, emphatically told them she was in fact in Preschool, NOT KINDERGARTEN, and was assured this time it would be sent out correctly. Third order comes in, says KINDERGARTEN, yet again. I’m at a loss on how to get my daughter’s pics that I had paid for months ago. This last time I just asked for her pics, no writing, since it seems to be too difficult to send out correctly as ordered. We’ll see what happens the fourth time. And good luck getting anybody from corporate or customer service on the phone. I spent hours trying to reach them on the automated system, which conveniently doesn’t connect you to anyone. Update: after delivering 5 separate times, they never got it right. They refunded only a portion of my money as well. I’ll never have preschool pics of my daughter, I’ll just have to cover up the part that says Kindergarten. Pathetic that after calling and complaining and being reassured 5 separate times, they could never get it right.

    Terrible company to receive pictures from, my daughter took pictures with her school a month ago & I never received the pictures. Every time i checked online, the order said processing. I finally called to see where the pictures were and they are saying the picture is missing even though I received the proofs! They never reached out to say anything or let me know what could be done yet they still have my money! I’m very unsatisfied!

    If I could give this company zero stars I would! Not only were the pictures absolutely horrible, they didn’t even try to get a good pose or smile or anything. I waited weeks for these subpar photos but they sent them to the wrong school. I live in Michigan they sent them to some school in Chicago. When I called and told them this they said they could resend them but it would take another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund they said it would take 3-4 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager and said that it was unacceptable that a refund for pics would take 3-4 weeks. Especially when they messed up. If you have the option find another company cause this one is HORRIBLE!

    The way they post the children is horrible. They don't even try to get hair out of the face or anything. They just want you to pay extra for photo touch ups. Their prices have gone so high it's crazy.

    Had ordered photos for all 3 of my sons. 2 of them got photos and 1 didnt so I waited and after a while I emailed the principal to see why he didn't receive his photos yet come to find out Lifetouch never processed his photos after they took them. I have had to contact this company 5 times now just to get a refund and trying to see if whoever took the photos put them under a different name. The company emails back sorry they are lost but never refunded me. This company is a joke. How do you not know how to process photos when that is literally your only job! Customer service isn't very knowledgeable either when it comes to this.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. Let’s begin shall we? In February of 2020 my church had LT come and take directory photos. It was all on one order, with my husband and I, my parents, and my brother and his wife. We paid and the debit card we used was mine which did not have enough $ on it. So they sent an email, which we responded to but they didn’t message us until May 2020. We paid the amount and was told we would receive our photos within the next couple of months. Well as you can imagine, that never happened. We reached out EIGHT times via email because they stated with Covid there weren’t enough employees. Okay fair enough. But still, NO PHOTOS. My parents then told me that they received pictures that THEY ordered three times because they kept sending them theirs instead of ours. So today I call and ask about getting pictures or at the very least, a refund. Absolutely refuses to give us anything, says the church department is gone and can’t retrieve database/information regarding the church database. Never got our pictures and refused a refund. Will NEVER spend another cent there and will forever tell everyone how horrible of a company they are, and the fact that they just get rid of departments and if you have a problem they say f you.

    My granddaughter in 1st grade had her school pictures taken by Lifetouch. When they were received it didn't even look like the same girl in the picture! 10 lbs heavier in the face, which made it extremely round, (I think they stretched the picture out or something to make face so round) her fur collar was 1/2 exposed and the other side was tucked under. It looked so unprofessional I couldn't believe it! So disappointed the photographer didn't even pay attention to any details at all! I wish the schools could find a different company to take school pictures. Of course due to Covid, the school was not scheduled to have a retake day. Extremely disappointed!

    Zero star!!! It’s so expensive and they have no experience how to make the pictures more bright!!! My son’s face is white but in the picture his face is black and the background is the worst one i ever seen in my life 😳😳😳 so bad !! It’s the last year to let them take picture for him!!!

    Awful... I did not receive sons school pictures ordered in September. I had placed an online order. I called waiting on hold for a long time. Spoke to a representative who assured me they would be sent out. I did not receive them. I had to call again waited on hold again a unusually long time. It is December I still have not received them. I'm encouraging our school to go with another company. This is the second time I have had an issue with Lifetouch. The first time was with my older sons sports pictures which had to call about. When I received them they where awful and washed out. So Disappointing.

    Never again. There HAS to be a better company out there. They don't even try anymore and their prices keep skyrocketing. It's obvious they don't care from the shoot to the sprint to delivery. A complete mess start to finish. I just received 2/3 of my packages. Still waiting on my 3rd. Both of the the 2 I got were missing sizes ordered and we even got an 8 x 10 of some random person I've never seen in my life.

    paid extra (almost the amount of the picture package) for a special background. They said it was going to be applied to entire order but when recieved, they only gave me 2 pictures with the background and when I contacted them, they will not send me new pictures or refund the price of the background.

    This is a lovely photography service. We use them every year for our son's school pictures. We couldn't be more proud seeing our boys face on those pictures. Great job guy's 🥰

    I am very unhappy with Lifetouch's services. for my child's picture day, the site to purchase pictures on or before picture day was not working due to their transition to shutterfly. Due to covid, I was unable to get an actual form. I tried to call but couldn't get through. Now the pictures are available, the pictures don't look great but not worth redoing. And I can only order online with the limited package offerings which cost more than what was shown on the form and I have to pay for shipping. When I tried to call again, I waited 45 minutes and still no one picked up and no recording. I also tried the chat which I never got a response to in the 20 min I stayed on waiting. What kind of business is this that they can take advantage of us and provide little actual service. I understand the photographers at school didn't even give the kids a moment to prepare themselves for the picture. Covid or not, we are paying so services should be provided appropriately.

    I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I called to check on our picture order and waited for less than five minutes. A nice lady came on and checked the status of our order. They took a great school photo for us. If parents want more control over how their child's photo comes out then make an appt. at a photography studio so you can see each photo as they take them. School photos are mainly for student I.D. and class picture in the year books anyway. Being able to order a photo package is a bonus and is very taken for granted.

    TERRIBLE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered media pictures from JCPenney but was never told they'd be non-refundable?!?? HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO UP HOLD YOUR "NON-REFUNDBALE" WHEN PLACES YOU WORK WITH DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER???
