Friendly local bar that I have to say I was quite surprised at the quality of the food that came out. As simple as it looks it was quite delicious. The gravy was especially good with the pot roast special. This place might be our new go to spot. It did take a few minutes to get served at first, since it was just one waitress running the bar and tables. However she did a great job she was very efficient and friendly. We didn't have to wait on for our food to come to the table. Our food was hot and delicious.

Really good food, friendly service; a little dark inside though; granddaughter loved the kids spaghetti and meatballs, and my sliders were very good as well. The wings are very good as well. Place has gone through an amazing turn around since the bad ol days. Our server was amazing!

Have you ever tried beef liver with fried onions? They have the best with your choice of fries/tots/mashed potatoes (upon availability). Very historic and right by the train track. Very unique decor from exterior to interior. A local place to hangout and enjoy a meal along with drinks. Employees are very friendly and great customer service. They make you feel very welcome and attend to your needs. Love coming on Saturday nights for salsa night. On a side note, try their menu and find something to fulfill a cold winter night. Hunger.

Great neighborhood place, I had a Greek chicken sub with fries, the fries were fantastic. Beer was cold and they had some great local brews.

Had a nice meal here. Waitress/bartender was a bit frazzled with a busy crowd but an off duty employee was helping out. Reasonable pricing in this economy. New open format may be better for the establishment but I liked the bar separate from the dining. Just my preference as it was quieter. I may feel differently if I was with a drinking buddy.

Great neighborhood joint with tasty classics. Can’t wait to try out more of their menu and check out Salsa night on Saturday and Karaoke on Fridays! Check out their FB page for more events and updates.

Came on a Sunday around 1:30pm and was seated immediately for my party of 5. They have a small indoor dining space and a larger outdoor dining space in the back. All of the dishes were plated beautifully and I really enjoyed the general purple theme. Unfortunately they sold out of the purple rounds (the ube cake) by the time we ordered, so make sure to snag this ASAP! Otherwise, all of their brunch dishes were delicious (we family styled) and the staff were very nice! I think they're slightly understaffed, so be patient if they forget your drink.

We always want this place to be good because it’s really close to where we live, but we’re disappointed every time. The place looks great since the remodel, however, the food is subpar and the service is always terrible. The bartender was too busy smoking to take our order. We kept having to wave our hands to get her attention to get anything. There was a large group of men who came in after us and sat/ stood right beside our table. Instead of asking them to move over to any other table, since we were the only ones in the restaurant, the bartender came to our table and physically moved it over away from the men. And we had to move over. The cheesesteaks looked dry and not appealing. After getting her attention and asking for our bill several times, I finally went to the bar to pay. She was very nice, but my biggest regret (after choosing this place for dinner) was leaving her a $10 tip on a $50 bill. This place has the potential to be so good, but it’s really not. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be back.

Came for a work get together and loved it. Service was awesome, extremely attentive and friendly bartender. Food was delicious. Got wings, fried pickles and shrimp. All reasonably priced and tasty! We'll be back.

Pretty decent! Clean interior, tidy bathrooms. There's beer but it's all very simple, yuengling, Coors and the like. The food arrives piping hot and for all it's simplicity, is reasonably good. Nothing was too greasy or overly seasoned. Good prices and generous portions. Great place if you wanna dine out on a budget. If you enjoy a low key pub with no frills, give it a try!

1st time in Baltimore and my friend takes me here for dinner. So I ordered a burger and I have to say it was pretty good. After posting this I realized I ordered 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. So I apologize to the kitchen however I say thank you and God bless

The food was fresh, fresh, fresh, and piping hot. I had a cheese steak sub, my husband had a mushroom Swiss burger, and we both had mashed potatoes with gravy. The cheese steak was so good, almost too good (if you're getting older, like me, your doctor isn't going to be happy if you eat this too often). The mashed potatoes were real potatoes and were a bit chunkier than I prefer, but still good and they didn't skimp on the gravy.

First time, was amazing! Food and staff were great. Second time we went, I had a party of 6 in for lunch to celebrate our daughters birthday. We ordered our food and two entrees were the Buffalo chicken wraps. When the wraps came out, there was no Buffalo sauce in the wrap, so we had to ask the waitress to bring us out some Buffalo sauce. The wrap had little to no and very dry chicken in them. The wraps were mainly filled with chopped tomatoes and lettuce, almost appearing as a filler for the lack of chicken. We have ordered this in the past, and it was nothing like today. All of the fries for 5 of the entrees were mostly all burnt, the diet cokes were pretty flat as well. The personal pizza and two chicken tender entrees were good with the exception of the burnt fries. Also the turkey club was more bread than anything, also very different from previous times. When the check came out I noticed that I was charged for two chicken tender appetizers ($11), not kids meals ($7) even though both entrees were for kids. I did make the waitress aware which she corrected the issue but she said that she didn't ring them up as kids meals to begin with. It kind of came off as a bait and switch attempt. Although it could have been a honest mistake, she never acknowledged that it was a mistake nor was apologetic so that's why I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of me. Lastly, there was also a dead/smushed roach on the floor by our 8 chair table in the center of the restaurant, I would hope whoever stepped on it to kill it would at least have cleaned it up. All in all just a disappointing visit.

This is a good spot for a quick drink or two, however, there's been a few times when I've visited and I stood for 10 minutes and no service, so I left. I haven't had a bad meal there, but seems like sometimes the cook decides what they want to make up instead of following what's listed on the menu.

First time eating at Lansdowne inn tonight. Food was very good, got a hot turkey sandwich with fries. The prices are very reasonable and we did not have to wait long to get waited on. We will definitely be returning the couple we were with also was very impressed with the food.

We stopped here after our first visit to the Guinness brewery. We were a little disappointed that Guinness was not on tap after just learning how to pour the perfect pint😁. However, the food was great. My wife and son both had crab cakes and they were huge. A bit pricey from what we are used to, but we are from the country. I don’t mind paying well for good food and good service and we got both here. While it may not look like the place to go from the outside, it was well worth the stop and if we are ever in the area we will stop again.

My husband and I used to eat here a long time (13 yrs) ago. The food just started going downhill and we never went back. I know Lansdowne Inn has changed management a couple times since then. Several people told me it is so much better. I will have to check it out.

The food may be inexpensive, but it is absolutely horrible. If I could rate it zero, I would....Had the "special" Hot turkey sandwich with gravy and fries. The "turkey" was lunch meat, the white Italian bread was stale, the fries were soggy and the gravy tasted like flour paste...pathetic. I would serve that to my dog.
