After a visit in October at the O’Fallon location, my child had 2 cavities that they were unable to schedule her for 3 months. I was referred to the Chesterfield office- it was slightly less time to schedule my child. They have now cancelled us due to inclement weather (expecting snow for one hour then wind). Because I wasn’t available for the one time they had in January - it will be close to 5 months to have both cavities filled. Very unapologetic - very disappointing. They really didn’t seem concerned for my child. Plan to leave this practice altogether.

They truly cared for my daughter and treated her like a person (which she loves). Really addressed my concerns. The pregnant nurse was so stinking sweet and made her aware of everything she was doing before she did it and made sure my daughter was ok with it! Thank you guys so much!

Cannot recommend this place more highly!! From the front desk to the nurses to the pediatric dentists everyone was extremely professional, polite, thorough, and empathetic. We have seen two dentists here, as well as had an oral procedure for my child’s fillings. Everyone was very timely and comforting to my child when she was nervous/in pain. I highly recommend STL pediatric dentistry!

All of the staff and dentists are great with kids, knowledgable and experienced. We’ve always had excellent visits for my two children!

The staff for the most part was friendly and the dentist was very informative and professional. I did not like that they woudn't treat my son until they received payment for anesthesia for my son and for treatment upfront. After my son was treated and still in the room waking up from anesthesia the dentist went over additonal treatment that was done. The dentist then sent me over to billing. The lady at the desk, who was not friendly told me how much I owed which was an outrageous amount of money to have to come up with to pay right then and there (keep in mind the amount of money it cost me before they would even treat him). At this point I still had not been taken back to see my son. It felt very unethical that they basically were holding my son hostage until we forked out the $500 payment. I nicely asked the staff if I could be put on a payment plan paying some today and the other half at a later date she responded with a harsh NO. It must be paid today. At no point have I ever had to come up with all of this money up front for anything medical or dental. I refuse to go back here after his routine visit that is scheduled. This is another place that is robbing you at your weakest point and when you have no other option, but to pay it. After our follow up I am done with this place. Also for the amount of money that you pay you would think the waiting area would be nicer. It did not look very clean and none of the ipads in the kids area were working.

We loved it here! They were so understanding of my 3 year old being skeptical about the x-ray camera and were just so patient with them. Our dental tech also showed him all her tools and explained what we were going to do during the appointment. My kiddo has kept his love for the dentist after this visit and that’s huge! Definitely recommend!

I schedule an appointment about 2 months ago for this location and asked for the latest available appointment I was told 3:30pm was available and it was the latest time slot they have. I also told the receptionist that scheduled the appointment that I get off at 3:30 so I might be a little late. I came in today at 3:46 and was told I was 1 minutes later than they accept. I was turned around & the next appointment I was able to get was in May of 2024. My 3year old have to wait six additional months to get a Dentist appointment. The lady kept trying to get me to reschedule with a different location as if she didn’t want us serviced at this location.

Need to improve their inclement weather procedures. You were closed today. No notifications went out for appointments letting us know is they were cancelled until after 3pm.

Makenzie & Alana greeted us with smiling, friendly faces, Kayla is always our assistant and she’s the best, and Dr. Ali was gentle, kind and informative! Stl pediatric dentistry Chesterfield takes care of us :)

My three boys have been with the Chesterfield office for three years and we’ve ALWAYS had a great experience. I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The staff has always been so nice and friendly. They’ve seen all of the dentists there and they’ve been in good hands with each of them. In this particular visit, my middle son had his cap pop off on a molar (put in from another dentist) and they were able to get him in the next day to fix it.
