I was scheduled for a 7:30AM appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the office didn't open till 8:00AM. So I waited until 8:20AM before before I was led to an exam room, walking past an Employee at the counter who was eating chips and dip. I finally saw the Doctor who basically told me that there was nothing she could do for my knee pain. She prescribed PT and after two painful months with no improvement I found a new Qualified Doctor and it turned out I had a large bone chip in my knee that required a partial knee replacement. You were warned!

It was one of horrible experience in this doctor office. I made an appointment almost a month ago. My appointment was at 2 pm and I arrived at 1:30 pm. If you are very new to this area and for this building, you will be definitely in trouble after you park your car. It took me 10/15 min to find the right building even the navigation says it’s in the right. The receptionist were very unprofessional. After fill up the form for the first time patient it took me 1 hour and 30 min to get into the room. Once I’m in the room a nurse came and check my pressure and she said doctor will be here after few min. I didn’t know that “few min” means forever!!! I waited in the patient room more than an hour but no one even knock the door. Then I went out from the patient room and I saw 2 doctors and nurses they were chilling there!!! I told them how long it will take to see me? They said few more moments. I was like when!!! After then I had an appointment with Dr. Henry Goitz but they sent a student doctor and his name is Ahmed. He seems brand new. Then Dr. Ahmed brought another doctor and they were in the room for 5 min then they gone. Even though they wasn’t polite at all and I think Another doctor has hearing issues. Thanks for for wasting my valuable 4 hours from my lifetime.

I give 4 stars to Dr Anderson who was amazing but zero to the front office staff. They are always so unprofessional. Both times I called they were rude on the phone schedule the appointment. Both times I got there they acted confused like I didn't have an appointment then oh they saw I did but then you wait forever for a room. They didn't call me with the results of the MRI for my daughter's knee injury and when I called they LAUGHED and said "who told you we would let you know?" They wouldn't let me speak to the Dr they said if I wanted to speak to her I had to make an appointment.

Time management at it's worse. Always same excuse. Not enough rooms for each doctors . They need to schedule according to their availability of rooms. Not making patients wait fr 2hrs during each visits. 10:30am appointment was called in at 12pm Still hasn't seen dr At 1pm some other dr came with a medical student . Andbleft to discuss with dr goitz Had to miss my another appointment at 12.30pm

They are so unprofessional and childish. They suppose to be adults, but play games and talk about be people behind there backs. I swear once I'm done with this surgery and post opt care. I will never cover back, it is like pulling teeth to get any paper work and your medicine.

Horrible clinic. Rude, disorganized, disrespectful. Our appointment was at 8 am -- we were the very first appointment of the day. Taken to an exam room around 8:45, as not a single staff person showed up before 8:20. If you want to be treated like you're at a Medicaid clinic for top dollar prices, this is the place for you.

I read all these bad reviews about this office and I had an appointment today, and it went great. They were courteous, and I think I even was seen before my appointment time- it definitely wasn't a long wait at all. Dr. Makhene was very personable and was able to explain my injury to me, which thankfully was minor. I needed a brace and only had to go up 2 floors in the same building to get that taken care of. I have been to this building before and I recommend entering the parking lot that is off 12 Mile Rd and it looks like you're turning into a place with the letters BC in it so don't be confused.

Worse staff ever . If wasn’t for my mom and her issues that she was having , I wouldnt put a foot in that building. Always no rooms that’s the only excuse they have , Slow staff the schedule for appointments is always overcrowded they just bring people in and I feel it’s first come first serve kinda service so what’s the point of getting appointments. And the 2 stars on review explains everything.

Dr Britta Anderson and her staff here are amazing!! My husband and i do IRONMAN Triathalon races and she has kept us both racing with minimally invasive procedures that keeps us racing and training with no downtime during racing season! Thanks for everything you do

Appointment at 9am. Waited almost 3 hours with no update. When I asked how long it would take. I was approached by one of the workers asking me to reschedule. Who wants to reschedule after waiting 3 hours. A heads up or at minimum someone could’ve said something. Almost 3 hours for a follow up appointment is just utterly crazy.

Dr. Makhene is truly the BEST!!! I love everybody's attitudes there, very pleasant people I literally was going to a different clinic for months as soon as I seen Dr Makhene and I got injection in both my hands I was relieved for 6 months at a time he is truly a Blessing, I was in excruciating pain for so long and nothing helped until I seen him thanks again so much 😁

This office is very disorganized and does not follow up with you when you leave messages and want things done. They wrote me a script for an MRI. I drove 45 minutes to Beaumont to the only available appointment without waiting a month out. They told me the script was not sufficient because it was signed by a physician without credentials. They also said this type of order was not the right order and was not able to do my exam. 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving and 2 hours of my life wasted thanks to an incompetent system. Thanks DMC!

If there was less than one star for the rating, I would give it to this DMC.. they don’t remind you about your appointment ahead of time.. they always are running late. Absolutely horrible office staff personnel! They threaten people, leave them on hold, block your number when you try to call back and also do not fully do their jobs. An elderly person can’t even get the medical help they need because unfortunately the office staff is lazy and unprofessional! I highly do not recommend.

Their phone number doesn’t lead to anyone in the front desk. Cant talk to anyone on the phone. Only by visit. And wait time at the clinic is over 2 hours
