Marla Is wonderful. She answered all my question and made me feel comfortable. The nurse who I didn't catch her name was great as well. Great office with a wonderful staff.

Omg i had never been there before i always drive to carbondale to womens health and im short rn on money so i just decided ima just drive 30 mins away instead of an hour and half and i love marla shes super sweet very calming person and we r doing everything she can to figure out wats wrong with me rn and ngl carbondale wouldve not helped so much compared to marla so I definitely recommend 10/10 marla at Waterloo women’s health

My five star review is not for Heartland at all; I personally found their call system awful and most of their staff rude. It is however for Marion Reyes. She is the only reason I will continue to be a patient there. She was incredible my entire pregnancy. If you are looking for a good midwife, Marion is the best there is. She listens to your concerns, takes her time with you, and is very personable. When I decide to have another child there is no one I trust more than Marion. I truly cannot recommend Marion more!

Absolutely hands down the worst experience me and my fiancé have ever had for heartland the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful trying to force my fiancé to do something that she has every right to say she doesn’t want to and not only that but they talk over you while your trying to talk definitely will never be going back to Waterloo for our future appointments. I absolutely 100% only be going to Shiloh.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve never gone to the Heartland Women’s Healthcare office in Waterloo, IL. However… I needed to be seen by the doctor and the Waterloo office was able to get me in quickly due to some medical concerns I was having. I was really having a bad day and Marla was very patient, kind and down to earth. I genuinely felt like Marla was concerned about me and she quickly took action. I will make it a point to see Marla for all my OBGYN needs in the future!

I have been doing my wellness checkups through HWH for several years. I had previously been going to the Marion office, and recently made the switch to the Waterloo facility. This facility as well as its staff were so kind, attentive, and helpful. I saw Marla, the NP in office and she helped calm my nerves and was so patient, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I am so glad that I made the switch!! This office is 10/10

Wonderful office & team! I normally go to Shiloh, but Waterloo was able to get me in right away! I do love my girls (and Dr. Covlin) at Shiloh though! But this office was very efficient & friendly!

I wouldn’t recommend any black women patronizing this business even though Heartland messed up my appointment the Dr. Marla dismissed me without even having a conversation with me . This place doesn’t care about the African American women or their babies . Waterloo is to far to drive to be dismissed
