    I had an 11:00 am appt. But stored it in my calendar wrong so I arrive at 11:45 for what I thought was a 12:00 appointment! The lady at the counter told me that she understands and worked me rite in!! She was very good at her job and had me in and out in no time!

    We initially went to a different place for our TSA Pre-Check but they were not willing to accept a walk-in 4 minutes after their cut off. They gave us this place and we are thankful they did. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. We were helped before we even sat down. All in all, we spent 10 minutes MAXIMUM inside the office. Such a painless process and we will always encourage anyone we know that needs this completed to come here. Top notch experience and it took 1 day to get our approval.

    I had an efficient, quick, and knowledgeable experience the day I was there for TSA pre-check and it’s much appreciated. However, I never received an email receipt which would have made this visit excellent. Thank you.

    Service was great. Lady providing service was knowledgeable and friendly. Work behind the scenes must have been efficient as well. I received my TSA number in 48 hours.

    Once I got in, the service was quick. However, the attendant took people out of order. I had an appointment and was there ahead of a couple that he took ahead of me. They had left their appointment to get something that was needed and after that should have had to wait like anyone else.

    Everything was fine, except I had a appointment, but had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes because the TSA machine was down. However, they got it working and the experience from that point on was fine.

    This location was a little bit difficult to find, but the office area was clean and was easy to navigate. I was able to sign in and was greeted within 5 minutes for my appointment. The technician for the TSA Pre-Check was fast and efficient handling 2 appointments at once. Very friendly and explained everything that would happen after I left there. Thank you!

    My appointment was at 1:30 I got called back at 1:45. The facility appears to be understaffed. My rep was fantastic she was just super busy before she completed everything with me someone else had stepped into the small capacity of this area. On my exit the waiting facility looked like a doctor's office there were at least nine people sitting out there waiting for their turn. The facility needs to be larger with a bigger staff capacity to accommodate for all of the different services that they advertise for.

    Had a TSA pre-check appt for 11:50. They had me in a few minutes early, quickly went through the process and I was complete in 10 min. People were nice and efficient.

    When my mom called to make an appointment she was told " you can only book an appointment online." That's a new one on me. Couldn't believe it. Manager got on the phone and she was able to book our appointment on the phone. Was told it's a new system. It was for my mom who's 101 years old and that online was not going to work for her. Received an email, we arrived at scheduled time, was told we don't have appointment, but they will take us anyway. Then she found our appointment. Was handed a a tablet to register online. Even though we had gave all that same information over the phone 3 days before. First blood draw was a problem. Again the first person hurt my mom when drawing blood, when another person was called in they were able to draw the blood without any problems. They let my mom stay in the blood draw room, to have a snack she brought, after 12 vials of blood were taken. That was very considerate. I asked to call my cell phone when the eye drops were ready. It would take 1.5 to 2 hours. They took my number but said it wasn't standard procedure. I thought that was odd they do it when my car gets repaired. We showed up in 1 hour and half and they were ready. The good news is she loves her eye drops. They really are helping her eyes. Her eyes aren't bothering her after one use.
