Best place to take rest

Bad experience, We came to the hotel but the air-conditioning unit made a very annoying resonating sound through the whole room. Asked the staff if they could fix it or if we could switch rooms. They could not fix it but they also told us no other rooms were available. When checking the website we found that we could easily book another room for the evening.. bad customer service and laziness.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff is caring and very helpful. Breakfast includes a variety of European and Uzbeki foods.

I had amazing experience with this Hotel. One of the best Hotel in Uzbekistan. The room I had very comfortable and very clean. Big problem in Uzbekistan you should always have some cash with you, so I lost my wallet with certain amount of cash. Beautiful lady at the reception, MALIKA returned it to me back. Nobody took anything from it, that was amazing. I tried to thank her and offered her a reward. She didn't accept it. I really appreciate her. So recommend hotel Tantana. Thank you.

Wonderful stay ! The room was clean, warm, it had a big bathroom with hot shower, we had a TV to watch netflix and prime video, a small fridge, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice. The staff was another highlight of our stay, they were really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have the BEST STAY in Ferghana !
