My Mother was given great care by everyone. Keller went above and beyond to help my mom in every way. She was very friendly and surprised me by remembering my name when ever She saw me. The staff was excellent. Would recommend the Cottages to anyone in need of rehab. The Physical Therapist was extremely helpful and caring when helping my mom. Thanks to the Staff for taking great care of my Mom.

Our experience with my mother at the Cottages was outstanding! Each member of her care team in the Ava cottage took wonderful care of her. Social Services and admissions were very helpful and provided weekly updates. The cottage was very nice and kept clean. I highly recommend this facility.

When my mother had a knee transplant, I had no idea where to take her for Rehab. Then I remembered an very grouchy old man which I had met at a retirement home long time ago. This old man never had anything nice to say about anything or anyone, but he spoke very highly of Cottage of lake St Louis. I had my Mom transported to Cottages of Lake St Louis. Believe me it was the best decision I had ever made. She was very happy doing her therapies. The therapists were great, they were blessed with the gift of patience and knowledge. She loved the nurses, the entire staff including the housekeeping staff. Everyone was so loving and caring. They make you feel at home. Keep up the great work and please never change for your patients sake!!!

My father in law has been living at Cottages of Lake for about 1 1/2 years . He has been well attended to and I know that his needs are met. the administrators, gave us information about obtaining veterans benefits for my father in law. My husband and I are so grateful for that information. It took many months to go trough the process, but, he was finally accepted. Because of the support and care of the staff of staff , I know that my father in law has the support and care he needs. Thank you all for giving me and my husband peace of mind knowing that he always cared for.

I usually do not like to make recommendations but I will make an exception for a facility that well deserves the 5 stars. My mother has been a resident at Cottages of Lake St. Louis since February this year. She has received outstanding services since the moment she was admitted. The nursing staff has been nothing but excellent in providing her with quality care, they are very timely in responding to all her needs. The rehab team got her up and walking, something we thought she would never be able to do again. The food always looks and smells very appealing. My family and I are forever grateful to the care this facility that I highly recommend provides.

I would definitely recommend Cottages of Lake St. Louis Nursing & Rehab to anyone who is looking for compassionate, attentive, experienced, and professional workers. Everyone from the Director, the Admissions Dept., and CNAs were very hands on regarding my grandmother's care. Each time I visited she was well-groomed and her room was always clean. Prior to admitting her there, my grandmother's health was declining and she was always depressed, but after 5 years of being at the nursing facility her health has improved tremendously. Cottages has been a miracle for our family. My dad has never been happier. He has friends and a wonderful group of people who take care of him with love and attention. Thank you to cottages of lake!!!

Day one of what we hope will be a 2-3 week visit for rehabilitation for my father and so far very pleased. The staff has been very welcoming and communicative and he said that so far the food is better than at the hospital he’s actually enjoying his stay like it’s a vacation! Very satisfied!
