Food ALWAYS good and the Black Lady that works this window us Excellent. The actual owners have no courtesy for Big Orders. Stingy with condiments and don't give complimentary drinks for $80 orders. Smh. Check out Davis314Family on YouTube for reviews.

Consistent deliciousness! We used to live close to this place and would get it delivered all the time… we moved into the city for a few years and recently moved back within delivery range and my god did we miss this place! Still just as amazing as it used to be.

I wish I could give 0 stars for TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered 10 items for my employees, but when the ordered arrived, one item was missing - Hot Braised Chicken. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they basically called me a liar. They told me they were “100% sure they put the Braised Chicken on the bottom of the box.” I proceeded to tell them that I, myself, gave the food to my agents, one by one, and the last agent did not have his food. I told them I emptied the box (they specified this four times to me), but it was not in the order. The Manager gets on the phone to tell me the same thing and once again, I told him that the item was not in the box. All they had to do was remake the food or refund me, but they would not do either. We went back and forth until I said thank you and hung up the phone. This establishment is so cheap that they could not replace the order that was clearly not in the box. All my agents were with me and double checked the box to make sure nothing was in the box. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Do not eat from this restaurant. Dirty and terrible customer service. Also nobody speaks English but the rude black girl taking orders.

Been meaning to write this review for sometime now this place delivered someone else food to me who lived down the street and around the corner my children unknowingly accepted deliver and i called back to tell them about the error only to find that they would be back to pick the order up so i ended up delivering the food myself to the customer seeing they had kids and didn't want the food to get any colder long story short i went in to order food from this restaurant and my child found small pieces of clear glass in the box haven't been to this place since So eat at your own risk you've been warned started to contact the police but looking at the lot empty everyday is karma enough and the lady who cooked it you know who i am

I go here once every few months. Food is decent. Plates are packed. Never had a complaint...so far.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem. I think I got white rice instead of fried one time. Customer service has always been great everyone is very nice. Obviously the food is good or I would’ve stopped going. There are plenty of places to get Chinese food in north county. I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews I guess I’ve just been getting lucky for over 4 years.

I always call in my order and pickup at the drive thru window. So I'm not sure how the atmosphere is on the inside of the restaurant. The lady I always encounter is nice and the food is good.

Black lady who answers the phone is rude as if someone asked her “can I cut your hand off?” When you’re just asking for soy sauce or something:

Why is it so dirty? There’s junk in customer facing areas & I could bet if they were in a different neighborhood it would be cleaner. looking past the mess, there was medicine bottles all over the place. They cut the chicken in half and count it as an individual piece which is definitely not cool. The chicken had a funny taste & color to it. I ordered teriyaki chicken and assumed it would be boneless with rice but it was the same chicken pieces battered and deep fried tossed in sauce. The sauce was good. The vegetable fried rice had a lot of veggies at the top the rice could use some flavor sesame or five spice- my opinion. The St. Paul was good you can’t go wrong with an egg. I won’t be returning after seeing that they sit the chicken on the floor and who knows how long it’s been there what’s running around. I should have canceled the order then. The veggies were the best part.

Food is always fresh and very tasty. Broccolli cooked perfect and crispy!!

Food is decent, but the lady who works the front counter always seems to be having a bad day.
