Doctor and staff were absolutely amazing through the entire process! There were no hidden fees. Katie stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish. Dr Diederich called and checked on me after all of my procedures.. even while he was on vacation/training seminar out of state after a minor procedure I had before he left! All of the staff were extremely helpful with any question I had and I enjoyed going into the office because I knew I would be treated with kindness and that they truly cared! I am now a month out from my breast reduction surgery, and it is absolutely the best thing I have ever done. I was just in for my pre op for my mommy makeover in two weeks, at this point I am getting very nervous but both Katie and Dr. Diederich both due their best to ease your nervous as best they can. They both have a very calm and welcoming personality that not only makes you comfortable but also makes you feel like you have known them for a long time. I had a breast augmentation in June. The staff was incredible from the time I came in for a consultation and continued to be amazing through my final appointment. I never felt uncomfortable which is a huge thing for me. The three million questions I had were always answered in depth and they never got annoyed with my multiple emails or phone calls. In February 2022, I had the full abdominoplasty procedure. Due to a complicated medical history, I'd been dealing with abdominal separation that never completely closed after I had my kids twenty years ago. A complicated hysterectomy left me with lots of pelvic pain and problems with urination, but after my abdominoplasty those painful symptoms have disappeared. Who knew that the abdominal muscles could affect so many aspects of a woman's life? I have more confidence. I can exercise better. I have more ab strength for breath support while singing. Dr. Diederick and all the staff was absolutely amazing! I had a complication after my first surgery and I called the after hours number for help and he contacted me within 5 minutes to help. It was extremely late on a Sunday night and he came into work early on the Monday so he could see me and repeatedly checked up for the next week until everything was sorted out. I had a great experience with Dr. Diederich, Meaghan, and Katie! Meaghan and Katie were super helpful working up to surgery day and continued to be there for any questions or concerns. They responded right away and always put my mind at ease. I think having good support for after your surgery is huge because anything can come up and you want a surgeon and nurse to be there for you and the unknown and they were! My results from my tummy tuck is exactly how I envisioned! It has given me the confidence to be proud of the hard work I put in that was just hiding under unwanted skin. I had a direct brow lift done. I was done with my eyes looking so tired and heavy and angry. I had several consults with different surgeons before meeting with Dr. Diederich. Ten minutes into the consult, I new 100% that I wanted him to do my surgery. I can’t say how grateful I am to have found Dr. Diedrich. I went to him with concerns of breast implant illness and he was very open to this and did not make me feel like I was crazy or this wasn’t a real thing. We discussed my options and decided on doing an explant with capsulectomy. I had some issues with which I called the exchange and was called back immediately and was taken care. If you are experiencing any issues with breast implant issues please consider them. They listen and care.

3 Months ago I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, liposuction and a breast lift.
