Place was clean. Drinks came out fast. Baristas were more or less friendly. Parking is tight in the strip mall where it is located.

I had the BEST cinnamon dolce latte at this location in Webster Groves. And it was decaf, no less.

Although my drink hasn't been spot-on the way I want it, that has become the goal with the staff & I during each visit. It's gotten closer, so with the next 2 visits, I'm sure the goal will be achieved. Great staff & experience!

The person that always taking orders with the dark eyes & the slit eyebrows is one of the meanest baristas that I have ever came in contact with. They always argue with me about what goes in the drink when reality I just look on the app, and it tells me how many pumps of syrup are in a drink. Every time I go to the Webster location I regret it because I get belittled by the Barista that’s always taking orders.

No drive thru here, but that’s okay, what this location lacks for in size and convenience is surely made up for with the amazing staff. I came in on a Sunday morning to get my caffeine crave; and this location didn’t miss a beat as it relates to service and the quality to come to expect from Starbuckies. This is truly your friendly neighborhood Starbucks. Note: Parking is a bit of a a tight squeeze and there is plenty of customer seating outside. Cheers,

No complaints about baristas…friendly and quick. Here’s the problem…three times in the past month I have stopped in for a coffee drink. Each time I specify Decaf, as I don’t handle caffeine well anymore. And each time I’ve ended up with regular coffe. Unfortunately I don’t feel the caffeine effects until I’m almost done. The jitters set in and last for hours. The previous trip I called the manager and explained the mistake. I asked him to pass on to all staff to be less “automatic” with using regular…to HEAR a decaf request and fill it correctly. So…just got a “decaf” coffee from them about 90 min ago and I am now jittery off the wall! So two things - if you ask for decaf from a barista, it’s up to you/me to make sure they actually here and act on the decaf. Secondly, stop making regular coffee for people who asked for decaf. Thank you

The staff is super friendly, and the drinks never miss!

The young man that took care of me was very professional and friendly. Starbucks is the best for coffee.

I come in to this location before classes a few times a week, and every time Kelly is so unbelievably kind and sweet! She makes my experience great every time.
