This clinic is an absolute JOKE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Nobody wants to do there job. They will have you wait until closing time to even call you back after being here for hours. There was nobody being seen when we arrived we waited for over an hour and then left as the whole room was FULL and they wouldn't call anybody back on top of just sitting there doing NOTHING. And once we left then they wanted to call to say they had a room available, I'm sure you did after I left saying what a joke this clinic is! Before they moved offices this clinic was top notch. Now its a complete disgrace. They also have no accreditation on the wall. So that tells me all I need to know! Close this trash clinic!

Staff professional and sweet. Very nice. Nurse or nurse assistant was great. Good sense of humor. Jeff the nurse practitioner was also great. Knowledgeable and caring. Better than some doctors I have been too. I would use them again. Thank you!!

2nd visit for me. My preferred place for urgent care. Clean place, great front desk. Medical Personnel listen to you and inform you. Fast and efficient. Medical Assistant Jessica has a great, refreshing personality. Hope this helps everybody.

We usually come here when we get sick and this time, we had an amazing woman name Kendra who talked with us, very very nice, something you don't see often in the medical field anymore and I just wanted to let her know she is doing an awesome job and to keep being sweet!!! You make people who are sick feel comfortable with coming in knowing they are going to be treated right!!! Thanks again kendra

I haven't been feeling will sec last Tuesday. went in every clean,there was know wait. The staff was really nice the Dr was Very understanding very Caring. I think doc was really irritated with me. Because I only took his shop. 😂

Went in for what I thought was a flu found out to be the flu and that went well my issue is with what I could tell is a member of management. He was walking around treating the staff like they were dogs I felt terrible for them for having to work in such a toxic environment when I had stopped in previously the staff couldn’t be nicer and all were courteous but after seeing how they are treated I hope they all find a better healthier place of employment for themselves.

I was treated promptly and treated excellently. Dr. Snyder immediately gave me a breathing treatment and asked the right questions. I would recommend Dr. Snyder and his team for any treatment. His nurse checked my every few minutes. He's a very good doctor that you would be able to trust with your care or your family

The employees at Burton Urgent Care were so helpful for me tonight. The professionalism they provided for me in my time of need was excellent. Everyone was so kind and made me feel special. Thank you very much for providing great care for me.

Took my son there today for the first time to have his ears checked out, he had a lot of ear wax and his ear was plugged. A very nice young lady named Candice flushed his ears and it went very well. She was great! We were only there about an hour. Will definitely go back if needed. Thank you!

Definitely the worst urgent care around! The employees are rude. I sat in my car in their parking lot for 6 hours before I decided to go to rite aid and just buy an at home Covid test only for them to call me and hour and a half later to go in. I would have been in their parking lot since 11:30 am until 7:00pm. And when I called to ask about wait times Cory was rude and hung up on me. I asked to talk to the highest person there when I got the next person on the phone and she proceeded to say it was her because she had the most Seniority. And she couldn’t tell me when the manage was in. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience with them, but it definitely will be my last. Do not go to BURTON URGENT CARE if you truly need urgent care, or even just a rapid Covid test because you will be there all day and get hung up on by rude employees.

I came in a few times, and let me start by saying the wait time here is extensive. My first wait was 4 hours long, the second time was 4 hours, but was seen in 2. I opted to wait in my car each time for all of those who came in coughing or getting checked for Covid. I would call every so often and ask how long I still had until being seen. The front desk is super friendly and while in the back the doctors came in quickly and got right to work. I was in and out. I feel bad for the staff as guests will come in demanding to be seen from waiting a long time. These people are busy and are doing their best to help everyone. So please be patient and don't give them a hard time.

My first time seeing a doctor back in genesee county was the male dr here. He prescribed enough of my meds to get to psych and literally saved me. Was a blessing. A few months later I broke my toe and the lady doctor took extra x-rays and DID find a break. With the boot they gave me it healed properly. My boyfriend is just now leaving he came in with concussion and cracked ribs and I was impressed with how the doctor explained everything to him. He really showed care and compassion. 5 stars so far!

Every time we have been there the staff has been great,, the Dr we’ve seen has been great ( it’s a younger guy,, not sure how many there are) and they’re quick. The rooms could use an upgrade, but our experience is most important and it’s been great each time. Thank you

They were extremely fast and thorough. I didn’t even get through my first page of paperwork before they were taking my son back for a head laceration and getting him all fixed up. Everyone was very kind as well.

The front office staff and the PAs here are great. Despite being busy, they still get you seen in a timely manner. Julie is a great PA, knowledgeable, personal, and you can tell she truly cares for those that walk through the doors. Thank you Burton UC!

Unfortunately, this time of year I suffer from very severe allergies.. which usually leads to me getting very irritated eyes. I went into urgent care because I thought I might have caught conjunctivitis as my eyes were so red.. they saw me right away and the staff is super friendly and I had a prescription done and under an hour. Five stars

The Carrie at the clinic was a good experience caring staff and doctors know what to do I appreciate . they taking care of me in 15 minutes of being in the office thank you

Kinda disappointed paid for TB test and came back today Friday aug 18th at 3:50pm (the time she told me) to have my results read but apparently they closed early due to short staffing. I really Need my results and they could’ve called or something they kept my paperwork for my job to fill out so they had my information. Hopefully tomorrow they’ll be open and can help figure This out don’t think I should Have to pay for another TB test when I did What I was Suppose to .

The staff was friendly and courteous. However, my medical needs were not taken care. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was told they weren't trained nor was anyone working that day able to help me. I was referred to OrthoMichigan where I was told they could see me sometime in AUGUST! In my opinion this is exactly what is wrong with HEALTHCARE! I was charged $50.00 copay literally for NOTHING and passed off to wait another 2+ months to be seen. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

Signed it and waited for over an hour. No one came to the exam room. Went to the counter and was told we were next. Waited another 20 minutes then left. No one seemed to know we were waiting and wished us a good day. Do not recommend.

This place has become a second home to me, unfortunately. I do want to apologize for always being "Rude" as I heard the lady talking about me say today. I've been battling sinus infections on and off for years now, and it's really painful and annoying. So I'm sorry that when I come in there I'm always irritable, as I'm sick and not feeling good! I am thankful for this place though!!! Everyone is always nice, even when I'm not. Always expect a wait, but it's better than waiting at an ER if you don't gotta go for anything too serious. The rooms are always clean. These people help a lot, especially when your doctor has no availability for over a week! Thank you guys!

On 1/16/23 I visited Burton Urgent Care and I was pleased with the quality of care that I received. The staff is always friendly, professional and genuinely concerned about my health. I would definitely recommend Burton Urgent Care to anyone that is facing a medical emergency.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I guess the only thing they deserve a star for is friendliness. Physician came in for 5 minutes, couldn’t find the issue and didn’t even try digging any deeper. On top of that, prescribes 4 different types of medication and says he will send them to the pharmacy TONIGHT and never does. So unbelievably unprofessional. Not only do they not care about your health but also don’t care about you getting better. Do not recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Fairly quick service for a new patient at an urgent care center. Pleasant people providing good service.

I took my grandma up here for the first time based on a recommendation. They closed at 4 PM and we walked in at 3:30 pm. All we needed was a urinalysis done and they told us they were done seeing patients for the day. If that’s how they take “urgent care” of their patients then no thanks!

Waste of time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was completely dismissed. Vitals weren't taken. Was told that if symptoms get worse to go to the ER. Edit: this was review was based on my experience with the nurse practitioner at this location. Who seemed that he would have preferred to be elsewhere.

So, called to ask about Paxlovid due to a nasty case of Covid. Was told they don't prescribe and I need to see primary care physician. When I explained I don't have one. The only response was you should. Wouldn't need urgent care if I had a primary.

Staff was all wonderful and nice. The place was clean and smelled really good actually. Lol. I was there a hour from the time I walked in and out. I definitely will be coming back to see you guys. You all are so nice. Thank you!!!

I was satisfied with the staff & care of the NURSE practitioners on 10/12/23... Collectively, they worked together & made sure my medical condition & deliemma was taken care of! (Cotton Swab lodged in my eardrum) Although, upon arriving, the receptionist WAS NOT pleasant or friendly @ all! I had to greet her FIRST! That's NOT GOOD! Her attitude was dry & awful! The receptionist is the 1st POSITIVE impression! I was glad pleasant & polite "Jessica" was close by with whom I had talked with earlier when I called to inquire time of closing! To conclude, my overall experience was fine! I just suggest the person who is the greeter/receptionist & 1st impression of patients has a more pleasant personality!😊😉

I was seen pretty quickly and my issue was diagnosed quickly. The doctor was friendly and remembered me from a visit from almost a year ago. I would definitely go back.

My son was having a bizarre allergic reaction that was making his eyes swell shut. After waiting 30 minutes at another urgent care, we left and drove here. They promptly got us in a room and handled the issue. Everyone was extremely nice as well.
