Love this Starbucks. The staff is always very nice and friendly. Lately, they have had some weird hours and have been closed when I went to go there (so I would check to make sure they are open before you go) but besides that a great place to get the best Iced Carmel Macchiatos!!

Coffee and food is super fresh masks are not required. Super big area for seating with great lighting. The staff was very friendly and funny :))) Great experience

I never realized how much I valued this Starbucks until I had no option but other ones during the quarantine. This specific Starbucks is the BEST Starbucks I’ve been in the 12 states I’ve tried Starbucks in. The staff is amazing and always makes my drinks perfectly, with all the additives and changes I request. They have AMAZING personalities and amazing customer service and just amazing energy. I went to the Starbucks on Lindbergh and my drink was made wrong EVERY single time and I was argued with about how to make the drink and refused to properly make it for me. I will not be giving my business or time to any other Starbucks. It’s worth the drive, every single time. 💛

OMG! My husband told me about this specialty drink called the Twix Frappacino (excuse the spelling if it's wrong). This drink was so delicious! Now don't go expecting it to taste EXACTLY like Twix candy but it will definitely do the trick when you're having a chocolaty, caramel craving. Next time I'm going to ask for a shot of espresso to give me a jolt. It's worth a try but one suggestion to Starbucks, how about making it a shake?All I could think about was how AMAZING it would be if it was a shake. Jump on it before any of your competitors do it Starbucks.

First time in St. Louis and the people here were friendly and fast. The gal at the window gave us great recommendations for St. Louis foods and places to stay. Ee had the sausage and egg biscuit, dragon fruit lemonade, and brown sugar oatmeal espresso. All of which were delicious and consumed as fast as they served us! This was a very pleasant experience.

Great service, especially considering they are receiving all of the traffic from the closed stores.

No issues at all. Starbucks has become so busy across the chain that sometimes service or order accuracy misses the boat but this time everything was great. A couple coffee drinks and a couple pastries. Ready in minutes, hot and delicious. Perfect experience.

I’m a partner at another store but come here often because it’s closer to my house. Everyone here is always so energetic and nice! I’ve been coming here for years and have had perfectly crafted drinks nearly every single time. Their service is phenomenal.

They never have mobile orders ready. I've placed orders 20 minutes ahead and still have to wait 10 minutes when I arrive for my order. They have also made orders completely wrong several times.

Slowest Starbucks in St.louis County hands down. And the parking lot is weirdly constructed. You will be blocked in a parking spot for 20mins plus, late for work because the drive through line is wrapped out to the street and not moving. I hate I live close to this location

The line was long but they moved it quick and I purchased the a large Lemonade and two warm cheese Danish and they were good and customer service was on point very friendly and she smiled I like this location I will definitely go back 👍👍👍

Very friendly staff, my phone was dead and they let me sit there and charge it up and I'm very appreciative for that. It was ice cold in there which was also a bonus. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Stopped by for an afternoon pick me up. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. It was delicious! The young lady that waited on me was very polite and friendly.

Unfortunately when i visited this location. I noticed that the monitor was smashed in by something. Its sad seeing that lack of disrespect towards such a great franchise like star bucks. However, the service was on point

In all fairness, the young lady that made my drink was very nice, it was the supervisor/manager that was not so nice.

Relaxed employee that does not want to work. A big turn off when ask to take the window. Employee did not want to wait on the window. Drive through was taken care of but not the walk in people. When I observed the young lady that was ask to take the window. She stood there when the gentleman had to ask her twice to take the window. I knew that was not going to be a good experience for me to be waited upon., so I walked out. 😔

My experience with Kee Kee today at the drive thru window was excellent! She was very friendly, pleasant and had a great positive attitude while taking my order and when I was receiving my food. Definitely a great way to start the morning! Employees like this are an asset and have potential to be great leaders.

Wonderful location. The employees are super friendly and professional. I love the positive attitudes. They always greet me and ask me how my morning is going and what's planned. My drink orders have been made correctly each time. If they don't have something in stock, the employees are quick to offer something similar for a replacement. There sometimes is a line in the mornings when I go, but the line goes through fairly quickly. This is a regular go-to location for me on my way to work.

This is by far the friendliest Starbucks team I have ever experienced. I came from out of town and went to another Starbucks the same morning, but had to leave because they were sold out of most things at 7am. I drove here and it was worth the wait! I enjoyed my order, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, like a well-oiled machine!

Love my coffee!! And other drinks. I am seriously addicted to the Java chip Frappuccino. It is also a great place to chill out for a bit.

I got the caramel ribbon crunch and it was the grossest thing I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know if it was because they were about to close and they didn’t want to make it right but it was actually ridiculous and I will never go back.

I came through the drive through and I ordered a chocolate cookie crumble and a Carmel ribbon crunch. When I got to the window to pay with a $100 bill, the server tells me they don’t take $100 bills. It pissed me off because I’ve never heard of that and there was no sign at the window saying that. If they only take certain bills then it needs to posted!

Hands down, the best Starbucks around. Tonee is absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and bubbly and made my visit ridiculously enjoyable. I'm usually so picky about my coffee, but I took a chance and let her make me a surprise drink and it is amazing! I absolutely will be back and sincerely hope she is there every time I come by. Cannot say enough nice things!

Yesterday I did a mobile order for coffee so I could grab it before work. The transaction went through and I went all the way to Starbucks for a sign to be put on the door stating it was close! There was multiple people in the drive through and me and another woman was at the door when we saw the sign. I SPENT MY LAST TO GET COFFEE JUST FOR THEM TO BE CLOSED BUT IT DOESNT SAY THEY ARE CLOSED ON GOOGLE OR THE MOBILE APP.

I know her everyday and give me a caramel macchiato or a frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and extra whipped cream ice oh and an extra shot of expresso fire

I guess since it was late, (6:55 pm) they did not have many items on the menu. They were slow in the drive thru.

Ordered my drink and pastry thru the mobile app. It was ready when I arrived. Did not notice that the drink cup had a tiny hole in the bottom so it made a mess. I did go back into the store and got another cup. The pastry that I ordered was not to be warmed and it even said it on the tag. It was HOT! not to happy with my experience yesterday. I normally have no problems, but this was my first time in a long time to stop at this particular Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to...I live in dogtown but had to come to north county so I decided to stop by this location and they have the most unfriendly staff..no one speaks and you stand there about five minutes before you have to say hey can I pick up my order because the names aren’t facing you so only they can touch the items and read them..but what’s the point if they aren’t going to be standing there or at least around for you to grab your order..also why order ahead if I have to wait while my cup sits there out of reach because everyone is giggling or panicked..!?

Despite it being busy, the wait times are not too bad, especially for the drive through. Caramel macc hits the spot!
