I had to get a physical and a TB shot. Check in at 12:12pm. 2:00 came around and still. No TB shot. Now its 3:15pm just got my TB shot. Never thought it would take this long. Will never come back.

Horrible service. Waiting time is really long and the staff is RUDE. I came in at noon to do a drug screen and people in the waiting room checked in at 8:15 AM and still waiting. This is the 2 nd time I came here the first time wasn't any better I had to leave before even being seen. I arrived right when they open and only 2 other people was there. I waited over an hour before she even called me up to the front to sign a paper and was still told to have a set. A lady that was there waiting as well had to leave she said she was waiting way to long. Lucky I only had to be here for a drug screen because if one of my family members were sick I would NOT bring them here.

Only reason they’re getting one star is because I can’t put 0. Been here 3 hours now, after letting 7 people in front of me who came in the door after I was seated and waiting, they finally brought me back to a room to forget about me, again, for an hour and counting. Staff seems to be more concerned with telling stories and laughing at patients who can’t understand their mumbles than they do actually treating patients. A simple DOT physical USUALLY takes about 30 min start to finish yet here I am going on hour 4. If you are having a medical emergency I would HIGHLY recommend getting right with the man upstairs and preparing to meet your maker rather than waste your time with this establishment. Terrible service and LONG waits.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominique. Her customer service stood out. She was very helpful, she took her time and answered all of my questions. She was so good that I remembered her name lol

This clinic is very efficient I didn't wait any more than five minutes for them to attend to me. The staff is really easy-going and does what they need to do to get the job done. I highly recommend Concentra as a clinic for urgent care and lab work

I went to two concentras . And they are very unorganized . And the receptionist at the Manchester location was very rude and purposely took her time to be ignorant . I waited in line to be seen for about 1 hour all because she was so rude and ignorant. The next day I went to the forest park location, they were not rude at all just unorganized. I was there from 9am till 1pm for a tb shot and a drug test . When I was told I would have to wait 2 hrs . It seems as if I was forgotten about . I had to keep reminding them that I was waiting .

Very nice and clean building full of trash. The staff are pure trash. The one black guy is nice but the two heifers at the front desk are grade A trash. They have these pleasantly aggressive attitudes where they say nice phrases but with very aggressive tones which takes all the nice out of it. The one girl Brittany doesn't want to do nothing and the girl in the blue has to keep telling her what to do or asking why she didn't do things which makes her feel good like she's in charge but really neither of you are worth $1 an hour. They love and look forward to tell people it's as two to three hour wait. Even if you walking in with them opening the sorts so literally no one a head and they say it be a 2 to 3 hour wait I swear. I hate that our sisters don't have better mannors cause they are trash

Everyone was very friendly. When I had to come back a second time for blood work Mrs shaluv ( sorry if I spelled her name wrong) she made it feel like home. So loving and had great conversations. I had to go for the pr-screening for a new job. I would Definitely recommend to anyone

The staff work well together and are professional while also being friendly. They take time, they don't obviously have , to explain paperwork, protocols, and procedures. The young lady running the front desk was my hero. She is amazing, she was checking multiple people in while answering the phones and then she drew my blood in the middle of all her chaos. The doctor was totally awesome and was efficient and thorough. They all work well and help each other out. Even though they are apparently understaffed they are efficient, polite, professional and friendly. They are all totally AWESOME!!!

There was a lot of selective heating after making the nurses and doctors aware that I’ve tested false positive for tuberculosis in the past the still decided to inject the shot in me rather than do a X-ray after reassuring me that I would speak to someone about my health history before making the decision to X-ray or inject the shot. Me not being knowledgeable in their field of work I was completely blindsided and was given the shot regardless of them being made aware of my health history. Along with the tb test I had other test done and the process took a ridiculous amount of time at least 3 hrs.

Work related injury had me at this facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and caring. I received prompt treatment, the waiting times was minimal for all follow up visits. If I could have Dr Cox as my primary care physician I would do it in a heartbeat. Great experience given the conditions that brought me there

The place was in an easily accessible area. It was very clean and I was helped after waiting maybe 6 minutes. The young lady who waited on me was very nice and professional. The waiting room and the rooms in the back were all very cold. It was already cold outside and it being cold inside was a little much. The wait to get to the back to do the testing was somewhat long but understandable. The young lady in the back that helped me was so nice and answered all my questions. Once the process started it was over in about 45 minutes. I had no real issues with this location just the coldness of the waiting room and back rooms.

My experience was awful. My husband and I were sent to Concentra by our medical staffing company to get a mask fit test and I needed an additional physical for my next work assignment. My husband and I went there after we got off the night shift at the hospital. Aside from being tired from working all night, it took hours to complete those tasks. We waited at least 20 minutes to check in at 9 am. Then we had lots of paperwork to fill out even with a copy of our orders in hand. I was told it would take me 2 1/2 hours for my physical and fit test. We were not happy but we had to get it done before we left at the end of the week to travel to our next location. My husband got his fit test done while I was still filling out health history. He was done by around 10. The staff had taken everyone in the waiting room and I was the only one left except for two others checking in. I did not get called back for another hour which was around 11. They had me do an eye test and checked my blood pressure. I was informed that they only had one doctor there and she had two more patients to see before me. I waited at least another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. She reviewed my health history, asked a few questions, did a minimal exam then said someone would come get me for my fit test. 15 minutes went by before someone came and said I was free to go. At that point I had to remind them I had not received my fit test yet and the person just looked at me and left. 10 minutes later someone came to do my fit test down the hall. Needless to say I was not happy when I finally got out of there at 1pm. They wouldn't even give me a copy of anything for my personal records because they were sending everything to my company. I've been to several Concentra locations across the country over the last 3 years I have been traveling for work and I have never taken this long to get tests completed. I have always walked away with copies for my records and many other locations appeared to be busier than this one. Of all the ones I have received treatment at almost all of them seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or cared very much about their patients. Very disappointing.

Super super sweet people. I hurt myself at work monday of last week and i don’t regret goin here they make sure u r as comfortable as can be and make u laugh when ur in alot of pain and as gentle as once can be with a really badly hurt ankle definitely recommend

The front staff were excellent in customer service and they acknowledged you / me with a pleasant smile and attitude. Unfortunately, I have challenges when have to get bold drawn and both phlebotomist were patient and I was successful in getting the job done. Appreciate the wonderful work and staff

This place is very good about getting you in/out in a timely fashion. The staff is super friendly. The establishment is always clean, and the physical therapist Matthew will get you back going in no time. If I could give this place a 20 rate I would hands down.

I came for a drug test to start a job. I was super ill with a cold, the staff were extremely polite and sensitive to me not feeling well. I did wear a mask to not spread germs and they expressed their appreciation to me for it.

I had to do a random , which if you ever had to do one you know they pop up when you are your busiest , but they called me back within 10 minutes and got me in and out quickly and they were very nice and efficient. They smiled said hi and when I left said have a nice day !! They were professional and pleasant . It was a man who took care of my test and he was very nice ,too. Thanks .

Dr. was not professional & the system for signing in has everyone standing in line, and other people hearing your personal information. Also standing at the counter to fill out paperwork, what if you have issues with standing?

I REALLY loved Dominique! She’s so professional and down to earth…A SWEETHEART! I came a year ago and was SO HAPPY that she was still there! EXCELLENT!

I had drug screen, physical and blood drawn. The phlebotomist (Tornata A.) did and amazing job. Polite, friendly and informative. She represents the company well and I look forward to staying at this location due to her and the other staffs friendliness.

Very friendly, professional, and convenient far as the timings are concerned, nothing was rushed, makes one feel rest assured, for accurate results during any analysis administered in any capacity. Staff is very knowledgeable.

The employees were all very courteous and organized. Inprocessing was prompt considering I was there for a walk-in employment pre-screen. I didn't even need to submit my screening paperwork as they already had it.

Everyone was super pleasant, professional and nice! I was in and out for employment screening (drug screening, TB testing, mask fit) in about an hour! I walked in on a Monday afternoon. Great experience!

Good place to go for physicals, only draw back is that they get busy and you will he there for a couple hours. Get there as soon as they open and it will take less time to get in and out!! Very nice employees and Doctors!!

Service was great. Staff pleasant, professional and pretty efficient. I called to get info on walk-in without an appointment ( they’re booked out 2 weeks) and I was told to be there when doors open at 7:15am am. (1st come first served). After arriving at 7:15am they didn’t open until 8am. I was first though.

I came to get a physical and they refused to see me because I had my 3 year old daughter with me. If not for that things were good. Long wait but that's expected for an urgent care center that does what they do.

Pros: The staff is nice Cons: The company lies and states they have a 10 panel drug test when it's actually only 9 panel. Maybe they see a panel where I didn't see one on the piece of paper with all the panels in order. 🙄

Were helping people way out of order seen quite a few before me that came in Way after a girl came in got seen right before me and already gone. Numerous place had no organization. The doctor and x ray tech were wonderful though

I visited Concentra almost a week ago, it was an experience like no other. Everyone was very nice and respectful, The workers went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. I will recommend Concentra to all my family and friends.

I was in for drug testing and blood work for a new job. The location was very busy. The desk team was working quickly and get through the line efficiently. They also were quite entertaining and funny! I was in and out quickly and everyone I met was courteous and friendly.

Needed a physical and drug screening for work. They were booked up for appointments but told me I could do a walk-in. I was seen promptly and was done and out the door in under 2 hrs. Very pleased with the polite and friendly staff.

The staff that works here are simply amazing. They are pretty busy and have a lot of walk-ins on top of appointments, so sometimes there is a wait. However, they do everything thing they can to get the process moving as fast as possible. I had to have multiple assessments checked off on for my new job and had to get them all completed within a short timeframe. The only time I could go was in between my two night shifts. Knowing this, the manager quickly checked for cancelled appointments and sent me home to sleep & encouraged me to come the next day. The next day, I can in and quickly got through all but one exam. The company that sent me forgot what was required for my lift test. Concentra figured it out for me. The office staff sat on hold for over an hour waiting to get and answer. Knowing I was tired and would have to work again the therapist offered me a pillow and to sleep on one of the therapy tables. This staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Their kindness and hard work does not go unnoticed.

My experience here was pretty good. This is a super busy location so there must be some patience when it comes to admission and signing in. The front desk was super professional and helping when my employer didn’t provide all the paperwork needed, they also handed masks to patrons who forgot their own and that kept a super safe environment. Once checked in, Alyssa did all my entry paperwork and tests and her service was beyond exceptional and very positive. The doctor that did my physical was also the definition of professional and caring. Awesome experience, just a little crowded! But I guess that’s to be expected.

The staff at Concentra were professional yet pleasant with the customers. They were patients and answered questions politely. I was very impressed with the customer service which is lacking in society today but not with Concentra. I recommend them highly

I had to get a TB shot for my new job and can say the people at the office were professional and timely. Gave clear directions and worked hard to get me in and out. This will be my go to place for my medical needs, as busy as they were they continue to be professional even as other patients were being difficult. Kudos to the staff.

The parking lot was full upon arrival, but when I got inside check in was quick and only two people were in front of me. It took less than 15 minutes to be called back, and only a few minutes to complete the drug screen and blood draw for pre employment. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Service in a professional and timely manner even though they were working with a new computer system. Above all, they were very friendly! In a time when customer service is non existent these ladies excelled! They all deserve a job well done!

Everyone was so polite ..smiling..didnt take long at all..the Male coworker had us laughing..the 2 young ladies had positive energy and worked fast explaining everything to me .the manager worked also and spoke to everyone smiling ...

Got my last minute health packet from my recruiter to be completed in 2 days. Came in at 8 am sharp for a walk in and was told I had to wait time 2-3 hours to be seen and no appointments till the following week. There were only 2 people ahead of me and 2 people behind me. I asked if there was anyway they could see me sooner because I came in right after a 12 hour night shift. Was told no. Told her I would check another Concentra. Was told all of the Concentras have the same wait time. Called Manchester location and they told me to come and they would accommodate me. They had quadruple the patients by this time and still only waited about 20-30 mins to get called back to get all my stuff done. Will not go to Concentra on market ever again!

Even for a simple pre emp drug screen walk in everything went smooth. Friendly staff..lobby wasn't too full maybe 5 folks waiting. The girls at the front desk were a hoot and fun to talk to. Great place . Kinda tight parking but easy to find. Highly recommend

Absolutely the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. Was the first person to walk in the door at exactly 8am, handed the lady at the desk my paperwork and was told I’d already have to wait an hour and a half even though no one was there. Then I proceeded to wait another hour to get seated in the back room where I waited another hour just to get a physical and TB shot. Go elsewhere

I waited for two and a half hours just to take a drug test. I was in so much pain holding for so long I asked the receptionist can I use it now and she said "You would have to wait for 2 to 3 more hours. The waiting area was packed even though they had spaced the seats great they are just super slow. The nurse was great when I finally got back in the back and it only took about 5 mins after i was back there. The wait is just to long

The people working here are always, kind, quick, efficient and professional. But also personable and are fun to talk to. Takes your matters seriously. They work as quickly and effectively as they can considering they have a constant steady stream of people. Be prepared to wait but know that they're doing the best they can to see you quickly while also not compromising care. Also extra points for it being clean.

Since they don’t do appointments, be ready to wait. And then wait some more. Last time I had to use them for work labs I spent 5 hours waiting before I was seen. Now I have to do a physical for work and I am going on 3 hours in the waiting room. Unfortunately my employer makes me use them.

The wait is crazy. They restrooms are disgusting. The people are great but more staff is needed as well as detailed cleaning to the restrooms were drug test are performed. Had to stand and try to urinate but that almost seems impossible bc the toilet was filthy from throughout the day.

While it was my first visit at this Concentra's location, once I signed it for my appointment everything was fine. Everyone seems to be decent human being.
