The front staff was professional, helpful, and nice. Unfortunately, Dr. Robert Lee was not. He has a terrible bedside manner. He made comments that my husband looks strong and no one wants to work. If you see Dr. Lee get a 2nd opinion. My husband was in a tragic car accident at work and his coworker died at the scene. When my husband mentioned this and got a bit emotional Dr. Lee just stared at him as if he were wasting his time. He went to the ER from the scene and followed up at Concentra a week later still with pain in his neck and shoulder. My husband was told to go back to work the next day and not to lift over 20lbs. He was told his broken nose was fine. We got a 2nd opinion and thankfully it was with someone who has some empathy. My husband is now in a non-work status and is scheduled for an MRI and has an appointment to have his nose set.

My visit was awful. This is the most unorganized place I have ever been to. The lady at the front desk seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Instead of giving people all the paperwork at once why call people up 3 and 4 times for different things all before you even put their chart up. Then I watched several staff pick up my chart look at it and put it back. The medical assistant that FINALLY took me was great...then after she finished came time for the Dr. He walked in with my health history in his hand and knew nothing. Not sure what the point of the paperwork is if the Dr isn't going to look at it. After the Dr did my exam and re asked me every question and wrote it in a notebook he left to fill out my paperwork. 10 mins later a nurse practitioner walked in prepared to do my exam. I said the Dr just did the exam she asked if I was sure...... Total lack of communication

If I could I would give them a -10. I was injured at work and taken here. I was injured on a areal lift. I tore 2 ligaments in my elbow and insured my hand. Both injuries required surgery. The doctor at this office (Dr. Lee) put me back to work after 10 days, lying .. saying that I had improved putting me back to normal work activity. I immediately went to the Fenton Concentra office. The doctor there immediately ed and hand specialist.putting a work restriction not to use my arm/ hand A Mri showed tears and surgery was done. This is a pefect example of a doctor" being in bed" with the insurance company

The staff is more concerned with giggling and gossiping in the back, than helping their patients out. Patients charts left in places, instead of being properly put away. I’d come here if I wanted no help, or to suffer for hours.

They were very ignorant and rude. The nurse practitioner that saw me acted real uppity, like she was above me. They wouldn't clear my physical because of reasons that didn'tapply to me or the job i wouldbe doing. They thought I was going to do factory work, when indeed it was receptionist work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I came in for a DOT physical and drug test and waited about 3 hours I was there in total about 4 hours. The doctor gave me a 1 year med card because he said 140/82 BP was stage 2 high BP and that’s incorrect the bottom number has to be over 90, no hearing test administered or vision test administered. I will never return to this place. Very unprofessional.

About this company. First they lie to you about how long it takes for a drug screen or physical. They will not call the lab when drug test are missing. They lied and cost a family member a job due to the staff lying and saying they where being cussed and screamed at when that was a lie. I was at work with my employees listening to the phone conversation and the staff where rude when I in fact mentioned that by losing lab information with private health information it’s a HIPPA violation. And the staff and office manager where raising their voice and screaming on the phone to my family member. And the company took the word of lies/slander from employees and managers who are lying to save their own skin. I wouldn’t send my dog to a company like this nor any family member due to the fact that they don’t protect your health information allowing labs with SSN numbers to be lost. How they lie to cover themselves and are not friendly at all. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney generals office, due to the issues I have expressed above.

Jen she was amazing. The front desk woman with the dark long hair who had me fill out forms was wonderful. I’m sorry I didn’t remember her name, I think she had on black boots and a brownish sweater.Rachel who drew my blood thank you. It was busy and everyone was fantastic. Thank you all and Happy New Year!

I arrived at Concentra for drug testing for a new job. I got there at 4:50, not realizing they close at 5. Everyone was very accommodating even though it meant they were going to have to stay beyond 5 o’clock. The receptionist was great. I felt like she went above and beyond in getting me registered. I strongly recommend this place

I went to Concentra for a pre-employment drug test and physical. They were professional, courteous, and timely. The doctor was kind, and checked me over thoroughly. I would recommend this urgent care, and would come again if I needed to.

It took me 3 DAYS to get my pre-employment tests done. Day 1, I was cutting it close getting there an hour before closing but I figured peeing in a cup, a blood draw, & a VERY BASIC physical could be done. They told me they stop doing physicals after 4. There’s no sign anywhere at the facility or online that states that, sounds like laziness. Fine. Day 2, the following Monday, I get there 1 hour after opening & there’s already a 3 hour wait. I get that this is a walk-in only clinic, HOWEVER, if someone chooses to wait there needs to at least be a list for that so they can text people when they’re ready. Nope. They won’t text you for that but they’ll text you to fill out your paperwork. Makes sense right? I knew on a Monday it was gonna be a long wait no matter what time so I decided to go first thing the next morning. Day 3, I get there BEFORE 8am. I’m about the 5th person in line after checking in. Everyone in front of me is getting a drug test for work. Should go quick right? 45 minutes go by & now it’s my turn. Pee test? Quick. Blood draw? Even quicker! The physical? All they did was get my weight & the eye test….(you mean to tell me THAT couldn’t be done after 4pm?!) So how were all these tests so quick but I was there for almost 3 hours?! I’ve worked in an urgent care. So I know that other than the walk-in only policy everything they were telling me was bull. I told my employer they need a contract with someone else because that was NUTS

I've used concenta for quite some time. I'm required through Spire. This was the location that was closest to my home in st. Peters. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness. Then I was greeted with a smile. And it just got better after that. All your locations should take lesson from st. Peters.

This facility is horrible with wait times I am currently sitting here and have been since 10:14am it is now 1:06pm all I came in for was a job physical in which the job itself said it does not take no more that 45min. Well somebody lied. If possible please consider another Concentra unless they all are this slow with service. If it wasn’t for the fact that the job only takes their physicals I would have rather much paid 80$ out my own pocket at CVS who is way better with service time

Came in for a DOT physical after the holiday. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and made me feel like a person. Walked me through every step of the way and was quick and easy! Thank y'all for taking care of me!

Dr. Lee was the most unprofessional physician I’ve ever seen (I say that as a veteran of two branches of the U.S. military). Not only did he seem incapable of actually listening to anything I said, he often insisted on telling me I said things I did not say. The capper was him literally telling me “That’s insane.” When I asked to see an actual copy of my x-ray. Both times I saw him was a bizarre experience. People like him should not be practicing medicine in the U.S.

The person who collected my labs was very nervous and inexperienced drawing my blood. I was taken to an exam room and asked the same questions I already filled out in the waiting room. I was told to wait for the NP to finish my physical exam. About 45 minutes passed and I has not been seen in the exam room. I went to the desk and asked if I had been forgotten. I was told someone would be right in (obvious by their reaction, I had been forgotten). 2 minutes later a young woman came to the room acting annoyed, no apology, spent less than 5 minutes rushing through my "physical" and walked out of the room while telling me to show myself out with her back turned to me. Poor customer service.

I recently went in for a back injury on the job, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. No wasted time and was always made to be comfortable. The staff were perfect and personable. If you had to go to any urgent care I’d hope it’d be this one.

The staff at this location are uninformed doesn’t know how to relay information to the patient. Patient questions are unanswered the fact that the patient has to ask so many questions to understand the diagnosis is a problem that information should come from the attending physician.

I went in for a drug screen. The staff was friendly and got me right in. The facility was very busy but the seemed to process people very quickly. I was in and out in less than a half hour. The technicians interacted and did not make you feel like you were undeserving of customer service! Great team there!

I didn't even get to see the main Dr and saw a nurse Practitioner. I've been getting my D.O.T Physicals done for 15 years and now. Since I've gained some weight I need to be tested for a C-pap machine and I've been bigger then this in my life and didn't need it then, what makes them think I need it now?

My experience with Urgent Care centers has been negative and this one was no exception. Why have Covid screening questions and not follow up on it? My temperature wasn't even taken. Wait times are long and unacceptable. The building needs basic cleaning.

Nicole was amazing! Nobody likes waiting or even going to such places but she made the experience more tolerable and did everything in her power to help me. Because of her I was able to get the proper things done and get in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone else was also very pleasant not like other places where you are just a number to them.

The nurses or medical assistants were not very personable. Rush you and act like they don't care. Dr was great but other than that would not go back.

I was the first one there even before the employees. I was there for a DOT physical. I saw at least 7 people called before me. And 2 of them for a DOT physical. So I thought.."maybe they flip a coin to decide who's next". There was no purpose for me or anyone to get there early if it doesn't matter.

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time was considerable but completely reasonable for the number of people that were there. I appreciate the amount of effort they put in on a daily basis. Thank you.

Came in for pre-employment immunization. Clear instructions at the front desk. The staff listened to my concern really well. She was very attentive. The healthcare worker who administered the vaccines was really pleasant and very kind. She did it well and with care. She has very good patient rapport.
