for
TERRIBLE
customer
service.
I
ordered
10
items
for
my
employees,
but
when
the
ordered
arrived,
one
item
was
missing
-
Hot
Braised
Chicken.
I
called
the
restaurant
to
let
them
know,
and
they
basically
called
me
a
liar.
They
told
me
they
were
“100%
sure
they
put
the
Braised
Chicken
on
the
bottom
of
the
box.”
I
proceeded
to
tell
them
that
I,
myself,
gave
the
food
to
my
agents,
one
by
one,
and
the
last
agent
did
not
have
his
food.
I
told
them
I
emptied
the
box
(they
specified
this
four
times
to
me),
but
it
was
not
in
the
order.
The
Manager
gets
on
the
phone
to
tell
me
the
same
thing
and
once
again,
I
told
him
that
the
item
was
not
in
the
box.
All
they
had
to
do
was
remake
the
food
or
refund
me,
but
they
would
not
do
either.
We
went
back
and
forth
until
I
said
thank
you
and
hung
up
the
phone.
This
establishment
is
so
cheap
that
they
could
not
replace
the
order
that
was
clearly
not
in
the
box.
All
my
agents
were
with
me
and
double
checked
the
box
to
make
sure
nothing
was
in
the
box.
Terrible,
terrible
customer
service.
